The beddings and pillows are very comfy. Staff are polite specially at the restaurant (breakfast) area and the housekeeping staff that we are meeting along the way, always having good welcoming smiles.

It is not that I really disliked it, but there was an odd smell in the hallway — maybe likely from the chlorine used in the swimming pool, which seemed to linger in the carpet. This left a damp, water-like odor that was little bit unpleasant. Additionally, during check-in, I appreciated that the hotel has procedures for incidental charges. However, I felt uncomfortable with the staff manually taking my card and entering the details into the hotel’s system. I wasn’t sure if they included the CVV code and expiry date, but I could see the staff typing all my card information into the computer. For security reasons, I would strongly recommend using a payment terminal (card machine) instead of recording card details by hand and manually inputting them into the system.

The property is large with lots of green terrain for the young kids to run around. Great well kept pool. Spacious breakfast room with big windows (my kids loved the mini pancake maker and I loved the variety of food). Our room had all the necessities and was comfortable and clean. It easily accommodated myself and my three young boys under 8. Making my stay enjoyable and easy to manage as a single parent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always readily available. We will definitely stay there again should we return to the area.

We had just come from a 4 star hotel on a golf course in another city and WelcomInns' cleanliness and upkeep far surpassed our last stay. So great job to them. The bed had a squeak in it, so my partner did not sleep well from it, but I slept fine and found the bed comfortable. I was happy with the stay.

The hot tub didn't look like clean and clear water so we didn't go in. The breakfast was so-so. The eggs didn't taste like eggs and the selection was about average, but it was great to have a few food items for the day and hot coffee.

The room was nice and comfy. We loved being on the first floor because we had the parking space right by our back door. The pool, sauna, and spa are nice and clean. Hotel is Near everything, highway, restaurants, SAQ, gaz station. Breakfast was fair. Price for the room was good.

Too much chlorine in the spa. With the heat, our eyes were litterally burning we couldn't stay in very long because of that. Going through the tunnel at peak hour was terrible a 20mins ride became a 55mins ride only negative comment I have in term of the location.

Hotel was very clean, staff at the desk was very helpful when we checked in. Room was very cozy and clean. Comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor and loved that there was a parking spot right outside or room and had our own entrance from parking lot to our room. No need to lug your bags through the hotel.

Cable TV didn't have much selection, a lot of French. No option to use your own Netflix account or YouTube. The breakfast foods that are supposed to be hot were cold, didn't have a lot of selection for hot foods. Was scrambled eggs, baked beans and sausage.

This family style nice-looking cozy hotel reminded me european hotels. It was raining when we checked in, but sounds of children having fun in the pool raised our spirits. We used sauna and pool next evening and this is still one of the warmest (in all senses) memories! Also, our room had a way out outside directly to a shady part of parking, which was nice. I want to mention beds - a matress was fantastic! Firm and soft enough and it felt ideally flat without a slightest sign of previous guests using it. The breakfest - i loved sausages on Sunday morning! They were so notable that i thought they worth to be served on Ontario restourants. Next day breakfest was pretty similar but with different sausages. Parking is free and there is a lot of space.

Noisy conditioner. This was our greatest problem, as it also tented to pause for 20-30 seconds like every hour or less and sudden change from loud noise to silence woke everyone each time. There was a queue for the breakfest, but we knew it from reviews and came earlier. Other expected cons were considerably small room for four persons but we had an option to buy two rooms, so this is our fault. What else i didn't like? There was no corkscrewer in the room...

Breakfast was nothing special, but it was good. The stay was short due to travel but the facilities was very clean and people were friendly. Could not check in earlier so that was a bit disappointing after 11 hours on the road.

The staff were the friendliness people! They also slipped between French and English effortlessly. They were so helpful and were always cleaning. I felt guilty walking across the lobby, because they were always cleaning the floor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of pillows on the beds. We had a room with 2 queen size beds, and each bed had 4 pillows! This hotel sits right across from a park and ride. We were able to take a bus directly to the subway green line that zipped us into downtown Montreal. We were able to explore the city without having to drive and deal with traffic. The coffee at breakfast was delicious and the breakfast overall was good.

Towels were thin and people like smoking right outside the backdoor.

Clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. It was right off one of the main highways which was very convenient. There was a pool and spa that seemed very well maintained. I did not get to use them but I will definitely next time. Also, the AC unit was top notch which made it easier to sleep well.

There is only one elevator and when everyone is leaving in the morning you have to wait a long time. I had to take the stairs a few times. This was not a big deal since the property only has 3 levels and I was on the second floor.

very friendly staff. room was clean, as was the whole hotel. free wi-fi & breakfast was a nice bonus. there is also a pool. we didn't have a chance to use it but the people who did looked like they were having a great time. i didn't need it but i also thought it was great that they had microwaves for guests to use. i also noticed they had a small business centre. i would definitely stay again if i'm in the area. plus, extra discount for booking.com's genius membership!

vending machine was sold out of many of its selections. other hotels & motels i've stayed in provide lotion along with soap and shampoo but this one only had soap and shampoo. i wouldn't have noticed or cared if i didn't forget mine at home.
