The room was very clean and had everything you need to be comfy. Included a microwave, fridge and nespresso machine. It was very clean and had a great view. we were over looking the pond and a little green space with tons of groundhogs and rabbits running around. There were lots of restaurants around especially a breakfast one we went to every day and a bakery we loved. Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Smelled so fresh and clean not that stall hotel smell. The front desk assoc was amazing and helped us every day. I dnt want to write her name on the review but for the hotel she worked all during our stay and had lived in France.... Incase you would like to recognize her for her expectational service.

The restaurant was over priced, nit aa great selection and not very attentive. Only part of the hotel that was not great. It was however clean and beautiful inside and outside seating . Food was not bad, however the service was not good at all. Waited a long time to order and a long time to get the bill never checked on us. Not even to bring condiments or salt and pepper for out dinner. Then actually questioned why we did not leave a bigger tip (we left 15%)

The public areas, especially the outside terrace. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable Ability yo access public transport to central Montreal. Friendly and helpful staff especially in dining areas and reception, all sharing an interest in our day and travel plans.

I had not realized it was a double bed which is small for two large adults. However, we made do and the bed and pillows were comfortable despite the bed being small. We liked the hot tub, sauna and gym which we used. The restaurant had good choices and had great service. I went to the Boucherville SEPAQ park for cross-country which was 10 minutes away.

Watch out for hockey leagues staying here. Was quite noisy in the hallway one night but beyond control of hotel. You need to be comfortable with showering in the open since the shower is literally in the bedroom with no privacy.

This hotel was such a delight to stay in! My kids (14 and 9) loved the swinging egg chairs in the lobby, the pool, and the hot tub (not too hot). The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. Our floor was also really quiet. Best of all was the location and parking. We took the River Shuttle in and out of Old Montreal, which was fun and a great way to commute! I also appreciated the noon checkout so we had time to hit the pool again before leaving. This hotel is a GREAT value for the price. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was great, but the menu was expensive and too fancy for my kids. They did have a children's menu for breakfast but not for dinner. Thankfully there are several family-friendly restaurants close by.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a good experience. It's location is close to where we visit which is it's greatest feature that I use. Bed's are great, room is clean, bathrooms are wonderful, restaurant is great but could be better if it had a buffet for breakfast.

Hotel reception made a big deal out of others in our party not being listed on the reservation. The fellow travel arrived earlier than I did at the hotel ( me being the one who made the reservation) and delayed in checking in even though he had the correct confirmation number and pin. It was unnecessary.

Very comfy room and bed, I liked the room size and arrangement. The pool and sauna area is great. Parking is a plus.

No privacy for the shower, and nowhere to hang the towels that you an access from inside the shower, so you don't get the floor wet. No place to hang the hand towels. The location a bit far but the benefits outrun the 20 min driving.

The cleanliness, decor, comfort of the room was great and the front staff was very nice. There was ample free parking and several restaurants and bars. Montréal is a short drive away.

Unfortunately, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the day before a national holiday. All the bars and eating areas were closed. We did find a very good Italian restaurant pretty close to the property.

Brand new, clean and spacious rooms. Good service. Well located for business in the industrial zones. Few dining options available by feet.

I liked the sheets and pillows. The shower itself and the soaps were pleasant. The room was clean. The hotel was very nice. Staff was Excellent.

The beds were very hard. They made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Stayed 2 nights. By the 2nd night my back was stiff0. Husband said the same thing. My 8 year old son though0t the beds were hard to.

Our stay was great, very comfortable.

Was a bit different having the shower in the open in the room. Thankfully, it was just my spouse and I this time without the kiddos 😳 lol. Also, a little note or something in the room and/or hallways to indicate where ice, laundry, pool, etc, were located would be helpful. (I didn't notice the markings in the elevator until after asking 🤦‍♀️)
