Loved the location. Everything is walkable From here. Welcoming environment. Felt safe and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby first thing, fresh iced water with citrus fruits and bowls of apples daily. Nice touches. Reception staff, concierge, bar staff all very helpful and charming. Big room, lots of space, and storage, big bathroom lovely view of the moline and river beyond.

Bath plug was so limescaled that it didn’t close. Even after maintenance came, it only partially closed. A shame - I like the option of a bath. Decor is not very modern. Probably due a freshen up but it was clean and priced accordingly. The restaurant is often closed at dinner time meaning you have to eat at the bar. Same food, good service, but not quite the same eating from a low table! We dined out most of the time though. Loads of good options close by. I wouldn’t take the taxi from the valet. There’s no quality check and our taxi was old and hot, with a driver who had both hands off the wheel juggling multiple devices in moving traffic. Better off with an Uber.

Very kind staff willing to assist you in whatever way possible with your stay. Room was very clean. Gym was the largest and most equipped for a hotel that I have ever seen - treadmills, yoga area, lots of different strength machines. Good location too, only a short hike up to Mont Royal.

Minor things, the pool & hot tub was unfortunately out of service - it appears it is permanently closed - and I wish that had been updated/communicated. Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent from day to day with cleaning and towel replacement, but overall okay.

The room was very spacious, the view from our room was great, and the overall room was very good, the only thing is that lighting could be better since it only had lamps instead of light switches, which was not ok to have to go to every lamp everytime. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but they always have apples, coffee, tea and water in the lobby, so that was nice, and when we did required restaurante services the attention was good. If you need to be in downtown, this is a very good option, within walking distance of metro and many other places. Highly recommended.

It can be pricy for not including breakfast. Room service can be slow for food delivery. Elevators are slow and some need updating.

The wait staff in the OPUS was amazing, especially Ralph. Every morning he went above and beyond customer service to make sure our needs were met. He was a delightful, friendly and has an amazing smile that lights up the room. He's a keeper.

It wasn't the OMNI's fault, however, because of the F1 Canadian Grand Prix weekend, on Friday and Saturday nights, every Porsche, Maserati, Lamborghini plus owner drove up and down the street until 3a to keep the F1 teams and staff up, including me, not giving anyone a chance to get any rest. I guest this is what you get have to expect when your in the middle of all excitement. Well worth the lack of sleep. We will do it again in a heart beat.

Nice spacious room with a large comfy bed. We were on the 19th floor, it was nice and quiet. The staff were very helpful on arrival and when asking the concierge she was very helpful also. When entering and exiting the building the staff were always nice and polite. The bar looked nice, however we didn't go in whilst we stayed. Location was great for downtown and shops, also not far from the park area and the steps to the nice viewing area of the skyline. Bottled water was given free of charge by the front desk on arrival and if you requested one on the way past.

the breakfast took a while to get, yet it was maybe half full - my husband ordered bacon and eggs and toast, and he got his toast almost right away, which got cold by the time the food came. I didn't understand why he got his toast - should have come with the meal. the room/bathroom seemed a bit dated, but it was okay; temperature was warm - and it would have been nice to have the a/c colder

Pull away requested was supposed to be there for our daughter upon entering the room (they told us at check in that it was), called after entering to request it as it was not there, and it was still not there upon returning at 10:30pm. Staff was very apologetic and brought it about 30 mins later but it shouldn’t have happened like that especially on my birthday when it wasn’t something we wanted to deal with. Also they mentioned possible charges at checkout re mini bar but it was empty and unplugged unfortunately on a very hot day when we would have definitely purchased cold drinks. Lastly the toilet is very low which was odd.

Spacious suite with plenty of room for the whole family. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely views, nice location. Very comfortable beds. Excellent daily housekeeping services.

I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. I wish the restaurant and bar within the hotel included more food options and were a little cheaper. The parking situation was a little inconvenient (a long walk to the garage), but manageable, and probably as good as it gets for a downtown location. The bell hop services were excellent though.

Fantastique! Everything was terrific from the moment I arrived until I left. The fitness center is as good as any hotel's that I have stayed in and was essentially a small health club. The staff accommodated my need to practice French and switched to English the two times when I had to completely understand everything with no misinterpretation. I noticed that I had lost my luggage tag the night before leaving and the front desk gave me exact directions to a store a few hundred meters away and I learned the French words, un tag de valise, in the process.

Really friendly staff, clean room and lightning fast service. Spacious and very clean room. Blackout curtains did a fantastic job to beat jet lag. Heating worked very well and the room was quite warm. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Very spacious bathroom provided comfort and privacy.

Did not find any slippers in the room, but asked reception for two pairs and they were delivered within minutes. Disappointed that the outdoor pool no longer works - would have been fantastic to use it.
