Excellent location close to Banks St., cafe, nice restaurants, very comfortable bed, very clean room, and excellent service. Proprietor provided me with hangers and an iron when needed. I especially liked that our room had a small couch, it made our brief stays in our room very relaxing.

Only a bath towel was provided. No hand towel, washcloth, or bath mat.

It was simple, but really great value for what we paid. No complaints.

The parking situation wasn't ideal. We had to block someone else in to park, and had to shuffle cars a couple of times. But it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Parking was a bit weird, was shown where to park but went to visit and when I came back someone else used the parking so no one else could.park there.

The location is amazing. The staff were very accommodating. I had booked for 1 night and was supposed to arrive to Ottawa in the eve but I had an emergency and arrived early in the morning, so I managed to sleep for a few hours before continuing my trip.

They mention in the listing here that parking is free and doesn't need reservation. I contacted them before coming and told them I will need parking space and was wondering if my minivan would fit. They said yes. I considered their answer as a confirmation. Then in the evening Hassan told me over the phone that their parking is full because it's first come first serve. Anyway, I was lucky that morning that a couple were leaving and took their car so I managed to park my car safely.

We really appreciated the Hot water during the 2023 Tulip festival. The temperature dropped down from 20 to 1 . We were freezing especially after a river cruise .

No breakfast served . A chair in the room would help . Towel hangers in the bathroom .

Decent enough to stay a few days, had the private bathroom which is a lifesaver. Locationwas accessible to most bus around the city and close to Commissioners park.

Some of the kitchen utensils weren’t present,sponge etc.

By the time we check in, can not turn on the TV, they immediately replaced and fixed it. Zedia is very welcoming,she even gave me the options for the rooms. The manager gave us good direction where we are going. There’s a secured front door. Nice to see microwave, kettle and toaster by the entrance.

The room that we had needs more secured lock, towel rack should be closer to the shower.

The room was clean and the bedroom was nicely painted. The bed was fairly comfortable. It had a smart tv and fan in the bedroom which was nice as well. The bathroom has a shower and a washer/dryer which was great!

It was noisy from the other guests

It was clean and a large room with a sofa area and fridge. Early check in was allowed and they let us keep our bags in the hall after check out. Good value and the staff were very nice. Great for backpackers

It was slightly run down, but clean and great for backpackers.
