The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. It's walking distance to Eaton Center and to lots of restaurants and bars..There is even a supermarket and a pharmacy within walking distance as well. The Metro is also close by.
I ordered dinner as we were tired and didn't want to go out. The pizza was like cardboard. That's the only reason I gave an 8.

Good hotel in good location. We were travelling with family (party of four) and were mostly happy with the stay. Would recommend for short stay.
In our room, the shower was not upgraded like the other room. It didn't have a glass door but a shower curtain instead. To take a shower, you had to step inside the bathtub which can be difficult and even dangerous. It the sort of "old fashioned" way you find bathrooms in a lot of hotels in Europe but certainly don't expect in the USA. (Perhaps Quebec considers itself in Europ??) Also, the coffee maker in our room didn't work. The breakfast downstairs in not in a proper dining room, rather just an alcove by the reception and is overprices for the selection offered.

Location was great-- we used public transportation, and there were a lot of easy connections, including a bus directly from the airport. The bed was super comfy, we loved using the gym/pool/hot tub, and the room was very spacious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating-- we got there early and it was no problem to leave our bags in a secure place while we explored before check-in. Lots to do in the area around us, it was super easy to get around on foot or by metro. The space downstairs was also great for hanging out and being able to charge devices and get our bearings. Provided amenities were great-- minifridge, towels for the pool, coffee maker and coffee, hair dryer, etc. We were super happy with staying here! I would definitely stay again.
It would have been nice if the pool towels were slightly larger, or if there had been robes for the pool. I felt like I still dripped a bunch on the ground with the small towel (I am not a small person).

Breakfast especially the server (originally from Switzerland) who was super friendly and efficient. Staff on the front desk were very helpful: checking in and out (storage of luggage until we could access our room as a plus), loans of super big umbrellas on our last day when the rain came and ordering cabs for us. Laundry service is fast and good value for money with the item expertly cleaned. Room service excellent. Huge room almost as big as our apartment back home! The hotel only lost one mark because in our view it’s in a bit of a dead zone when it comes to cafes and restaurants so they are a bit of a walk away.
The evening menu is a bit limited (more French cuisine please) but that’s just a small quibble.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. We loved the fruit platter at breakfast. Perfect location to access all areas of Montreal. The pool area was lovely and relaxing.
On arrival, we were not offered an upgrade. There was no view- just a ventilation unit. Although, not having windows on the street side probably made it quieter.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are soundproof. The location is perfectly accessible to everything, 10 minutes walk to downtown Montreal. Cafe’s and restaurant nearby. 6 minutes walk to Mcgill metro station.
There is oven but it's not working. During the check in.the staff looks like not enthusiastic. Our room was in the 2nd floor but the view is nothing completely just the wall and stones. And most notably there is no “HAND SOAP” in the bathroom.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and got cleaned every single day, even though we only stayed for two nights. The amenities are amazing and are open for most of the day. The location is incredible! Near everything and close to a few metro stations.
Nothing in particular stands out to me as an issue. The only thing is that the listing says it includes parking, but it does not specify the fact that you have to pay for parking per night yourself and it is a little pricy. There are other options nearby though.

I went there NOT for work actually, but for sorting out, moving my things out of CANADA into the U.S.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, FANTASTIC!!! I AM A VERY PICKY PERSON, NONETHELESS. AND I MAY SEE THINGS DIFFERENT AND FURTHER... The bathroom was very clean but it sought to me very used in the past, logically, and I felt somehow even though very clean and awesome service for cleaners, to be not a good bathroom. Out of 10, I'd give a 7 to the infrastructure, bathroom. I understand It is also a hotel and not the first tenant on this room. I am very picky. FOR MANY THIS MAY BE A PERFECT BATHROOM, BUT FOR ME.... I'D LIKE A LESS STICKY BATHROOM FLOOR THOUGH!!!!

This property exceeded expectations. The staff upon arrival were friendly and welcoming. The room was huge and pristine. The cleanliness was above and beyond. One of cleanest properties we have been to. Great cleaning staff should be recognized for their hard work! The pool/fitness area was fantastic and was used during our stay.
Truly the only thing about our suite we were not happy about was lighting. There is no overhead lighting and the lights are spread out so it always had dim lighting. Only thing we would change.

Our room was excellent, though could use more lighting. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful with our room and local tourist information. He also assisted me with iPhone problem. Dining room experience was wonderful thanks to waitress/bartender Theadora. Both employees are a credit to the Hilton Corporation. We had breakfast twice and dinner 3 nights in the Hilton dining room. We found all front desk personnel very helpful.
Our 8th floor room was spacious and had a great view, but could use more lighting. While we don't take advantage of Housekeeping, they left us a note that they would be available. So that is a plus not a minus.
