First of all, after looking up this location I was skeptical about the facilities based on some old Google photos. Upon arriving I was astonished by the exceptional decor, cleanliness, and overall quietness. I was also enthusiastic about the keyless entries and the location of the property (it was near the hospital, Tim Horton's, and Starbucks, accessible to any and everything that I needed).

There is nothing I did not like about this property. This property exceeded my expectations and I am planning on staying again when I travel.

I wasn't sure what to expect in this hotel but it was a charming place with lots of amazing art and architectural details. Our room was in the eaves and was very comfortable. The lobby was comfortable but could use some single chairs and a few more side tables! Having a few parking spaces was very handy, although I wasn't sure who to inform that we were parked. We did have a pleasant stay and it was very quiet. The bathroom was well appointed.

I received several e-mails with door codes and I was using the wrong one. Finally I had to call and get some info, so it took me a while to get in. After that is was easy going. I didn't realize that there was no elevator and we were on the third floor (I have a bum hip). The toilet seat was not well attached and I feared flying off. We also had some problems with the AC. I think what was hardest was not seeing any staff to ask questions.

If there was a breakfast, we had no idea that it was available. We thought the bed was quite comfortable. The room contained all we needed for a good stay. It was quiet with the exception of 1 night when someone with loud shoes paced the floors until late about 3 a.m., the convenience of a fridge in the room and pump soaps to save the environment, the use of made in Canada (local) products was also a welcome addition for environmental reasons. Staff were accessible through texting.

Not realizing ahead of time that the building was not wheelchair accessible and staying on the 2nd floor doubled the amount of stairs that had to be negotiated. Upon realizing through email messages that there was no elevator, and the staff organizing the room may have suggested alternative rooms perhaps that were on the Main floor after learning I must use a walker. Extra garbage bags would have been useful, I did mention that we needed toilet paper and a new garbage bag, we received toilet paper however we did not receive a garbage bag. Though this was minor.

The room is by the door and over traffic which took me a night to get used to,. You hear everyone coming and going at night. With earplugs and a white noise machine, I didn't hear as much an dslep better. Maybe provide a white noise machine by peaopls beds. Dream Egg makes one that I travel with. They are 25.00 on Amazon. I texted to see about a better room and got not reply.

The check-in and check-out process was super smooth and very easy. The building felt secure and safe. The location was amazing as well as the architecture and decor of the building itself! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Given that our room was partially under the staircase, the washroom ceiling was very low. I would stay away from room 205 if you are a taller person as I had a difficult time getting in and out and so on, also just a heads up that there wasn't ventilation in the washroom which wasn't ideal. other than that everything was great!

I like the location of the facility as its close to a hospital, coffee shops and walking distance to the metro. Unfortunately I did not have breakfast in the hotel due to the early timings of the conference. However I loved the room (Le Penfield) small and cozy. At Rue Drummond the room was excellent... a little bit expensive. I will definatly recommend this place to my other collegues who should be coming in October.

It is a beautiful heritage house and a lot of thought had been given to beautiful decor and furniture. Convenient for accessing both Parc Mont Royal and the Art Museum on Sherbrooke.

It is on the corner of a busy and hilly street- Cote de Neige so at times was noisy especially with the windows open. I also was not aware it was a self serve hotel - so while staff were responsive when contacted - I had not understood no staff would be there and like an Air Bnb the room was only cleaned upon my departure. This did not present a problem - it just was not clear from the booking

Location is great - nice upscale neighbourhood, close to Guy-Concordia metro station and a short walk to downtown and Mont Royal. Exterior 10/10. Easy to check in and out thanks to a keypad system and timely instructions. The room was spacious and comfy. We appreciated having a fridge and lots of towels + wifi worked well.

There’s no in-location staff. The hotel is on a busy crossing but the building was quiet at night. The floor of the room could use some love - we found a peanut and some hair. The toilet seat was also misaligned, though that’s minor.

We loved the seamless check-in process. The room was exactly as expected, and very cozy. Location was great, parking was fine (we simply parked on the street for free) and there were plenty of amenities and attractions within walking distance. The wifi was also exceptional, we never had any issues despite streaming on various different devices. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

The one thing that would have been nice to have would be a microwave, but there's really nothing we disliked about this property.

Quiet in room even with busy street outside, room to store luggage, attentive staff even if not on site, nice lobby area. I enjoyed using the key-pad locks instead of physical keys. Fridge and coffee maker in the room, provided with coffee pods and water bottles.

Room was a bit small but worked well for a solo traveler. Mattress was comfy but very dented from where previous guests had slept, certain areas of the room could have been cleaned better (corners, vents). Shower door did not close fully so had to put a towel down.
