We liked our very courteous welcome by Mr. Teymur. We loved the light-blocking mechanical/electrical window treatment, the cleanliness of our suite, the spaciousness of our bathroom, the uncluttered look of our suite, and the pool facilities.

We found the safety handles in the bathtub area perfect but the tub did not include a non-slip mat, for its slippery surface. We also would have preferred no carpeting, to minimize the affect of allergens. Does this hotel accept pets?

The room was very clean and I certainly appreciated that. Also, I was happy to find the bathroom was of the same standard of cleanliness with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The bed linen also was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative I had was that the bed was extremely high and I am a person of short stature. I had to use the computer chair to climb up onto the bed. No big deal but a small footstool provided would have been very helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, I wasn't expecting a fully cooked breakfast so it was a pleasant surprise but being a sleepy head I barely left enough time to eat but I did enjoy everything. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites again. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Everything was just perfect. My fault, I inadvertently left my distance glasses behind and had to call to ensure they had been found, which they were, happy to hear but now I have to pay shipping costs in order for them to be returned. We live in Lindsay so logistically it is impossible to just pop in and pick them up. However, this problem was of my own making, I should have been more careful with my belongings. But happy to hear the maid had found them, well done to her.

Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, open, airy and overall perfect.

When we came in after a long day at a funeral ( 11:45 pm and asked for a late checkout, the man at the counter was dismissive and said “ you’ll have to talk to the counter staff in the morning”.. to which I said” well that defeats the purpose of asking for a late checkout if we need to wake early” he said all he could do was push it to 12 noon we said ok and walked away… me realizing he Didn’t ask who we were and what room we were in… so at 11:30 the cleaning staff knocked on our door and they had no idea we were staying till noon

New hotel, spacious and spotlessly clean room, professional and quick check-in/friendly staff. It's very nice that you can get tea/hot water in the lobby even late in the evening, and of course there is hot water/a coffee machine in the room. Overall a very nice and convenient stay, thank you!

Breakfast as expected in a Hampton Inn & Suites, lots of plastic and processed foods. But it was nicely presented and in my opinion you can always find something you can eat (if you are not picky). Appreciated that there was real fruit available, although it is difficult to cut/peel with plastic cutlery.

This hotel actually has family rooms that are large enough for our family to stay together in 1 room. Even with the sofa bed extended, there was still lots of room to walk around and for luggage, etc. The staff were all very kind and hospitable. Eduardo at the front desk was great with both check-in and check-out. The small pool provided some entertainment for the kids. The hotel is easy to find and easily accessible from the highway.

The sofa bed needed a new/thicker mattress. Even the 6 year old complained about feeling all the springs through the mattress on the bed. The pool was also cold. There was no way to get extra air circulation in the room, making it stuffy and hot overnight.

An amazing family experience! Usually we stay in Kanata when we visit but we took a chance on Hampton Inn after readying the reviews and thank goodness we did. The staff were delightful, the room was immaculate and the breakfast and pool exceeded our expectations. They allowed us to check in almost 2 hours early because our room was available and I think that was extremely kind and accommodating for out of towners like ourselves.

Staff were Nice and helpful. A pretty standard Hampton Inn. The breakfast waffle was super nice. If you have leisure time can go visit Watson's Mill which is a historic Mill built 160 years ago, in Manotickm which is 15 minutes drive south of the hotel.

You do need a car if you stay here. Only 2 EV chargers (Flo system) not adequate.

Hamption hotels are one of the best you can use for your stays in Canada Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern

I got stuck with some stuff that I needed to finish before checking out. I informed the hotel that I'll check out late by 2 hrs and they charged me extra 50$ for 2 hrs. Never had such experience in any hotels in canada. I'm a frequent traveller and sometimes I ask for late check outs and usually I get it for free!! Also, reception staff were not smiling during my check-in and out, and I didn't feel much welcomed!

Since we were visiting family in Ottawa ; we were quite busy taking care of business and social events ! Really liked the room : but disappointed that I didn't receive the 500 points offered by Hilton Honors because of reserving with Booking.com ;( The room was very comfortable and clean and the amenities were Allright ; service was very good 👍 Thank you , Angela

Reception were friendly and efficient. The dining area itself was comfortable and bright. Room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was great and better than the shallow tubs some hotels offer. Public areas were clean and bright.was clean and bright.

The hot water at the reception area was lukewarm. At breakfast the eggs potatoes, and hot water were lukewarm. Hampton needs to find an alternative to plasticware.
