This is a beautiful property, as are all Ritz Carlton locations. the rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive.

There was no lounge are in the lobby. There really should be a place to sit and relax or talk that’s not in your room. We tried to sit in an area that us the bar area at night and, even though they weren’t serving, we were told we were not permitted to sit there. I would not choose this property on my next visit to Montreal.

Breakfast was delicious and a really good variety. The bar was also really nice. LOVED the Doormen. They were helpful and always cheerful. The regular cleaning of the room was also great. And the bidet toilet was amazing! Great to have a nice pool too since it was so hot when we were in town.

There was a mix up with our bill on departure - we did not initially get the rate we had booked via Booking.com, but it was corrected after we left and inquired about it.

Both location and breakfast were great. Room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The bathroom was perfect also. Swimming pool was great for entertainment, water was a bit cold.

Communication could have been much better but the staff did their best and helped us with a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location right in the center of Montréal, close to all restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was large (nearly 50sq meters) and had deep bath as well as a shower and a dedicated dressing room. The service was amazing as you’d expect, but all the staff were exceptionally lovely and went above and beyond our expectations - the trip was for my wife’s birthday and the staff put petals on the bed and left some chocolate treats and a birthday card for her, what a lovely touch that has made our trip very special. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, and the food was delicious. We sat in the courtyard garden while ducks were roaming by - a lovely atmosphere.

Loved the style , the decor and the feel of the hotel

Just one interaction with host at the restaurant/ bar on our first evening. Wasn’t made to feel quite as special as I would have expected . We were dressed casually as had just arrived and she asked for room number straight away ( although people can come in off street to drink/eat there) when she knew our suite number I felt her approach improved.

from the time we got out of our car, we were greeted by friendly employees. once checked in, the macaroons and pastries in the room that seemed homemade were outstanding. The bathroom was the best, amazing. the bar was great. we did not dine there but had some drinks. Overall, great value. I tried to stay there again a couple weeks later but was sold out. The best Ritz that I have ever been to.

I liked everything about the property. the only thing i didnt like was it was a short stay and would have liked to stay longer.

We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

The service is paramount.

The property is seasoned. You have to bump up the heater to levels beyond what you set at home to feel comfortable. The breakers to the room tripped during our stay. The pillows were very substandard for a hotel of this caliber.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable.

I didn't know that I should stop my car in front of the hotel, so I tried to park my car on the parking. When I arrived on the parking, a man from the parking came to me and said me that I couldn't do that with in a bit harsh way. I've made the way to come back in front of the hotel and a bus was already stopped there, taking all the place. It was really hard ans annoyng to know that I was calsing trouble on the traffic to find a place to wait the valet. You don't give us a choice to park by ourselves and instead you charge 40 dollars to make this for us that way.

From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

Everything was perfect, only wish we had longer than 3 nights!
