Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Eggs were dry and had been out too long. Small pastries were only partially cooked...had to throw mine away. Should have tried the oatmeal, but didn't see it until too late.. Ended up stopping at McDonalds for breakfast on the way home. I would have liked some kind of channel guide with the TV, tried to find one but couldn't. Also...found the room temp thermostat setting on the wall didn't stay at the cooler temp I wanted. Instructions for this would have helped also. Lastly...though it seemed to be in range with other similar hotel prices/night...I did find it a little over priced for a one night stay....but I guess it's a sign of the times! I would have stayed an extra night had it been less expensive.

See above answer...got the answer boxes mixed up! What i liked: front desk staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff for rooms were great! Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. I wish I could have tipped my room cleaner, Tatiana...she did an excellent job!! I appreciated that it was a carpet-free room...felt much cleaner!! Also appreciated that it was a very quiet building! Didn't make use of other amenities in the building. Also appreciated the opportunity to arrive one hour earlier! Though I was surprised at the cost to arrange this...more than I expected.

The staff were all warm and welcoming. They made sure we had fresh-baked cookies every afternoon/evening we were there. Although it is a small gesture, it has an impact. The staff accommodated our needs very well, especially the front desk and breakfast servers. The complementary breakfast was a very decent, hot buffet, with variety throughout our stay. The room was comfortable for a family of four and a pup, and it was very clean. The beds were lovely, and the blackout curtains were exceptional. Quiet. Restful. We had 3 hockey teams come into the hotel the last night we were staying; the staff assigned them rooms on the upper floors, allowing for a quiet night for us. The pool and hottub, bar, and lounge were a great addition. The location is spectacular. Right off the main highway, with many excellent restaurants and amenities very close by.

Clean. Modern. Welcoming. Pool and hot tub were spacious and clean. Lots of lounge chairs. Breakfast was included but fairly small / limited compared to some but still a variety of options.

Small parking lot, especially for larger vehicles (trucks), and we unfortunately got an adjoining room, and the people who had the room next to us were very obnoxious and loud. There was NO soundproofing between the rooms whatsoever because of that door. I could hear every word they say and likely participated in the conversation from my room if I wanted. That was really the only downfall.

Staff, Staff, Staff! Location, cleanliness, breakfast bar, gym. our stay included a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning and both of those mornings the breakfast bar was staffed by two different employees, and both of them kept the area, immaculately, clean and well-stocked, until after the time for it to close, and even then they asked if everyone was finished before they started to close it down. Bravo to the breakfast bar staff. If you’re travelling with a team and you can afford it in your budget this is a great option.

The price was a stretch for the size of the accommodation.

Excellent, modern, clean hotel with comfortable beds & a great breakfast (Eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, hash, oatmeal, fruit and all the fixings etc). In-room kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans, toaster etc. The pool and hot tub/spa was especially enjoyed by my kids as the pool room is always warm and nice. The staff was superb!! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They went above and beyond. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The freshly baked cookies everyday from 3pm, were just to-die-for. Free parking, designated smoking areas outside. Nice outdoor patio area with seating & bbq grill available for use. Multiple large washrooms near the pool area, and ice machines are also available. Gym is modern and well equipped. Can walk across the street to Tanger outlet where there are lots of restaurants and stores. Will definitely return with My family.

A new hotel located right across the large Tanger shopping center. The hotel staff is very kind, and they responded positively to all our requests. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and very pleasant for a stay of several nights. The hotel also offers the option of doing laundry for a nominal fee - which is very convenient for those who come to Canada for a long stay.

Every morning there were some suspicious people walking around the lobby and the dining room, smelling very bad of cigarettes, which it is not clear what they are doing there. It is very unpleasant, especially when you want to sit quietly and eat your breakfast

Everything from booking, to check-in, to the stay was wonderful. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Everyone was very helpful during our long stay - we were there for the World Junior's. The hotel is right across the highway from the Canadian Tire Centre so it's great for any hockey games or concerts happening there! Bigger than average mini-fridge in the room was lovely since we brought some of our own food/drinks!

Nothing, honestly! Our stay was great!

Check in was easy and staff were more than courteous. I have a hearing problem and they were very patient and kind. After we were in our room about 15 minutes, they called to make sure everything was ok and at the check in desk I was given a card with the front desk persons name and told to call if I needed anything. Breakfast was acceptable. Usual fair. The hotel is across the road from the Tangers Outlet and very new.

The jets in the hot tub were not working.

Great location - close to many restaurants and shops, Canadian Tire Centre, and Outlet mall is within walking distance. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Pool and hot tub are a good size with lots of seating. The breakfast is very good with many options. Loved the added touch of the fresh baked cookies every afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not much to complain about. Bed is very firm (almost too firm) and bathroom fan was not working well.

Great location, was the 2nd nite here, was having work done on my home. The staff were very good and friendly at check in. One issue though, on the 30th, when checking out, I was later for breakfast ( arrived after 9am) and the lady was just clearing away the breads, etc. she refused to leave a few slices and simply reminded me that it was after 9am. Luckily I remembered a very nice man @ front desk( probably a manager), and asked him if he could get me a boiled egg and yogurt, which were locked. He did immediately, without reprimand or questions. So he saved the day! Maybe others could learn to be more flexible. Other than that , nice hotel. Thanks!

Service and intolerance of lady taking away the breakfast because I was later than 9am ( I arrived about 9:20am), and she was incapable of legibility…
