I rated this place high because it was what I expected for the price. Some people think that they are going to get all the glamour and not pay for it. I needed a place to sleep. It was clean comfy and the staff were very friendly. I have paid hundreds of dollars for hotels that were not as good as this place. I recommend this place for a short stay and you need a place to lay your head. A great find for the price. Go in with realistic expectations and you’ll feel good about it.

TVs could be upgraded but that’s not a big issue.

accommodation, in terms of the price, was acceptable. the equipments were in good ordinary shape & conditions. clean full house. Bedding ok. generally satisfied

an electrical kettle can be added to the room equipments as a common device as in other motels.

Budget accommodation which offers what you need: a bed, a bath, a fridge and a microwave! And the CRT TV reminded me how great the nineties were!

The CRT TV doesn't of course have a HDMI port to connect a computer. Apart from that, no complains at all.

The motel is in a nice neighborhood. It is safe and queit. About 20 minutes walk to st Lawrence river. The room is roomy and very clean.

The air conditioner is very loud. But we kept the window open during the night and we got by without running the AC.

BOTH LADIES RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND I FELT COMFORTABLE TO STAY WITH THEM.

IT IS VERY FAR FROM CITY CENTER BUT YOU JUST TAKE ONE BUS 186 OR 187 AND THEN IN 28 MINUTES YOU ARRIVE TO THE GREEN LINE METRO.

The host is very nice and the room is comfortable. It was also easy to reach through public transportation.

Stairs aren't safe to go to the rooms in the second floor.

Location is convenient if you want to travel often on the east side of Montreal or on the way east to Quebec city...

Noisy air conditioner. All amenities are very basic, can't expect hotel standard but it's still good for 1-2 night stay

I loved the way it looked. Looked like apartments and the bathroom is nice with the red tub never saw that before and I loved that it was so close to so many different food options and also had that secluded feeling.

Facility was clean and staff were friendly and accomodating. Parking and wifi were included. Located on a street with access to various restaurants and services. Pet friendly.

Had to go to front desk to get ice.
