The pool is outstanding. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, there's a restaurant attached and several very near by. Easy access to the highway and a very reasonable drive to downtown Ottawa. Possibility to park your car right outside your room, for free (though we didn't take advantage of this due to deep snow that would stop us walking from our patio to the car).

The room could use some updating and more thorough maintenance. The heating unit blew cold air over the room for a few seconds at a time even when the system was turned off. If we had the unit on, the blowing air was a more reasonable temperature. The parking lot was not plowed well at all despite heavy overnight snow, and the steps didn't look salted enough.

We stayed at a very spacious room and this was very enjoyable. The swimming pool is very nice.

The parking area didn't look friendly. I did not want my wife to go to the car while parked, in the event an undesirable individual approached her. The gym is small and neither the treadmill nor the stairmaster worked. We had to use the stationary bicycle which sort of worked.

The hotel was certainly worth its value. Rooms were clean but not very spacious - very little walking room around double bed rooms. We were gone for the most the days our trip so it wasn't a huge deal. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - check-in process was a breeze.

The location, while stating only a 15 minute drive to our destination in Downtown Ottawa, was quite far and became a hassle with ordering Ubers to/from. There was also construction in the nearby highway causing delays all day and making the actual trip time closer to 25 minutes. Not the property's fault but poor planning from our side - but surely a hinderance to our travel plans each day.

The staff was very friendly and went above for my daughter and I and I appreciate that a lot..The pool was amazing.. The bed was very comfortable

The rooms were a little outdated , the TV didnt have netflix or any online things just basic cable which what was on the TV guide didnt match what was on

Nice facility, easy to find, good for the price. Like the ease of access with patio doors to the room.

Some updates needed. Old TV, mini fridge appeared as if it has leaked before, ac/heater casing was cracked and falling off the unit.

location was great. staff were amazing the restaurant attached was fabulous. The hotel is definitely in need of an update but it was comfortable and rooms were clean for a dated room.

The only complaint we had was our first room was on the first floor with a sliding door and it smelled of cigarettes, so we had to be moved. The cigarettes butts all over the parking lot in the back was a bit gross as well.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Location. Breakfast at the adjoining High Five restaurant.

The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Many TV Channels to watch. Great location, very close to many restaurants. It is per friendly with enough areas to walk our dog. The staff was very nice. Great sleep quality. We liked having vending machines. Ample parking lot.

The carpet was a little dirty. We asked for late check out at noon and we were told it was granted, but the next day housekeeping was knocking the door at 11 am and then a couple times more. There was a mistake with the billing, but it was solved immediately.

Comfy beds, swimming pool is nice, pretty quiet at night, overall very good value for the price. Great for families.

Minor issues that could be improved: The TV remote didn't work, and they still don't clean the rooms even though the pandemic limitations are over, but we could get clean towels from the reception. The location is OK but far from downtown. The fitness center is so hot and humid and needs some ventilation.

I have stayed there before and I love the location in Bell's Corners / Kanata. I have stayed in many different rooms and they are ALL great, ALL clean, ALL quiet. Great staff, and the restaurant is always busy with what i have to imagine are locals, staff and hotel guests - so a fun place with also great staff and good food!

Nothing was bad - i stay there a lot and have had a large range of prices. This one was a bit high but that s not a big deal, and like I say it changes almost every time from my experience!
