Beds were super comfortable. Better than most places that I have stayed. Parking was very easy to access and we could park in front of hotel to unload. Close to the Metro (Place-des-armes) so we could get anywhere. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette.

The price was comparable to other hotels in Montreal, but was still much too expensive. The elevator was not working (or heavily over subscribed?) for a really long time one of the mornings we were there and it was hard to find the way to the bottom floor using the stairs.

- Breakfast was very average - The whole building has a very dated decor but it is well maintained and you may find it kind of retro cool as I did.

While the decor of the room was quite dated the space was excellent. We had booked a one bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen area and living room as we were there for a week so it was great to not be confined to a single hotel room and have our own kitchen area so we didn't need to eat out all the time. The apartment was really spacious, there was lots of storage and the living area had a sofa, armchair, coffee table as well as a corner desk with chair. There was a dining table that seated 4 and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need including utensils, crockery, cleaning cloth/liquid etc. The bed was really comfortable and there was a big closet with hangers, shelves and plenty of space. There was air con in the living area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom had a bath and overhead shower which was really good. The included breakfast was really good, there wasn't any hot food apart from the toaster but there was a good selection of breads, boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and cereals as well as different fruit juices and tea and coffee so plenty of options. Having laundry facilities was great as well. There was an indoor pool and an outside roof terrace area with some sun loungers but we didn't use them but it's great that they're there as an option.

The bath towels could have been bigger but that seemed to be quite common with all the hotels we stayed in while visiting Canada. The room wasn't very sound proof so you could hear people coming and going in the corridor at night.

The 1-bed room suit was big enough for all 4 of us (parents and 2 young kids). We also liked the kitchen with all the cookware and large fridge. The balcony was also a nice thing to have. The kids also loved the swimming pool on the last floor. The staff were very friendly and ready and fast to help. At the check-in I asked for and extra bed, and by the time we got to our room on the upper floor, the extra bed was already in our room. The view over the city from the roof top pool was great, especially view towards Mont Royale.

1- The balcony was not clean nor there was a broom for us to clean it. 2- The pool did not have any floating boards and noodles to help with kids floating. And there was no change room. 3- The lift was small and slow (not a big deal since there were too lifts). During the rush hour we had to wait 10 minutes to get into the lift and go down from 15th floor. 4- Overall, the break fast was good, however it was missing some warm stuff like scramble egg, sausage, bacon, or potatoes.

The pool was great and the sun deck is beautiful, staff was very friendly, cleaning ladies did a great job, wasn’t too busy or loud, and the kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.. Our room got really cold at one point and the maintenance people were at our room door before I even got back from the front desk and immediately fixed the issue. And the breakfast was great!!! Not your typical mediocre continental breakfast, lots of options and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your breakfast. It was also nice and close to McGill Campus!

The bathroom/kitchen were a bit out dated. Bathroom was very small and no counter space but it really didn’t take away from the stay at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Even though I had lived in Montreal for years and knew the area well, this was my first time staying here — and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and responsive. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety — far beyond a standard hotel breakfast. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the room had a well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare tea or snacks anytime. It truly felt like home. I’ve experienced or heard about many hotels in Montreal through friends and family, and I believe this is one of the best. I’m really happy I finally had the chance to stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

he windows let in some cold air, even in spring. Better insulation would make the room more comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned during my stay, even though housekeeping staff checked in regularly. A full cleaning at least once during longer stays would be appreciated.

The swimming pool is nice and clean, and breakfast is included, although there is no hot food. If my family travel Montreal again, I would stay here again. Parking fee I paid: I parked Mon 3:30pm~Fri 9:30am and paid $74 in total.

When I made my reservation, I specifically requested a heater and two extra blankets, but they were not provided in the room. As a result, I had to ask for them again. On the third day of my trip, I called the front desk at around 5:15 PM to request a towel change. The staff member said that I needed to come to the front desk to collect them. And whether 2 towels were enough while there were 3 people in the room. Unpleasant.

We were thrilled with this hotel, in so many ways! The apartment we had was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The hotel was in a wonderful location, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful.. I read several reviews about the breakfast - saying that there were no hot options, but honestly, we felt that it was a wonderful breakfast, with lots of variety! I had coffee and juice, yogurt and fresh fruit, followed by coffee cake.. but there was also hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, an assortment of baked goods. There was plenty of choice, in a very large, sun-lit dining room. I would absolutely stay here again, and even before we left, we were texting family about it!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, visiting the biodome and all espace pour la vie attractions. Cartier des festivals was only a short walk away and made for an interesting evening stroll with the kids. There was lots to see and do. The pool was a nice addition for us. It offered extra entertainment for the kids and the views from up there we incredible. The whole pool area is very nice actually. The queen bed in our room was very comfortable. The kids slept on the sofa bed and had no complaints. The staff were very polite and helpful to help resolve the small issue we had with parking. The continental breakfast offered many options for all tastes.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Reception staff bilingual and pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite, which was great. I heard them give the same upgrade to the guest behind me, so they must've had a surplus of suites. Location is good, right downtown and close to McGill university, so lots of college students and associated bars and eateries in the neighborhood. My suite even had a little kitchenette but I didn't stay long enough to make use of it. Free breakfast also very good.

On-site parking lot under the building is small and limited capacity, though there is a public garage across the street.
