Absolutely amazing. We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartments, it was big, clean, quiet and equipped with more than what we needed. 2 full bathroom, one with tub. We did not use the kitchen but it looked great and with all needed to cook. Enough towels, plenty of comfy pillows, good duvet, noise machines and ear plugs on each room (we used more for the silence as we could not hear a noise). Full balcony around the whole apartment with street view. Quick elevators. Check in and check out super smooth, great location. Outstanding value for money too. Honestly, superb apartment and we would absolutely go back.

Nothing. If you want me to be picky I would add TVs to the rooms (only 1 on the living room) and consider a shower head that gives more water pressure. But this is just a preference.

Location was great. Easy access to metro, close to stores and restaurants.

Apartment was not cleaned well when we entered. Makeup was on light switches, counters weren't clean. I had to clean them myself. We were there 8 days with only 2 washing pods for the dishwasher. If we wanted more we had to pay yet there weren't enough dishes to go for more that a couple days before washing. Of course we could wash by hand, the dishwasher was convenient, especially since our days were quite busy. Since we stayed 8 days I felt we should have been provided with a few more supplies free of charge. We received what the average person staying for 2 days received.

Location was excellent, the suite was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Pretty quiet on higher floors (I was on the 17th floor) with an amazing view - I couldn’t hear anyone in the other units. Having a washer/dryer available was quite handy. Also really liked not having a physical key/card, and all the information about the unit (heating/cooling, appliances, etc) within the app.

The mattress was definitely too firm for my taste, but I was still able to sleep just fine. I worked from the dining table for a few days, and the chair with the wooden back was actually quite uncomfortable after a few hours.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonder Maisonneuve. The location is simply unbeatable—right in downtown Montreal, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. It’s the perfect base to explore the city, whether you’re here for business or leisure. What really stood out to me was the quality of the amenities. The gym is modern, spacious, and well-equipped—ideal for keeping up with your routine while traveling. After a workout, relaxing in the sauna was the perfect way to unwind. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a real home away from home, with thoughtful touches and everything I needed for a seamless stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for style, comfort, and convenience in Montreal.

A Little bit noisy

My family and I had a lovely stay at this cozy, clean space with modern furnishings. Just minutes away from the Guy-Concordia station, the location is perfect for getting around. Nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery stores offer great convenience. Exploring Saint-Catherine Street was a delightful experience. Plus, we thoroughly enjoyed the croissant and baguette at Plougastel (5 mins walk) before checking out. We also appreciated the quick response to our room issue right after checking in, which ensured a smooth stay.

First and foremost, the staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming, gracious, polite- they were all amazing. I stayed at another Sonder property in Montreal in 2021 and there were no staff at all, so it came as a pleasant suprise to see that this Sonder is run more like a traditional hotel. The room has a full kitchen with quality appliances, better than mine at home, and a stacked washer and dryer- a real dryer with vent, not the "steam washer" combo that takes forever to complete a wash. They provided me with two Tide pods which was plenty for my two-week stay. The room was quiet despite the frequent cacaphony outside and the air conditioning worked flawlessly despite it only being April (some unseasonably hot weather made this a necessity). Wifi worked perfectly so I could stream my hockey and baseball games. The shower is a delight! The location basically on the Concordia campus (to the extent that Concordia has a "campus" since it's interwoven into downtown Montreal) is fantastic with scads of well-priced and diverse restaurants and outstanding coffee in all directions. It was a very good stay.

The bed was a challenge- it's a Murphy bed and has be pulled down and dressed every day and undressed and put up every night. I found this tedious, especially as I was there for 14 nights. The position of the TV makes no sense- it's in a corner not viewable from the bed and I had to push the couch across the room to be able to watch. The kitchen is beautifully equipped but basics beyond salt and pepper would be wonderful- oil, most especially. Having said all of this, I'd stay here again without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including the metro, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the main street. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially the washer and dryer, which was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the apartment was bright, cozy, and very comfortable.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the floor. It was so dirty that even after the second thorough cleaning of each room, the cloth remained filthy.

Location was fab, lots of shopping, restaurant, cafés around. City is great for walking to get around, but there is also a metro-station 2 mins away There were several building sites and roadwork in the area, but it was still quiet in the evenings Beds were very comfy Apartment was very clean, well kept, and well appointed Staff was very friendly

Very thin walls, people talking in the kitchen/ living area will be heard in the 2nd bedroom 3rd bedroom is more of a closet next to the kitchen - no windows to the outside, walls made of frosted glass, so quite bright, little privacy, and barely any space. Pictures don't show this at all, unfortunately. Was thankfully not an issue for our group, but would have been nice to be aware ahead of time

Location is very good. Nice infrastructure, many restaurants, close to shopping streets. A bit far to walk to the Old Montreal, but that was our research mistake. Sonder Montreal is everything we looked for in a vacation Apartment. Conveniently located, safe, exceptionally clean, bright, stylish, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The apartment has everything you need for supplies, even coffee, earplugs and white noise machines. It wasn’t loud at all at night, so we didn’t need these, but appreciated having this available to us. Beds are very comfy, apartment is well equipped and has good furniture and set up for four people. Again, the cleanliness of the place was absolutely outstanding. Not just in the apartment but also in the common areas. Traveling up to the top floor to the terrace was fun, kids used the gym. A really excellent place all around. Parking isn’t far and many good restaurants close by.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is an apartment style hotel - we did not interact with a staff at all, which was totally fine. The cleanliness of the room as well as common areas was excellent. We noticed people the cleaning the common areas quite often (elevators, entryway, etc). We really enjoyed the location of the hotel in the city, we found it very central and there was lots of options for coffee and eats around. We stayed in a three bedroom room, and we found it spacious and cozy. The best part of the hotel was the sauna, it was hands down the nicest sauna I've experienced at a hotel. I would avoid the steam room, as there was a smell.

The steam room smelled bad. Other than that, everything was great!
