Beds were super comfortable. Better than most places that I have stayed. Parking was very easy to access and we could park in front of hotel to unload. Close to the Metro (Place-des-armes) so we could get anywhere. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette.

The price was comparable to other hotels in Montreal, but was still much too expensive. The elevator was not working (or heavily over subscribed?) for a really long time one of the mornings we were there and it was hard to find the way to the bottom floor using the stairs.

- Breakfast was very average - The whole building has a very dated decor but it is well maintained and you may find it kind of retro cool as I did.

The swimming pool is nice and clean, and breakfast is included, although there is no hot food. If my family travel Montreal again, I would stay here again. Parking fee I paid: I parked Mon 3:30pm~Fri 9:30am and paid $74 in total.

When I made my reservation, I specifically requested a heater and two extra blankets, but they were not provided in the room. As a result, I had to ask for them again. On the third day of my trip, I called the front desk at around 5:15 PM to request a towel change. The staff member said that I needed to come to the front desk to collect them. And whether 2 towels were enough while there were 3 people in the room. Unpleasant.

Reception staff bilingual and pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite, which was great. I heard them give the same upgrade to the guest behind me, so they must've had a surplus of suites. Location is good, right downtown and close to McGill university, so lots of college students and associated bars and eateries in the neighborhood. My suite even had a little kitchenette but I didn't stay long enough to make use of it. Free breakfast also very good.

On-site parking lot under the building is small and limited capacity, though there is a public garage across the street.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, visiting the biodome and all espace pour la vie attractions. Cartier des festivals was only a short walk away and made for an interesting evening stroll with the kids. There was lots to see and do. The pool was a nice addition for us. It offered extra entertainment for the kids and the views from up there we incredible. The whole pool area is very nice actually. The queen bed in our room was very comfortable. The kids slept on the sofa bed and had no complaints. The staff were very polite and helpful to help resolve the small issue we had with parking. The continental breakfast offered many options for all tastes.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

When we got to the front desk the lady there was really nice, and she offered us a choice to stay on a higher floor. They also had enough space to park in their parking garage. The hotel room was very clean, and the space was lovely. In the booking pictures, it showed it as a studio room, however when we got there the bedroom was in a separate room which was cool! Very cute full kitchen with almost everything you could need. The room had a little balcony which we really liked. The bed was super comfy and smelled very clean. Bathroom was small, but clean and got the job done. Nothing super fancy, but that wasn’t a priority of ours anyway. Very cute space and pretty quiet. I would consider staying here again if I’m in Montreal.

The parking garage was pretty small and parking spots were quite small and hard to get into. The price for 2 nights was quite expensive since we were there a high profile weekend. Though I’m pretty sure the price normally is quite good.

Love the extra space given by the "appartment-style". The kitchen is well equipped and suited my needs (finished a birthday cake!). The bed was very comfortable. The place is SUPER clean.

The A/C was right in front of the desk, so it was impossible to sit at the desk to work while the A/C was on. It's powerful and also a little loud. But there is a dining table, so I used that space instead! So this was just a minor inconvenience. Walls were a little thin -I could hear my neighbor coughing. However, residents were generally quiet, so again, a minor comment.

Great value for location, cleanliness, comfort, with included breakfast. Unpretentious. Hardworking staff to provide you with a beautiful breakfast spread, spotless hotel rooms, and friendly bilingual welcome at the reception. For a 3 star accommodation, it was fully stocked with clean towels, pillows, extra blankets. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything was clean and the room has lots of lights and lamps. There’s even a balcony for fresh air and great view from the 15th floor. Thanks to the staff for caring about the rooms and making them comfortable.

Not the Ritz but definitely nothing wrong with this property from our experience.

Pool was not really heated, it was just warm. They used a surface temp thermometer which doesn't measure the actual water temp. Parking is only for cars below 5ft 5inches. They have a list of which types of cars are allowed. Most are not. I'm 5'6 and my car is shorter than me. They wouldn't allow my car. They offered a parking lot across the street. Although price was ok, it was NOT one rate in/out unlimited like their lot. I was most upset about this. Our room door didn't have the latch were the security band goes over. Our toilet flush kept getting stuck. At one point I just kept the top off because every time we had to open it and pull it.

Amazing price, love the free breakfast, a variety of facilities such as kitchen, pool and a laundry room. I wish I was able to use their pool but I didn't have time (maybe next time), great amenities, very spacious + clean room and a SUPER COMFY BED!! The location was also great, its near the subway station so you can easily travel to places, there were alot of food stores near the area and Eaton Centre Mall if you want to go shopping.

I wish there were hot meals (e.g. scrambled eggs, bacon or pancakes) but I'm not complaining.
