The staff are all very friendly. They let me leave my luggage there after check-out since my flight was 9 hours later, and I still had time to explore the city. There are some great coffee shops by 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Prefontaine metro station is also 15 minutes walking from the hotel. There are also some bus stops close to the hotel. Although the room was tiny and small, the high ceiling doesn't let you feel claustrophobic. There was enough room for my luggage as a solo traveler. Breakfast is also okay.

The bed was not that comfortable. The bathroom sink is so narrow that it makes it almost impossible to wash your face without the water pouring out. The bathroom mirror was also almost covering the sink, so when I wanted to bend to wash my face, my head would hit the mirror shelf. There were many ants in the room, marching around. I stayed there for 4 nights. Every day, they would set the bed cover again (good) but didn't take the used towels away and replaced them with clean ones. Every morning, when the cleaning staff started their work for other rooms, the noise would come in and would wake me up easily. In other words, the room is not noise-insulated. The refrigerator was also very noisy and woke me up every time that it started working.

Recently renovated, it looks nice and cozy, new beds. The table and small bench next to the mirror were very comfortable. Several light sources in the form of table lamps added comfort in the evening. The bed was comfortable, the blankets were warm. And everything was clean. Free parking available

There was little light in the room and the old sockets didn't work very well. To be honest, it was scary to touch them. But these are just a few in the room, although it would be possible to replace them with new ones. I would like to have breakfast with at least an omelet and not just sausage and bread.

We checked in quite late, after a long day of driving, walking, and in general being out and about all day. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing bath once we checked in, but our tub's plug didn't work, and I couldn't fill the bath up. I went down and explained to the staff member. He was quick to come have a look and tried his best to get it to work, but he was unsuccessful. I asked if any other rooms were available, and he was really helpful in arranging one for us. He was super nice and understanding about the want to change, and I appreciate the willingness to let us have a room with a working tub instead. Thanks team 😁

I am unable to fault this place. Parking is limited, and it isn't very central if those are factors you want to consider. It's worth it, in my opinion.

The place was great with excellent customer service. The front desk attendants were multilingual and polite. The location of this hotel is a bit far away from Downtown Montreal but there were transit stations nearby which is great for tourists and those who are not planning to bring a personal vehicle. There is onsite and street parking but check the street parking rules to avoid getting a ticket. The room was massive and breakfast was good. It had enough options for vegetarians. Room service was great as well and they cleaned the room everyday during my visit.

Breakfast could use some more variety and meat options.

The quick check-in was appreciated upon arrival. The continental breakfast was good even though it was only available from 8 am to 10 am. The room was fine clean and comfortable with the private bath, good wifi and tv.

Unavailable staff for checkouts in the mornings. They did not always have staff readily available for "front desk assistance and information" especially in the 6 am to 830 am each day. Check-out assistance was not not to be found when I needed them. Other guests said the same thing. Other guests actually helped me (and other guests) to get checked out and answer some questions. 8 am to 10 am was too late for me to be able to enjoy the breakfast....although the lady in charge did let me grab a sandwich at 7 am on the Saturday. Parking was minimal (only 4-5 small cars) on site but the road was available as well for overnight parking.

Peaceful neighborhood. Fully automated hotel. I didn't even need to talk to anyone for check in and check out! Has a cute freezer. Huge ceiling height. It used to be some post office before they converted it to a hotel. Temperature was optimal. Didn't need to use heater in start of November, but checked it and it works great. Everything else was as expected. Located close to the olympic stadium and almost beside the St. lawrence river.

No view from window at least in the room I got. The cleaning ladies do not understand English. When I reached there it was a bit difficult to communicate with them to take the trash out that was left behind by previous guests. they were rather disgruntled by that but eventually cleaned the room reluctantly. I arrived at 2:30pm. Check in was a 3pm. So still not too bad. For such things, presence of a front desk receptionist would help. The basin was tiny. Too tough to wash hands, face or mouth without spilling water.

This was an old post office converted to a hotel so had a kitschy charm. Breakfast downstairs was good. Free parking was available on the street. The bus stop was just across the street.

Had to take the subway or bus to any attractions because we’d didn’t want to drive in the city with all the construction. Best not to walk in the area just north of the property, but street of the hotel is just fine.

This is an excellent hotel in the Montreal area. It's not right in the city centre but access is easy by bus and/or metro. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the local area. The room I stayed in was warm and cozy, in spite of the sub-zero temperature outside. The whole hotel was warm and welcoming. There is free coffee available throughout the day and the wifi works very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. All good. Thanks.

It was a shame that the hotel requires a security deposit on the guest's credit card. I know that this is becoming standard practice in North America but it's a bit annoying to find the amount blocked on one's card.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. A kind woman greeted us and made check-in easy. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The location is great and parking is available. The only issue was that the water in the shower was cold on the day we checked out. Other than that, everything was great. We would stay here again!
