No on-site parking ); I knew that when I madep reservations though. A convenient large parking lot is located within a 10 minute walk. Very limited counter space in bath as the sink is good-sized. The large picture window in main living area could use an outside cleaning...lots of construction dust obscured the light. Interesting neighborhood 🤔

I recently stayed in this apartment for three weeks with my sister, and overall, it was a positive experience. The 1-bedroom layout provided ample space, and the closet was particularly handy for organizing clothes. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of a hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo made settling in easy. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the presence of a functional dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer enhanced convenience. I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a closet at the entrance for coats and shoes, along with a well-equipped kitchen. The two smart TVs allowed us to log in to our streaming accounts seamlessly. The apartment's location near a metro station, pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants was a definite plus. The heater worked efficiently, ensuring a cozy stay. However, the retractable broom and dustpan provided were not as effective for cleaning, leaving room for improvement in that area. One unique aspect to note is the well-painted floor. While not tiled, wooden, or carpeted, it is advisable to have good socks or comfortable slippers during the winter season. Despite the minor cleaning tool issue, the overall experience was positive, and the apartment met our needs for a comfortable and functional stay.

amazing location - literally everything you could want within a couple of blocks walking. Great telephone support (simple thing, but we ran out of laundry pods and dishwasher tablets - and they delivered additional ones to our door within 30 mins!). Also great (and patient) telephone support when we tried to check in (see below)

Check in instructions (having to download a "boarding pass") from the landlord were VERY confusing as they were mixed in with the Booking.com instructions. too many different passwords and check in numbers. Fortunately the person we spoke to from the landlord was very helpful and patient

Checking in was a nightmare was meant to have been sent a code to get into property and another for the apartment which didn’t happen until the day before departure which wasn’t good enough Luckily my friends neice stayed and phoned the company which took ages not good enough after a long flat I don’t know who does the cleaning but the floors were absolutely filthy our feet were always black Also nobody was ever in the office to give advice

Apartment description should have indicated it was facing the main street as you could hear outside noises (traffic, people).

Email for the key/pass code was sent on time, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed for out stay. Kitchen, laundry, AC unit, bathroom was very clean. Unit was located close to bus stations and the Metro so its easy to get around if you're not renting a vehicle.

Nothing really, if there was one thing I liked the least, it would be how it can get "sketchy" at night due to the location. Some people were hanging out in front of the entrance and that made us feel a bit uneasy. Nothing happened, but its a heavy foot traffic location as it is in downtown.

My studio apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was very well-equipped, with a full size oven, microwave oven, and an excellent fridge-freezer. In addition, the large washing machine and separate drier proved very efficient and very useful. The shower was easily controlled, with two powerful shower-heads. All in all, an excellent apartment!

The noise of the heating system took a bit of getting used to, but it was efficient. Noise from renovation work(?) in a nearby apartment was also a little annoying at times.

Just like in pictures ! And they also provide salt, pepper and oil in case you decide to cook. And they reimburse the deposit really fast. They are very quick to respond. I would love to stay here again in the future

Only the couch and throw pillows that are a bit overused. The couch could do with some special deep cleaning and the throw pillows can simply be replaced. Also, the bathroom sink needs some unclogging. Other than these 2 things. I loved my stay !

All was as expected. The room was stocked as described and even had Nespresso coffee machine. The support team was very quick and responded to any queries within minutes.

The system to prolong stay does not work ideally and requires manual intervention from the support team. Additionally the room code was 9 digits which was difficult to memorize. Thats why I was not sure what to do if lose/forget my phone and get back to the hotel at night when the support team is not online. Simple 4 digits code looks good enough to me.

The downtown location and proximity to my specific destination, the Royal Montreal Curling Club, was outstanding. Entry was clear and simple regardless of time of day. The modern vibe and furnishings of the apartment excelled. The neighborhood had a wide range of restaurants.

Parking is limited. Public parking is both expensive and cumbersome at nearby 'paid' lots. Payment is expensive ($28 for 24 hours) with singular coins only (no credit or debit) to be inserted. The TV, modern and sizable, has no 'free channels'. I had no TV access for my 4 night stay because I do not have paid streaming services. I purchased 'take out' food only to discover there was no cutlery in any kitchen drawer. No forks, spoons, or knives!
