Small but comfy apartment. Very clean. well equipped kitchen (incl. salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters for the coffee maker). AC very much appreciated for the hot summer days. Very central location near St Catherine street.

Better without car or you need to be willing to spend some money for parking! (at least there is a parking garage just next to the building for 25 CAD max for 24h)

The property was very accessible to malls, restaurants and souvenir shops, it was also easy to get around to go to tourist destinations. The rooms were very clean and the staff were always one step ahead when it came to checking in and checking out which made the whole process a breeze to go through.

We had no idea/weren't told about the stairs/lack of elevator to get to the room. It was a bit of a surprise for us when we had to go up the stairs with all of our luggages.

The accommodations were roomy and had a nice kitchenette so that we can buy like groceries for most of our stay. The couches and seats were just a wonderful place to relax, and the the look of the apartment looking over Montreal was great

Since we were new to Montreal, it would have been nice to maybe have sort of a quick learning tool concerning parking facilities and what to do. Other than that, the stay was great

Hookah bar on bottom floor, no elevator, slippery steps, 2nd bedroom was extremely small- hard to move & get out of bed. Clothes dryer didn’t work properly

Location is central and walking distance to variety of restaurants, entertainment places and landmarks Parking is available nearby around $25 per day

Taking stairs might be a challenge for some people

Beautiful property, excellent location

The club downstairs was very busy on Friday and Saturday night. We didn't hear anything from our apartment but there were lineups of people every night after 10pm making it hard for us to get in and out of our place since they share an entrance.

Very convenient location in the downtown. Clean, spacious and cozy apartment. Public parking just in a few steps.

Very close to downtown Montreal. Nice layout of the floor with modern furnitures and decor.
