Property was easy to find. Valet parking was a breeze to deal with. Anytime you want your vehicle, scan the QR code, submit the time frame you want your vehicle, and it will be brought up from the underground parking garage. Staff were extremely friendly. There is a pool on-site, but it is currently closed for renovations. I did use the fitness facilities. They are open 24-7. There isn’t a lot in the fitness centre, but it is clean and the equipment appears to be relatively new and in good condition.

I am not sure there is really anything I can say that I did not like about the property

Our stay at the Sheraton Ottawa was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but was so clean that it didn't matter. Location was perfect. Walking distance to parliament, Byward market area, the Rideau Canal, museums and many other attractions. The valet attendants were courteous and service was quick. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel in the heart of Ottawa. All the main attractions are within a 10 minute walk. The service is very good. The beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. It is impossible to open the window in the room to let in fresh air. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The ventilation in the toilet is very poor.

Rooms were clean, staff was great. I stayed with my 2 kids and wife for 4 days and it was great. Room was spacious enough, it has a mini fridge to keep food for the kids and the breakfast is an excellent option for all the family. Location is quite convenient. Close to everything. It is a good option for a family getaway. Overall, great value for the money.

Some things could be updated like bathroom faucets or lighting inside the room.

- very good location - good size room - very good climate control - helpful staff - good breakfast and breakfast service (especially Tia)

- inamovible showerhead, rendering a proper shower impossible - inexplicable reservations on my credit card (all finally disappearing) - no bathrobes, showercaps and slippers provided (later we learned we should have explicitely asked for them, but this wasn't advertised anywhere)

The room is massive! We had a double twin room and also requested for a crib but the provided us with an additional bed which was way comfortable for my little one. The breakfast is amazing! It was not included in the package but we paid for it and it was worth it. Service and the variety was excellent.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that they made me paid additional for the additional bed. This should have been a free service provided by the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable, with sufficient chairs for sitting to read or watch television. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located in downtown Ottawa.

Lighting in room could have been better as I have low vision issues. No free coffee in lobby in the morning

nothing with hotel but booking .com site there was 7 of us in 2 rooms booking .com said breakfast included but did not say was for 2 people per room. better off not getting breakfast with hotel when you have more than 2 in a room

Excellent location, minutes walk to major attractions. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly , helpful and expedient front office services.

Only 2 minor criticisms: the bathroom needs better ventilation, and the valet parking fee is a bit expensive ($32 per day).
