The location was amazing. So central and walking distance to everything in Montreal down town area. Easy to get around. The hotel itself is really stunning. This old style grand architecture is impressive. The room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the actual room/bed was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The check in and out process was very easy.
It is an old building so there is quite a bit of noise that travels. But it was tolerable. The only thing we would change is the door to the bathroom. It was a frosted sliding door. Not only can you see all the silhouettes. But from the sides you could see into the bathroom as there were gaps. The bathroom also had little hairs. But overall it was clean enough. And the actual shower had hot water and good pressure.

This place was great, right on the beach cheap and easy surf board and wetsuit rental at 130dirhams a day. Walk up to the terrace grab your board and in 3 minutes ur fighting the breakers! The bed and room were spacious clean and comfy. The fridge was very cold and the room well ventilated. The breakfast is supplied by a restaurant right downstairs and that has seating overlooking the beach. The staff was so friendly we all sat around and talked for several hours one night. The town is so much more relaxed than Agadir.
A running hose outside to get the sand off rather than a bucket of water but otherwise everything was great.

The quality of the stay really depends on the room. Stayed here two times in two weeks and had drastically different experience. The first time I got lucky and was checked in a really nice room with a large window. The second room was in a different part of the building and looked really dull, with a window view on the ACs and the roof. Communication with the hotel was good, all the instructions were clear and sent prior to check-in. There's an option to leave luggage before the flight.
No elevator (although I was warned about that in advance, so no worries). Probably will suit those who don't have heavy luggage (not my case). The second time - an old room with no view. Got to be lucky to get a good room. Can hear the neighbors quite well

It was a great little place. They totally accommodated my knee issues with a downstairs room, which I was very grateful for!! The location was excellent- right in the middle for us. We were easily able to move around Montreal via bus routes. I would highly recommend this cute place. They have a coffee and pastry shop at the entrance which is perfect!
Nothing. side note: floor could maybe have been mopped, my feet were a bit black walking around and had to wash them in the shower. Not something I would say was a negative as it was laminate flooring = probably vacuumed vs mopped- as there was not visible dirt.

I really like the size of my room, I had so much space. The block that the hotel is located on is super quiet as well, which I appreciated. I also appreciated how close the hotel is to the center of the shopping area/tourist attractions. Also, I liked the fact that the hotel is not that far from the airport (about a 30-40 min bus ride depending on traffic and the weather).
I would say the only thing I didn't like was my shower/tub in my room - sometimes it took the water a minute to go down after showering. I would rinse and wipe it out a couple times after using. Besides that, the other facilities worked great and the bed was so comfortable!

Location is very good, and in the nice neighbourhood. While the room was rather small, we still managed to place and open 2 big suitcases. A big desk is practical for organizing and packing. The bathroom was spacious. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor. Luggage can be stored until the cafe closes. Metro is not far. Bus connection from the airport is ok.
A warning for those who do not read through all the details - there is no elevator and there are stairs at the entrance and two floors require carrying suitcases.

The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, attractions, landmarks and the old port. The price was really good compared to the other options in the same area. The Cafe at the mezzanine is a cute spot to have a coffee and a muffin. Also great communication and support from the owners/management. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of accommodations while exploring the city.
The room was pretty dated. Clean but dated, with the walls in need of a bit of work. Also parking a bit expensive at $30/day in an open garage near the trash cans. Felt a bit unsafe, but ended up fine.

The location was great. Although it is walking distance from McGill and Concordia as well as museums, restaurants, shops, the hotel is on a quiet residential street. Staff were very friendly, and they accommodated me to check in early. This is a no-frills hotel, so the room didn't have any amenities (such as a coffee machine, fridge, etc.) but my room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was renovated and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the cold weather the room was well-heated. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

I have been here before and I liked the experience and the place. Now that I drove to Montreal, the parking in that area is a plus. The staff are prompt and accommodating.
The room wasn't clean. I moved the couch and strange rocky debris was underneath. The floor was dusty, along with the window panes. I wish there is a fridge in the room instead of the TV, because it would be more useful. Especially that there was only small bottle of water at the reception desk (it was bigger years ago)

Great location a short walk from the train station and metro. The room was very nice and big and had a fridge, microwave and tv. I had to work while I was there and the wifi was excellent.
We did find a moth on the curtains and the wall behind the bed was sealed up french doors with plaster board, but no sound insulation. I literally heard both sides of an entire telephone conversation because they put chairs right by the French doors. Fortunately late at night no one was around there so I slept well.
