So many to mention. The front of the hotel is stunning with beautiful landscape in the outside. Is it it is an old large mansion, but the hotel has added onto the back of it and it’s very modern and sleek and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. Staff is amazingly accommodating. The concierge is wonderful housekeeping, so kind and thoughtful. Everyone we encountered at that Hotel has by far in one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed.Highly recommend this it was ideally located in the downtown area, but it was close to old town. it was close to a lot of wonderful hiking. We walked to McGill University has a lot of shopping. Highly recommend.

There was nothing I didn’t love about the property. It was completely on point in every way. The food also is divine in the restaurant. The only thing I will say is my husband went down to the bar just to get a drink while I was getting ready for the night and they wouldn’t allow him just to sit anywhere Although there were a lot of open seats they put in in between two couples so he was wedged in and it was so uncomfortable so he left that’s the only complaint I have

The service was attentive, particularly the valet. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail before our dinner reservation dinner and a nightcap after the show at the Belle Centre. It has a great old-school feel with wooden panels but a modern vibe with a live DJ. The unexpected highlight was the room's bathroom, particularly the shower and fancy toilet features! They have done a great job blending the old and new here!

My only "complaint" would be the overwhelming fragrance in the shared hotel spaces - lobby, elevator, and hallways. If they could dial that back a notch, I'd have nothing but positive things to say.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding — our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The service was equally impressive; every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect. The building was stunning and the facilities excellent. The gym was well appointed and we used it twice during our stay. We were able to park under the building in a secure car park. We used the restaurant for dinner on one occasion and it was very good with a varied menu. The Bar George was buzzing and inviting. Overall we had an excellent stay, the staff were polite and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel highly.

The bar George continues to be the main reason why we stay at this hotel. Its a short stumble to your hotel room. Otherwise, the staff is usually great. This time, we brought our service dog and were questioned on our way to dinner about our service animal after we already provided all documentation to the check in receptionist. It just felt uncomfortable this time overall. Also, the room was a shoe box. It was a long narrow corridor into an open area with a bed. Not as comfortable as the previous rooms we've stayed in.

Room was tight, strangely shaped and cramped. The staff wasn't as good as normal this trip. Front desk wasn't on their game with the check in process regarding a service animal.

The staff was absolutely incredible. It was NYE and they managed to get us into their party that was completely booked out. I upgraded to the larger king luxury suite for the bathtub. The room was huge, but really empty. Felt a little sterile and cold. The electronics (lighting, shades and shower lights) were absolutely awesome. A tech person's dream. The bar is an awesome time. Our favorite place in the city. Location is amazing one block from the fashion mall. The staff made the experience special though. Very good team.

you actually don't stay at the historic building but in an attached building which was just a bit misleading. the elevator gave a class B office building vibe. restaurant was a nice spot, waiter was excellent but the food was a let down. average taste. no swimming pool.

From the moment I arrived and stepped out of my car at the hotel's entrance, to the warm reception and attentive service staff, culminating in a detailed tour of the room and its features, the service was flawless. The team excels in anticipating the needs of their guests, striving tirelessly to surpass expectations. Kudos to the team for their exceptional effort!

The hotel is ideally located in a downtown area right between everywhere you want to go—a few blocks from Mount Royal's hiking path and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shopping. We loved the automated toilet seat with all the bells and whistles (so to speak).

The only thing I didn't love was that the cool bar across from the lobby was (so) fashionable that it was hard to just walk downstairs for a drink unless it was off prime time. A nice restaurant up the street suited well for pre-cocktails, but the hotel bar is very chic, and I never planned with a reservation.

The staff hospitality and service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to unlimited shopping and food and a quick taxi ride to old Montreal. The bar and restaurant were beautiful and located in the beautiful historic building that stands in front of the actual hotel.

Windows in the rooms are a little odd. Instead of one or 2 large windows there is like a collage of small windows which make it hard to see out. The lighting in room is pretty advanced but I didn't care for how cool blue the light was.. not a warm cozy light. Guessing 5000k range in color which some people might really like. I found it odd that there was no toilet paper in either of our 2 rooms. The hotel quickly delivered the tp on request.. excellent service... Finally housekeeping did not refresh coffee pods or tea bags which was a bit annoying to me.. especially given the cost to stay here.
