Kitchen was very well equipped, as was the entire property - although would have appreciated more dishwasher detergent. Parking was convenient (paid). All very clean. I would have appreciated tea, salt, pepper and sugar as part of the basics. Beds and linens comfortable and was surprised with the provision of a lovely bathrobe. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ottawa. Building is new an beautiful. I didn't get to use the gym or other communal facilities but they looked lovely.

I was on the mezzanine floor and there were occasional loud mechanical noises (elevator or HVAC perhaps?). My unit overlooked a communal area, and was awoken one morning at 4am by a group returning from a club who decided to have a picnic at the tables. But this was bad luck and inconsiderate of a resident rather than the property's fault. No grocery stores within walking distance, you need a car in this neighbourhood.

Excellent location, close to Little Italy and the Civic Hospital. Nice clean apartment, well decorated, had a balcony and a great view. Comfortable bed with a TV in the lounge and in the bedroom. Cooking utensils all provided, washer and dryer, nice shower. Plenty of towels and a dressing gown provided which was nice.

The Wifi initially was not very quick, improved somewhat over the few days I was there. 2 coffee pods provided and 1 load of detergent for the washer (I was staying for 5 days). On one of the days, the water from the taps and shower just stopped flowing (I messaged the property on booking.com but no reply), which resolved by the time I got back home in the evening. The forks and spoons in the drawer were not properly clean and I had to wash them by hand. I could not work out how to get the TV to switch back to normal television after I was done with Netflix.

The apartment was clean, modern, and had a great layout. It felt bright and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped - we were pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the kitchenware, which was a nice bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the other facilities, but overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay again!

The building is accessible using public transportation. It is a modern building with some amenities. The people at the reception were friendly and professional. My unit was ready when I arrived and early check in was appreciated. Good internet and entertainment system.

The unit that I got was right above the garage and was facing west. It was always hot regardless of the AC settings. The layout of the unit was really awkward with the bathroom right at the entrance far away from the bedroom. The kitchen has some adequate utensils for cooking but other basics like oil/salt are not provided.

It’s a great affordable place that has literally everything you might need from spoons to coffee machine and tide. Very cozy and nice apartment.

Overall it was clean but bedsheets had like 10 hair on it and pillows had hair on it too but when we asked to change it - there was no one who could do this and we were explained it’s just not washed out in the washing machine but it is clean. However it wasn’t a nice feeling to see this and having to remove them. Also one day in the morning there was no hot water.

Clean , modern, safe and secure building. Quiet and homey feeling

Not enough essentials for the amount of days stayed like toilet paper and towels etc. also the ad for the place mentioned a hot tub and bbq but we did not have access to it which we were looking forward to it. That was misleading.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor was great, close to the fitness room, the elevators and had a mini balcony with a lovely view of trees. There was an in suite washer/dryer which was a real bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very comfortable for 2 people for a week long visit. The location is a real selling point with Little Italy, which has lots of restaurants, just a short walk away. It is also close to Commissionaires Park which is a lovely spot to visit at tulip time or anytime.

Perhaps the front entrance area could use a little upkeep but really everything was fine about this location.

Exceptionally spacious, modern and clean apartment with all the amenities! It was so bright and cheery and the balcony was a plus. We were able to charge our plug-in electric vehicle at no charge. SOHO was so accommodating and extended our stay by an additional night. Excellent location!

Loved it all !

My stay was fantastic. Although I arrived later than expected, the guidance I received on how to obtain the keys to the underground parking, room, etc. was extremely clear. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of having a kitchen, laundry machine, and small living room was great.

This did not bother me much, but just a note to others, there is a lot of construction currently going on in the area making it a bit loud and tough to drive around at some points.
