the room had everything that one could need. It was nice to not have to call reception for things like hair dryer, iron, extra towels, coffee and electric jug, etc.

The air conditioning could be better. Even with the thermostat in the room, the temp would stay at 22 regardless of what we would change it to. For all the nights, it got pretty hot at some point. Dont know if it was just the room we got, or the thermostat is just a dummy and the building temperature is controlled by the hotel only.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything you need for your stay. Full kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher. Room cleaned daily. Shower/bathtub had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hand soap and body lotion at sink. Breakfast included. Close to all the major attractions. If you love to shop, this is the place to stay. This is my 4th time staying here and I highly recommend.

We we upgraded to a 2-room suite which made our family of 4 (with 2 small kids) much easier to get to bed. It's so difficult to find hotels that will accomodate these needs. They even provided a full-size crib for our infant, which made things so much easier on us.

Very little to say here. The facilities were excellent and the pool entertained our 4-year old each night we were there. The breakfast was adequate but nothing spectacular, just yogurt, cereals, toast, bagels and coffee.

The location of the hotel is amazing, such a great convenient location right in the centre of Montreal, easy walking to most places, lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep, but no noise at all when in your room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are HUGE and are far better than the photos make them look. The beds are really comfy, the air con great, nice breakfast selection, small pool and sunbathing rooftop terrace, decent gym, and so handy to have washing machine and dryer facilities. Honestly, I could not fault this hotel. We will 100% book to stay here again when we come back to Montreal - and we will, we loved it! :)

Nothing - exception hotel and service!

Very nice hotel in a central location, walking distance from the Bell Centre, which was our destination for the night. Good facilities, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, very nice and clean baby cot was provided. We particularly liked the valet parking, charged extra, but that was expected being in a central location.

The breakfast could be improved with some warm options.

The room size was big with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. We have stayed here on our few visits to Montreal over past 5 years and we always recommend this hotel to our friends traveling from the states. We lived around the corner for awhile. This visit we noticed the kitchens and bathrooms have been updated since our last visit 3 yrs ago. We love the location and the newly transformed Phillips Sq is incredible. There was even dancing on the weekend nights that seemed to be impromptu, with someone bringing the music and couples dancing. Lovely. You can take the 747 bus from the airport almost to their door.

Superb location, friendly staff, exceptionally spacious and well-equipped studios. I particularly loved how they were not stingy with hygienic products and towels. The queen bed was super comfy. It was a pleasure staying inside the room, which says it all.

The hotel provides so much extra (e.g. bathrobes) that providing disposable slippers would be only little effort but highly appreciated. The breakfast area is disproportionately small to the number of people at any given time, although it's possible to take the food back to the room. There could be much more variety in breakfast items.

Excellent location and close to Hudson Bay Co., Eaton Centre, subway, McGill, entrance for underground city and great restaurants. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Temperature in the room was controlled by a wall thermostat, and nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Our valet/concierge Joseph was very pleasant and professional. He directed us to some great restaurants and took care of our luggage and truck upon arrival. Excellent and prompt service. Our cleaning lady was very nice and did a great job as well. Continental breakfast provided and included fresh juices, coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Different breads, bagels and spreads. As well as sliced ham and sliced fresh cheese (not processed), hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit ( oranges, kiwi and banana ). Very clean and the staff very attentive to detail. We brought our little shih tzu dog. They were very accommodating. Our trip was in Feb 2025, so snow was an issue but there is a dog park and another green space around the corner from the hotel (5-7 min walk). We used the business centre and that was open 24hrs. The gym and pool were also nice. All in all I would recommend staying here. My husband and I are very particular about where we stay and we would give this a “10”

The location is brilliant and to have a kitchenette is so handy. Shops are just around the corner. Staff are very nice. Had a meal at the restaurant it was gorgeous. Breakfast is basic but good as it is included in the rate.

Children are jumping in the pool despite the clear rules, unmannered parents did not say anything. Accidentals are 50cad for the stay and a print out of the total ( stay + accidentals) is taken on arrival on the card. Do not use a debit card like me as the full amount is actually debited on the card a first time and when they authorise for the release, the full amount is debited again minus the accidentals. I got refunded of the double charge 30 days later once home, which a nightmare if you are on a budget. Not the hotel fault though but the American continent system. Banks take ages to refund.

The suite was so spacious, clean, and amazing! It was very convenient for my family who like to sleep in. We could get our breakfast from the dining area, take it to our room, and then eat it when we were hungry. There was a great selection for everyone. The location was fantastic as we didn't use our car while we stayed there. We walked to all our tourist destinations. The shopping was great that it was so close by also.

The hotel met all our expectations. We were pleased with it all. Nothing to change....keep up the good work.
