Mitch the front desk person checked me in and out.. he was very kind, funny and helpful. He took the time to tell me what was around, and his friendly demeanor was welcome after a long drive. Bartender was friendly, made an excellent burger for my first meal there.

no conditioner in the shower lots of extra hair though on the shower walls, floor and drains, none of which were mine. many light switches that did nothing, were inversed or at strange places. I had to use my phone flashlight to find the light switch to turn on the main lights second meal in the hotel was Lasagna, and it was ice cold, or burning hot.. the microwave oven she used to heat it up is not up to par.

Great location close to all of the excellent restaurants, quick access to the metro, and great coffee shop and fitness facility.

Soundproofing could be installed because it can be quite loud. The reception staff upon arrival were not particularly attentive. The lack of attention to customer service might be owing to the fact that they were not professionals in the hospitality field. For the price that I paid for a day I would’ve expected better quality service.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, with comfortable bed and great bathroom. The location is great! You don't need to stay very close to the Old Town. In this place you have easy access to the bus 55 and 24 that takes you everywhere. Nearby there is a bohemian street, great for a night out and go back walking to the hotel. Close to very good restaurants (UTO sushi), Schwartz Deli, the famous bagel shops...and only 15 minutes walking from Eaton or 12 min by bus.

The only thing I would say is that in my room the floor was slightly unlabeled and I could feel it while walking bare foot.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location and is close to many eateries and city transit facilities. This helps as being a hub to explore the beautiful and culturally rich city on Montréal. The room we stayed in was big. The bed even bigger and we felt right at home with the staff at their very best when catering to our needs. The building was very clean and there was not a single piece out of place. Definitely will be staying here on our future visits.

Nothing alarming really. We had a great stay and cannot recommend it enough. The only thing I will mention is that the per night pricing is slightly higher than most places, but you do get what you pay for.

Superb location between the hip Plateau neighborhood, the Place des Arts and the Latin Quarter. Check in was seamless, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Very nice shower. The indoor parking garage is a big plus, especially if we return in the winter.

It's great that there is parking - not so great that we had to pay extra for it. The bathroom could really use a few surfaces where you could put personal items. There was no space around the sink.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating - they were able to help me out with the many requests I had. Hotel was nice and clean when you walk in, smells great, and there is immediate access to the elevators.

Rooms could’ve been a bit more clean. Washrooms were very clean, but room mirrors seemed dirty and baseboards in less commonly cleaned areas (example, behind/beside nightstand) shows obvious signs of dust collecting.

Great location right in the heart of Montreal. Staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help. Room was spacious and clean and they had no issues with us keeping our bikes in the room. Definitely would stay here again.

Wish they’d give you more than 2 coffee pods for the room.

location was close to the venues for the comedy clubs that we came for. Although it was a long walk we walked to Old Montreal and the Port area multiple times. They had a buffet breakfast which was good, price was extra. There was valet parking which was also extra but convenient.

I would have preferred a la carte breakfast as I don't like a buffet.

The coffee machine in the room wasn't the greatest. The coffee was not very flavourful. The door frame and wall close to the floor in the bathroom looked really shabby. The plaster job to touch up the corner of the wall by the shower was not done well. Even though the room was clean this visual effect made me think the room was old and needed updating. There was also paint on the glass panels of the bathroom sliding door. One of the reading light bulbs was not working. The shower was hard to operate and the temperature was inconsistent. The room was prepared for one guest only. Only one glass, one bathrobe, one coffee mug.

Walking distance to Old Montreal, shopping at St. Catherine and good restaurants on St. Laurent

The vinyl floorings was broken and almost tripped us couple of times. Looks like management had made known of it for a while since a rug was put on the broken area to kind of cover it up. However, it is still a fall hazard.
