Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Marcus restaurant was great for a splurge dinner. However they need to have another mid price point alternative for breakfast and or lunch. The location is excellent. Lots of options within walking distance.

The pool and sauna were not available stating from January 5th. That absolutely should have been communicated with the reservation. If I had intended to use those facilities I would want some sort of compensation upon learning this on arrival aside from an apology letter in the room. This is a high end facility with price point to match so this was really not acceptable.

Great 5 star hotel choice in Montreal and exactly what you'd expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. It's of course more expensive then it's competitors, but if you're looking for the extra special experience, it's well worth it. Probably the simplest, but most convenient feature was the tablet that lets you manage your usual room needs without ever having to call or go to the reception, including a nifty Live Chat feature.

Like with any hotel, don't expect perfection - there were a couple of issues when I first entered the room, but luckily they fixed it ASAP. Watch out for the entrance though, it's a little confusing - in order to check in you need to walk into the small entryway and then take the first elevators you see to the 3rd floor. The reception is there. If ever you're lost though, you can always just ask any of the staff there and they'll guide you.

Like all Four Seasons it has a nice, minimalist decor and big, comfortable rooms. Good service.

I was made aware rather late (a couple of days before check-in) that the pool and sauna are in maintenance until the end of January. They kindly offered a room upgrade but that wasn’t really the point.

The staff is amazing. The location is great and I couldn’t get over how gorgeous our room was. The food at the restaurant is great and the bar scene is so fun. Thank you to Neil at the front desk for going above and beyond and being the kindest during our stay.

We loved the beauty of the property and room. The room and bathroom lighting was thoughtful and elegant. The ambient lighting could be adjusted in so many ways, and the accent lights were relaxing and elegant. Of course the room size and housekeeping was as you’d expect from this property. I also appreciated place to sit away from the bed. Wonderful stay.

Mattresses are too soft, even when firmer is added. If you have spine problems they can exacerbate disc issues.

We loved the location. Around the corner from Saint Catherine street where you can find lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was luxurious yet cozy. The floor we were on was very quiet. And the scent in the entire building is to die for! Sadly, the spa was out of stock:(. The staff was exceptional. We were there for my son's 11th birthday and they went out of their way to make him feel special. Akaash at the entrance was great. Vinish (sp? apologies) was so accommodating. We will definitely return!

The room was incredible. They thought of everything that one could possibly want in a hotel room. The lighting system was even next level. I could be in bed and turn off all the lights with one touch. The curtains could be opened and closed automatically also from the bed. The bed was super comfortable, the sheets were crisp and cool. The bathroom had a great soaking tub and a separate shower. Everything functioned really well! The closets were well designed. I really loved everything about my room. The restaurant was not that great though unfortunately. And one morning at breakfast I had terrible service. My coffee arrived after I was finished with my meal. Other than that the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable.

Great location. Convenient to downtown Montreal. High end finishes in room - expected in a luxury hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge staff was also very helpful when handling special requests (e.g. gift basket delivery to room).

Cleaning staff were delayed; had to call twice to get fresh towels and garbage was not emptied. Valet service was also slow a couple of times when we retrieved the car from underground parking. View was just okay, even though we were on the top floor.
