This place in the heart of Montreal and you can feel a vibe of the city here. You can visited most of interesting places by foot or bike from here. Various restorants and bars near. Supermarket La Main is also very close.There are all nessesary in the apartment to live like at home. Good quality of WiFi, it was important for us for keeping work. Also we liked contactless process for chek-in/check-out.

We were looking for the place that has a parking nearby. On this site and in few reviews was presented information that it's possible to park car near on a public parking. Unfortunately, now (April 2024) it's not true, because 2 parkings near were closed. We spent more then 2 hours to find a place to park. As result, I can recommend underground parking at UQAM Parking Lot, 1435 Rue Sanguinet. It will take about 15 min walking. Hope it will save time to other guests.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Walkable distance to restaurants, cafes, and parks. Would highly recommend and definitely stay at this apartment again.

The neighborhood can be noisy at night.

Great location, easy check in, clear communication

Some nutbar downstairs started rhythmically opening and slamming a door around 4 in the morning on Sunday for about an hour.

The neighborhood is great, with many interesting restaurants and walking distance from McGill and downtown. There are four or five great restaurants just outside the door. The unit is nice, with a decent kitchen and a fun bedroom loft for kids. The AC works well. There is a handy little grocery store close by.

Café Campus across the street is a club and can be quite loud on some nights (especially Saturday), not only because of music until 3am but would-be partiers gathered on the street for entry. This included the guy who decided it would be fun to aggressively rev his motorcycle late at night, then returned to do it again an hour later. (The village missing an idiot can have him back.) As others have said, the unit is fairly soundproof, but this only goes so far if you are sleeping on the foldout couch in the living room.

We liked how close the apartment was to restaurants, coffee shops, and general shops like the grocery and pharmacy. It even had a little store across the way, which was great since we had a full kitchen.

I have minimal complaints about things under your control. The nightlife across the street made sleeping a little difficult at times, but it's hard to control for that. I never found a cutting board but that was the ONLY thing I really missed in the apartment. Otherwise it was fully stocked for cooking, sleeping, and even washing up (the laundry room was great!)

The responsiveness of LivMTL team is impressive, They replied to each of our inquiry in no time and have provided a very useful support each time. The ease of accessing the apartment made it even a better experience. Moreover, the apartment was very clean and well fitted with all kind of amenities. Even dishwasher tablets, soap for laundry machine.... Praticaly we felt quickly at home.

The only aspect that was not up to the expectation was the street noise. That during some nights made it a bit unconfortable.

Two large beds, very comfortable. Complete kitchen and bathroom with towels, body washing, and hair shampoo/conditioner. The location was awesome, very close to metro (8 min), and many hot spots like the Schwarts Deli (a must-have poutine !!!). There is a very convenient market in front of the building. Also, owner response is so fast for every doubt we had. Amazing. Will return when possible.

We saw some people on the streets like homeless, but they don't ask you anything or go after you, but it's sad anyway. And many people with Marijuana on the street. You smell it many times.

The apartment was very clean & well equipped. In a good location for nearby supermarkets & restaurants. We walked a lot during our stay but did use the Metro a couple of times to travel further afield.. The Metro was very clean & efficient. We packed a lot into our 3 days & had a wonderful holiday.

Both bedrooms were small & cosy. Double beds up against the wall. Not ideal for my husband & I sharing a double bed.

Location can’t be beat, apartment is super well furnished , everything was super clean, complimentary wine bottle was much appreciated, laundry available on site , communication with Liv MTL was easy and smooth.

This is a comment for booking.com: the description of the apartment was not accurate , it didn’t mention that one of the bed was on a mezzanine accessible by a ladder. On other platforms where the apartment is offered , everything is very well explained.

The neighborhood was great, very beautiful. The apartment was well equipped.

If you need to rest at night, the neighborhood is a bit noisy especially during the weekend. A los of pibes just crossing the street. I didn’t like the setup of the bedroom, very uncomfortable to reach the bed using this steep leader and little distance to the ceilings.
