The unit I chose is perfect for family. Kitchen is ok with extra supply to use. Beds are comfy and airconditoning is good Location is close to the center of Ottawa.

Basement Parking height is tight and fee is not included for the room rate. I paid $37 plus tax and I had my chihuahua/papillon @70 plus tax for a night.

You get a full suite in a central location. You can walk to just about anywhere in downtown Ottawa.

Parking fees seem high

The location gives you access to a lot of bars, restaurants and stores. You can also walk to the center from the hotel.

My first observation when I came to the place was that it was outdated and seems to stuck in the past (Horror movie settings came to mind). However, the longer I stayed, the place grew on me. Yes it may be outdated but everything are still functional.

Location, right in downtown. Hotel with kitchen and two bedrooms is a rare find.

Parking is very expensive $39+ taxes. Parking spots very narrow and very few available as there were about 8 that were exclusively reserved for electric vehicles while charging. Second level basement is in a very steep drop. Room is very dark as the wallpaper is dark and the curtains do not open properly. Also very few lamps that worked. The electric outlets were old and did not hold the phone chargers. I think the hotel would benefit with a little upgrade. Swimming pool very very cold. Hot tub very very hot. Exercise room did not have weights or space to exercise.

The location was ideal, with easy access to various corner stores, banks, and other essential services. Upon arrival, the valet staff were courteous, and the luggage carrier service was exceptional.

Upon arrival at the front desk, one of the staff members appeared less approachable. When inquiring about underground parking, she informed us that it was at full capacity and suggested we park on the street. Unfortunately, she responded with a considerable amount of attitude and seemed dismissive when we asked if parking would be included. However, we later spoke with another staff member responsible for parking, who informed us that there was available space in the underground lot and assured us he would handle the matter.

Staff great. Booking experience great, especially when calling to clarify reservation details and parking info. Location close to downtown activities and an easy drive to other parts of city.

Uncomfortable pull out bed in living room with what appeared to be mold under the mattress. No extra blankets. Parking not clearly described i.e. Underground parking is in an area that joins an apartment tower and we accidentally parked there at first. Our actual parking area was down a scarily steep incline for both levels 1 and 2. Cost of parking also steep at $38 plus tax for 24 hours.

I liked the location. The room was clean. Basic amenities were provided.

The bathroom: the towels were thin and rough. We quickly ran out of toilet paper. There should be a spare in the bathroom. The staff did bring some toilet paper once we asked. But I thought that was a bit cheap and entirely unexpected. I thought this compared to a third-world country with scarcity everywhere. There is no excuse for this in a country like Canada.

Location was excellent; within easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and popular tourist spots. Rooms have a balcony, which you don't see often...was nice to sit out there and unwind in the evening or welcome the morning. Rooms were very spacious, with a stocked kitchenette (microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc). Located just off Elgin, which we found to be good for "people watching"; let's just say it's an eclectic group! Never once felt unsafe though...the attached photo was the only one I took of the hotel; it's just a view from our balcony at night looking towards Elgin (West).

Bathroom was clean but quite outdated. Attached restaurant was closed; looks they were transitioning to a new offering in there. Luckily there are 2 places less than a 2 minute walk to grab breakfast (McD's and Zaks), and a pub on the corner (Deacon Brodie's) literally 30 seconds from the front door. Bed was fairly small (a double I think? certainly smaller than a queen)...but we're comfortable; we both slept well.

Helpful and friendly staff, well equipped suite, very clean, nice central location close to restaurants etc.

Price of parking, no smoking on balcony ( but, most likely a city by law), designated smoking area in full sun most of the day ( was very hot) with no seating. I think if you want people to comply, make it easy and comfortable! Not a big deal, but, artwork in the rooms very outdated ( very picky, here). Over time, could install photos of Ottawa, old and new.

Location was great! Short walking distance from the Rideau Canal to go skating and close to Elgin street with lots of restaurants. Quiet and very nice to have a kitchen and lots of space in the studio.

As other mentionned parking is expensive at 37$ but it is possible to leave your car in the garage until 6pm the next day and you can go in and out as often as you want. Worth it for us and quite convenient as we had to go out to pick a family member at the airport and no problem parking again with no other fees.
