The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The kitchenette was very helpful as well. The pool was fabulous and comfortable. We loved the location and the front desk staff, valet, were excellent.

While the hotel itself and the room was clean when we arrived, we found it strange that there was no service for the room when we were away. The cleaning staff always seemed to arrive when we returned for the day (late afternoon) and just asked if we needed anything. I asked for towels and brought them the trash as it was crowded to have them clean when we were in the room. It was just a bit awkward and not something I have experienced before. At one point someone came at 10 AM and asked if we wanted service and I said we would be gone in 10 minutes, and the same thing happened. They returned when we were back in the late afternoon/early evening.

The layout is unbeatable with a roomy living area flowing into an adequate bedroom, all kept immaculately clean with zero noise issues. The indoor fireplace never gets old, and the dual bathrooms make getting ready so much easier when you're sharing the space. The balcony views of downtown Montreal are fantastic - we always end up spending our morning time out there taking in the city and judging what the Montreal weather has in store for us. Having the microwave and kitchenette setup is great too, What keeps us coming back year after year isn't just the convenient central downtown location - it's the staff. How they handle everything thoughtfully and consistently. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special, and that kind of thoughtful service is hard to find.

WiFi unreliable Noisy location

I luv how helpful the staff was and how pleasant they were and always greeted us with a smile. There was this 1 particular staff member who works down in the lobby area who suggested so many great places for us to go too while there,I never got his name but he was the perfect helper during our stay. Great Great Staff and the Housekeeping was hands down by far the best!!!!

The restaurant staff took a long time responding when we came to eat. I had to twice on 2 different days ask to be seated when it was practically empty and we were clearly seen. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate.

People working there were super friendly. Valet was outstanding and super friendly guys helping promptly with getting our car or parking it. We knew ahead of time we had to pay a daily parking fee, but we don't agree with it considering they also charge a hotel fee. We had a balcony Jr suite I think it was spacious and clean. Pool and sauna area looked great however we did not utilize it. Room had a mini fridge microwave and a small cook top. All in all, a well-appointed room. Our windows faced the street it was almost soundproof. However, sitting at the end by the window towards the end of the sofa it was pretty cold.

Upon arrival we noticed that our balcony had no chairs. They promptly brought them up. Ordered room service for breakfast. Coffee was almost cold. Food not the greatest. Cleaning crew took our coffee cups and did not replace them. We had to call to get them. Ice was also brought up after a call to front desk. They did not replenish our Nespresso capsules had to call for them. No room service for getting a dinner however after breakfast we would not have done it. Restaurant on site is Thai another problem if you don't like Thai plus some people working there have a huge attitude. However, our waiter first night was super nice. Food was good.

The property is absolutely lovely and every single staff member was exceptional and kind. Our suite was perfect for our family. A cozy sofa couch in the living room with a sliding door separating the large space to a king size bed. There is a lovely cooktop and dining nook. We ate dinner at SIAM ( on premises) and it was delicious. The pool is large and absolutely lovely and clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

The parking was a bit expensive. Valet service was excellent, regardless.

This was my first time in Montreal, and my first time in Canada in over 20 years. Hugo was exceptional! Very personable and professional. All staff I dealt with were truly great! I really could not have asked for a better experience and can't wait to come back to Montreal and to Warwick Le Crystal!!

The ONLY thing I didn't like is that my trip was for only 5 days.....next time will be much longer! lol...but seriously, only minor things I didn't like...such as the lamp cord running from the sofa area to the outlet in the wall. I almost tripped over it a few times. And the faucets in the bathroom don't give much room to put my hands under. There were also a lot of bird droppings on the outside of the windows in the main living area. I'd prefer a nice comfy recliner in front of the tv out there, as opposed to the sofa, but again, these are not anything worth complaining about!

The location is unbeatable. The premises are renovated, clean and inviting. The suite was spacious and well appointed, perfect for a long stay, as we stayed ten nights.

Customer service is an unknown notion. I asked for check-out at one pm instead of noon, they said i should pay for the extra hour. After ten nights, and the hotel being half empty, they couldn't give me one hour. Unbelievable. Breakfast is a very bad experience, totally not recommended. Slow and no coffee refills. Room service was totally inconsistent. Too bad because the hotel is so nice.

Great location to Centre Bell, very friendly and helpful staff, very spacious room with two kings beds and we still felt like we had a lot of room. There are two other parking garages immediately beside and across the street with better rates (as told by valet staff).

No ice machine, had to call front desk each time we needed ice. The hot tub was out of service. More road noise than I would have expected, mostly sirens.

This hotel has everything a modern traveler expects for a short stay: a kitchenette with a real sink and a microwave and a fridge. There was a little seating area but not enough space in the room for a dining table. It was a very large bathroom; it's maybe an accessible bathroom. We didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of the amenities like the swimming pool.

Downtown Montreal is for the most part pretty compact and easy to walk or take public transport. However this area of downtown seemed built up for tourists or business travelers, with a very poor selection of restaurants in a city that's known as a foodie capital! You're going to need to go a little further afield to get some good food.
