Very good! Located in a safe area, very close to McGill University, I was worried at first after seeing so many bad reviews online, but I decided to try it because they have parking, although there is limited parking behind the hotel, it doesn't seem to be a problem, customers come and go, there is always parking available. The hotel seems to be converted from an old apartment, but this is not a problem at all, it is fairly clean, and my room has a small refrigerator and microwave. The windows can be opened and you can breathe fresh air. If you are visiting Montreal and would rather spend money on sightseeing and eating than spending too much on a hotel, I recommend this hotel.

I suggested it would be nice if the old sleeper chair could be removed instead of putting more chairs in the room

The reception was very friendly. The room was large with a nice view and it was not expensive. The location was very good, and easy to rent a bike, get a bus or uber if needed

The furniture and design of the room could be updated. It is not just a small family hotel without any facilities like lobby, restaurant bar etc. But there is enough nice places in the area surrounding the hotel

The hotel was located in the heart of Montreal, near to several tourist destinations. Buses and the metro are easily accessible. It was a simple, practical, but antiquated chamber. Since some of the rooms we saw online were too colorful for us, we're actually glad we got the neutral color room we asked for. This is the place to go if you want a budget stay and you spend most of your time outside.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and accommodating. My room was great, a good size with a great view of the art mural across the street. The shower worked well, the bed was comfortable, the building was quiet, and I slept like a baby. There was also a mini-fridge and a microwave which is always handy. Perfect location 5 minutes from Place des Arts, and a short walk to Parc Mont-Royal, McGill, and Old Montreal.

There could have been an extra mirror or two (especially a full-length mirror) in the room.

staff were great! helpful and friendly, made checking in and out easy. The locations amazing, especially for the price of the room, so close to everything and great for anyone on a budget.

The hotels old but that was expected, the only thing I would say is bigger shower towels would be nice the biggest ones they had were still quite small.

Location, location location . Walking distance to everything. Basilica of Notre Dame . China town . Old port. Diff areas in old Montreal.. service with a smile mostly . Bed and room were Clean free parking !

Property Is Old. Upper rooms smell damp. Lower rooms are bright but since on street levels maybe noisy. Room was not cooling and we did have a restless night Showers are tricky on hot and cold water. Parking is free but leave cars keys with desk so your car can be moved .

The location was great, parking was super easy and there were plenty of spots. There was also free parking on the street outside the hotel. the room was clean and staff was very friendly. They held our bags and let us park before check-in. We were able to walk to the old town in less than 20 min, passing many landmarks along the way. Would definitely stay here again. Great price, clean, safe, and free parking! So happy we chose to stay here and saved some money compared to other hotels in the area!

Everything was great!

The location is amazing. 24 hour cafe/resto nearby. Bus and Metro close by. Bar/patio across the street. Restaurants, mall, gym with summer swimming pool up the street.

The sofa is passable but should be replaced.

Location is close to Old Montreal, Basilica of Notre Dame, Rue Ste Catherine, and Chinatown. Walkable to Parc du Mont-Royal. Metro food Mart is a block away. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Parking can be tricky. Hotel is on Rue Sherbrooke at Rue Jeanne-Mance. Remember that Rue Jeanne-Mance is a one-way street. Parking is at back of building. The reception desk people are good at directing you. Note, no elevator.

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful. It's an excellent choice for the price!
