Great location. Central to Old Montreal and Mt Royal and Metro. Very nice size apartment with very comfy beds. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. We used secure covered parking on site for a fee. Christina was extremely pleasant and very helpful getting us checked in and making last minute arrangements to stay one more night. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Montreal.

Our only complaint is we wish the bedroom had black-out curtains since parking lot light for building behind was very bright. The curtains in the room were not great at blocking the light. True black out curtains can be bought inexpensively at IKEA. We use them at our home.

The apartment was exactly as the photos and description online indicated. It was clean and comfortable and fairly quiet for being on a main street and we stayed in a first floor garden apartment (#102). The parking garage was located in the basement of the apartment building, very convenient for $25.00 (US) per day. Very good location with access to the metro subway and bus routes within one city block, We found some very good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Upon arrival, Christine, the property manager, met us and provided us with information about the local area around the apartment. During our stay, she was very responsive to anything we requested and answered our cell phone texts within minutes.

Since the tub sides were high with a wide edging, there should be grab bars installed to assist in getting into and out of the tub, especially for older individuals and people with limited mobility.

Location was central if you love walking. We used uber mostly. There really isn’t anything close to apartment as far as restaurant choices, convenience stores, grocery or drugstore. Make sure you eat while you are out or plan ahead with groceries. Once you are back home there isn’t really anything decent close.

The apartment itself was great. Corner unit. Large and comfortable. Clean and nice bedrooms. There was no ice or ice trays to make ice. Make sure you bring your own coffee. I think the location was a little disappointing because of lack of conveniences close by. However, it was centrally located in the grand scheme of things

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had every amenity you could ask for. Christine, the property manager, was friendly, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with and be around. She even helped us figure out parking, even though we forgot to reserve the private spots in the back. I will definitely be staying here again!

Parking could be better discussed on the listing, but as stated above, Christine was more than helpful with this. There is also no great city views from the balconies, but they are private and nice. It made little difference given how close you are to everything. Also, when not walking, Ubers were under 20 USD at all times.

We like the location of this apartment very much. It locates near downtown, only 10 minutes walk to busy shopping centres. and about 20 minutes walk to the beautiful Mont Royal, great for people love running and kids having fun. Very close to a big grocery store/ supermarket, Provigo, we can shop many food and cook breakfast at the apartment, Price is good too. Just around 10 mins walk and there are so many restaurants for choices. Now about the apartment itself. It is spacious. It has two rooms and two bath rooms, spacious and clean. Mattresses are large, comfy too, not too hard or too soft, just right for me. The Apartment is also well equipped with washing and dryer for wahing clothes. Dish washer available and we are happy to cook there. coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, .... And tv has so many choices, kids just love to stay in and dont wanna go out, hahaa. One more highlight, there are drawers and small storage in both rooms for hanging clothes clothes so we dont need to open luggages a lot, we just need to unpack our clothes when we move in.b

The apartment is perfect for a family of 5. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Two terraces with parasol and flowers ensure everyone has some green space outside. Very clean. The elevator and parking in the building are very convenient. Cristina is very friendly helpful and responsive. We had a request about the parking and it was granted without any issues. Great place.

The 250 dollar cleaning fee was a surprise - nothing was mentioned on Booking.com or in any of the descriptions of the property (or if it was, it was well hidden or buried). I would have appreciated these fees to be communicated upfront.

We liked everything. My partner and I had a great time staying here. It was easy to check in and check out. Our host was wonderful. She showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. She provided us with maps which was helpful. The place was bigger than it looked in the photos. Very well equppied with essentials such as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very quiet. And best of all, it was only 15-20 mins walking distance to Old Montreal. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distances too.

We booked this apartment for our planned Christmas stay in Montreál. We had an amazing time! The apartment was a great size for our group of 5 and our puppy. We were able to enjoy all of the local sights and experiences while staying in downtown. We also picked up the optional parking in the underground garage which proved to be very handy since there was snow on many of the side streets. Christina (the hostess) was so amazing!! She thoroughly explained everything and provided us with several maps of the city to use while we were in town. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back in the summer. 10/10

We arrived early in Montreal before check-in time, and we were able to drop our luggage in the apartment and head out to explore. Christina was very welcoming, with lots of information and recommendations. The apartment was fantastic, in a great location, a very short downhill walk to the metro but we did walk to the old town as well. The building has a lift, and the apartment facilities were excellent. Great supermarket close by as well. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment that ticks all the boxes when you are travelling. Thank you Christina.

There is nothing not to like.

Cristina was excellent in her communication and very welcoming. We arrived late after a long drive, and she took the time to make sure we knew the apartment layout and everything we would need and even saved a parking space for us (which we gladly paid for since we hadn't appropriately planned in advance). The apartment was IMMACULATE and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we could've needed, including a dishwasher with sufficient pods to take care of our dishes daily. We saved tons by just making breakfast at home. The location was AMAZING, with two of the Jazz festival stages right down the street from us (not an exaggeration; it was right at the light at the end of our block). I found multiple supermarkets within 10 minutes and a mall with even more shops. We've been going to Montreal almost yearly for a little over a decade (with a COVID break), and this place has by far been our favorite. As long as it's there, I'll now be our go-to place to stay in the city with the kids.
