There was a microwave and a mini refrigerator in our room. They provided a sufficient supply of towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and nice. They also offer breakfast with a variety of options, including pastries, yogurts, meats, eggs, cereals, and more. There were also enough parking spaces, but... I didn't see an EV charging station, although it wasn't applicable for me. They also have a bar. There is also a coffee machine in the room, but it was not available for coffee or tea. I liked the stay overall.

Maybe a little upkeep with cleaning and checking toiletry supplies.

We had great food in the restaurant. Our bellies were full and satisfied. We used the very comfortable shuttle car to the Canadian Tire stadium to watch. Darius Rucker both the two and from ride was extremely comfortable and extremely affordable. The breakfast was okay. Not exactly hot but there was something good for everybody. Coffee was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. The pillow was perfect. We will definitely be back again

The only negative thing was the bacon and hash browns. The bacon was too thin too crispy too cold. Hash browns would have been delicious. I'm sure if they had have been warm so all in all it was a great stay when you only have little things like that to complain about

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Eggs were dry and had been out too long. Small pastries were only partially cooked...had to throw mine away. Should have tried the oatmeal, but didn't see it until too late.. Ended up stopping at McDonalds for breakfast on the way home. I would have liked some kind of channel guide with the TV, tried to find one but couldn't. Also...found the room temp thermostat setting on the wall didn't stay at the cooler temp I wanted. Instructions for this would have helped also. Lastly...though it seemed to be in range with other similar hotel prices/night...I did find it a little over priced for a one night stay....but I guess it's a sign of the times! I would have stayed an extra night had it been less expensive.

Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. I wish I could have tipped my room cleaner, Tatiana...she did an excellent job!! I appreciated that it was a carpet-free room...felt much cleaner!! Also appreciated that it was a very quiet building! Didn't make use of other amenities in the building. Also appreciated the opportunity to arrive one hour earlier! Though I was surprised at the cost to arrange this...more than I expected.

The staff were all warm and welcoming. They made sure we had fresh-baked cookies every afternoon/evening we were there. Although it is a small gesture, it has an impact. The staff accommodated our needs very well, especially the front desk and breakfast servers. The complementary breakfast was a very decent, hot buffet, with variety throughout our stay. The room was comfortable for a family of four and a pup, and it was very clean. The beds were lovely, and the blackout curtains were exceptional. Quiet. Restful. We had 3 hockey teams come into the hotel the last night we were staying; the staff assigned them rooms on the upper floors, allowing for a quiet night for us. The pool and hottub, bar, and lounge were a great addition. The location is spectacular. Right off the main highway, with many excellent restaurants and amenities very close by.

Clean. Modern. Welcoming. Pool and hot tub were spacious and clean. Lots of lounge chairs. Breakfast was included but fairly small / limited compared to some but still a variety of options.

Small parking lot, especially for larger vehicles (trucks), and we unfortunately got an adjoining room, and the people who had the room next to us were very obnoxious and loud. There was NO soundproofing between the rooms whatsoever because of that door. I could hear every word they say and likely participated in the conversation from my room if I wanted. That was really the only downfall.

Staff, Staff, Staff! Location, cleanliness, breakfast bar, gym. our stay included a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning and both of those mornings the breakfast bar was staffed by two different employees, and both of them kept the area, immaculately, clean and well-stocked, until after the time for it to close, and even then they asked if everyone was finished before they started to close it down. Bravo to the breakfast bar staff. If you’re travelling with a team and you can afford it in your budget this is a great option.

The price was a stretch for the size of the accommodation.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wifi reliable. Staff helpful (if a little thin on the ground sometimes). The pool, gym and restaurant area were great places to relax and work. The freshly baked cookies every afternoon were the icing on the cake.

The breakfast could have been better - it was quite limited (apples, cereal, toast, a rather complicated waffle machine that no-one was using and a couple of hot items that weren't too appealing) and didn't get replaced once things ran out

Excellent, modern, clean hotel with comfortable beds & a great breakfast (Eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, hash, oatmeal, fruit and all the fixings etc). In-room kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans, toaster etc. The pool and hot tub/spa was especially enjoyed by my kids as the pool room is always warm and nice. The staff was superb!! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They went above and beyond. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The freshly baked cookies everyday from 3pm, were just to-die-for. Free parking, designated smoking areas outside. Nice outdoor patio area with seating & bbq grill available for use. Multiple large washrooms near the pool area, and ice machines are also available. Gym is modern and well equipped. Can walk across the street to Tanger outlet where there are lots of restaurants and stores. Will definitely return with My family.

A new hotel located right across the large Tanger shopping center. The hotel staff is very kind, and they responded positively to all our requests. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and very pleasant for a stay of several nights. The hotel also offers the option of doing laundry for a nominal fee - which is very convenient for those who come to Canada for a long stay.

Every morning there were some suspicious people walking around the lobby and the dining room, smelling very bad of cigarettes, which it is not clear what they are doing there. It is very unpleasant, especially when you want to sit quietly and eat your breakfast

Friendly and helpful staff, new building and ample parking. Good breakfast (even though there was black pepper in the scrambled eggs which made them a no-go for my daughter)

The water pressure for the shower was very low while we were there. I found the music in the lounge/breakfast area generally too loud for breakfast ... thankfully staff was quick to turn it down when I asked. There also seemed to be scent/perfume added to the air in the lobby.
