The property was modern and well kept. We loved the location of the property, which allowed us to explore Parliament Hill, which was our main reason for visiting our Nations capital. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only area that needed some attention was the shared children activity space. That space looked as though it is neglected by staff. Also, because the hotel is located in a business district there weren’t any grocery stores nearby to purchase food from

Stay was excellent with the exception of house cleaning having hanger which read" if you need towels replace leave on ground" I did came bk after almost the whole day out,as I dropped my daughter off at university and found the towels where I left them and new ones not in bathroom instead close ro refrigerator. Why not remove dirty ones and hang clean ones where they belong in the bathroom? Other than that, the staff was wonderful, restaurant food was delicious, and I will for sure visit again as the location is also great, which makes it easy to get around

Leaving in the day and coming back at night to see all dirty towels on the ground.

Extremely comfortable beds, and large rooms. My friend was from Europe and she loved the space and that we both had a Queen sized bed. Toiletries available smell very good and I got compliments by some ladies in the elevator." It's the hotel shampoo" I said! We had breakfast in the hotel and both very satisfied and the waiter was great. We didn't opt for the buffet which seemed overpriced. We ordered from the menu. Pool is amazing! I managed to have a 30 minute swim and no one was there. So relaxing!

Bathroom is a bit outdated and has no fan, just a vent. A/C is also old and a bit weak compared to most A/C in Canada that is way too strong. Lots of conferences going on so sometimes we had to wait awhile for the elevator. Minor inconvenience.

I was beyond impressed with the hotel, we had to travel to ottawa for me to write my RN licensing exam, I was beyond nervous, I had mentioned that to the clerk when we were checking in and he was beyond friendly and offered words of encouragement. Later, after I had written my exam, my husband had gone out and bought champagne, he called down to see if we could get two champagne glasses sent up to celebrate and mentioned I had just written my exam, they sent up a complimentary fruit cup with little chocolates and at the door the staff was beyond polite and said it was a little gift to say congrats and how pleased they are to hear I wrote. This was beyond an amazing gesture and was so gracious. This was our first time ever staying here and we will be recommending this to everyone we know. Not to mention the breakfast being included from an actually nice restaurant with great food. We thought when we reserved our room when it said breakfast included it would be just the normal continental breakfast you see at all the chains in hotels, but no you could chose anything off their menu and it was amazing food. Overall, just beyond happy and so happy we stayed there. We go to ottawa often to visit our friends that live there and we will be staying here again!

Nothing it was stunning

Good location. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly breakfast staff.

1. Wrong name on our booking. 2. Wrong telephone number on our file. 3. On checkout receptionist said we had to pay for 2 breakfasts each. We agreed. He offered an email invoice which we accepted but which did not arrive. 4. When I checked my credit card 2 days later I found the hotel had charged again for our 3 night stay although we had already paid for this 4 months ago!!! BADLY TRAINED STAFF?? I rang Delta who said it could be up to 5 working days before the hotel would contact me.

My family and I LOVED the LOCATION- only a 5-10 min walk from the Parliament Buildings and a little further to Rideau Centre and Senate! We have come to Ottawa a lot, but never stayed here- we would 100% RECOMMEND! The BREAKFAST at Prova was delicious! One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while! Overall, the room, amenities, and overall staff were amazing, and we would stay at here and Delta hotels again!

The rooms could have been a little more 'modern', and had 2 Queens vs 2 Doubles.

I did not have any food from the property however I did order food and they got the delivery guy to bring it right to my door which I really appreciated and the property was very clean nice and very spacious as well

The only issue I had with the property is that I felt is way too expensive as I paid almost $350 for a single night and that’s honestly my only issue throughout my entire trip at delta hotel

Location was perfect! Very close to Parliament Hill and other Ottawa attractions. Loved that they are pet friendly hotel and I could stay with my dog. There is a Tim Hortons right on the lobby and that perfect since we had a rainy morning and couldn’t go outside but we could get some coffee and food in the meantime.

Great central location. Smooth check-in with welcoming staff. Convenient daily parking pass available at reception although free parking would have been preferred. Very comfortable bed and spacious room with requested view.

Small bathroom and shower. No free parking. Poor soundproofing as hallway noise was frequently audible. Tim Hortons in the building was convenient for on-the-go breakfast but it was a bit sketchy.

Room service attendants were nice and welcoming. Front office agents as well.

Water replenishments most esp for long staying guests. We’re a family for 4 and we only had 2 bottles of water upon arrival and kept asking for replenishments for 5 nights stay.
