Very friendly and helpful staff, generous hot and cold breakfasts, and an exceptionally comfortable bed with soft sheets, lots of pillows, and a lightweight duvet made staying here a very enjoyable experience. Even though it was located right beside a 4-lane highway, it was very quiet. No carpeting in the pet-friendly room was smart and convenient. Generous parking and easy check-in/check-out made everything quick and efficient. The room cost was reasonable, especially since it included breakfast and parking.

The non-carpeted floor meant that the desk chair slipped out from under you if you were not careful when you sat down, as I discovered--ouch! As well, a shower mat or non-slip tape on the shower floor would have made showering less worrisome.

We were in the area to help plan a funeral for a close friend. We drve 6 hrs and arrived at Comfort in well before check in and asked if we could check in early so we could shower before we met with our family. They checked us in as soon as they possibly good and even called us when the room was ready and quickly got us checked in. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay. Every staff member went above and beyond to be kind, friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be our go to from now on. The breakfast was also delicious.

The price was a little high in comparison to hotels in the area especially since it didn't have a pool. However they made up for it with amazing costumer service.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, mini sausages, potatoes, toast, waffles, cereals, fruits, yogurts, milk, coffee, apple and orange juice, muffins, it was all there, very easy to pick. Room was quiet even though the hotel is right next to the highway. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

The way I was explained how to go to my room did not make any sense because I had to go outside and around the building even though the room (as any other) was accessible from the lobby that was of course inside.

Close to Canadian Tire Centre. Really appreciated shuttle bus service to concert. We got lost easily in the hotel...one lovely young male staff person dropped what he was doing to take us to the breakfast room. So kind! Breakfast being included. Clean.

Shuttle bus was great idea..could have been better organized. Bus driver was sweet and kind but didn't speak English and didn't have necessary paperwork to get into the parking lot. Parking lot staff didn't speak French. A chaotic trip but well worth the price. A variety of pillow thicknesses would be appreciated. Ours were all too puffy and we got sore necks.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. It's nice that the bedrooms that allow pets don't have carpet, making it easier to keep clean. The staff was amazing, always ready to assist. I liked having big dispensers of shampoo and conditioner, so we don't have to request more all the time, and it's also beneficial for the environment. The bedrooms and bathroom had a very good size, and the curtains covered all the outside light, promoting a good environment to a proper rest. The complementary breakfast was nice.

The beds were too soft for me, but I really like very firm beds. The tv image quality was very poor.

Nice firm bed, walk in shower was wonderful.

That the mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment, when we travel we often bring food in a cooler, with freezer packs that need to be frozen. The breakfast area seems very small for the number of rooms, Saturday morning was zoo like, we quickly grabbed a little bit of food and headed back to our room, because there was no place to sit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The front lobby and kitchen felt small and crowded in the morning during breakfast and check out. Felt like you could not move without bumping into someone. And surprised that there wasn't an elevator; at least, I didn't see one for customers.

I liked the great, peaceful, quiet residential location. The building appeared to be clean and pretty well maintained for the most part.

I didn't like having to park in front of the main entrance in order to check in with the front desk. I would have liked to be able to watch some TV in the lunch room after the breakfast.

Everything was close to what we needed on our trip.

My mother brought her blanket in the room. And after the first night. Her blanket disappeared after the cleaning had finished. Her blanket meant a lot to her. I hope you find honesty amongst your workers and return the blanket back.

In our trip to Halifax and back, this was the best comfort inn in terms of service, quality, and customer service. The employees took more time to explain things that they didn’t at our other inns, which we really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was the best of all the ones we’d stayed at, with more selection and fresher quality. Overall great experience.

We were a little far from the main part of Ottawa, but that was what we chose and not really anything to do with the hotel itself (but that’s our only issue with the hotel - if you could even call it that!).
