The best hotel of my whole life with the most courteous staff of my life exceeding Asian/ Latin hospitality known all over the world. Best part of my trip to Montral - This hotel as the weather was cold. BEST part of this hotel - The Staff : - Julianne checked me in . She was vert friendly. Assigned a good room with a view. Nathaniel- JUST AWSOME-- Always smiling and super courteous. Went way out of his way to help. Could not give me exact change for $50 and $10 bill for bus ticket which costs $11. He added a $1 from HIS POCKET. NEVER HAD SUCH HOSPITALITY from a receptionist before. He gave me a very nice going away gift. He touched my heart. Peter and Aaron were super humble and friendly. Mark in the restaurant gave me good service. Every one including Michelle was very nice. Breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. No negative. One of the best hotels of my life. Great memories. Every single person on the streets in Montreal was SUPER HELPFUL and HUMBLE. Sincere thanks from my heart to the people of Montreal. I was wearing a Colombian hat and poncho. No negative. ZERO. Excellent breakfast buffet. If someone forced me to add ..... it would be to change hot dishes... same old typical American dishes gets old after a couple of days. I know you have to please the locals and Americans. Oliver working at the concierge desk was super kind and friendly like the rest of the staff.

We were going to order breakfast in the room but it was too expensive My husband loved the bed and the shower I loved the beautiful wallpaper above the bed and the light fixture in the bathroom as well as the two different light fixtures beside the bed. One little light that points down. The beautiful rounded window was stunning. Lots of towels was nice The chaise/sofa thing beside the king bed... LOVE!!! NICE BIG TV!! THE COFFEE WAS GOOD HOTEL EXTREMELY CLEAN and updated PETER the valet attendant & the CONCIERGE ON April 4th Ave the other concierge the am of the 5th....Amazing staff!!!! Super easy check out, great recommendation for breakfast on the 5th!!! Ty concierge!!! Your shower gel and hand lotion smell wonderful

Toilet seat was loose You had no milk for our coffee. Every other hotel has always brought me up a bit of milk. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the loud fan in our room. Scanning to learn everything about the room etc is a pain for older people. You should still have a sheet or pamphlet that explains everything without having to scan. The pedestal black table near the lil chaise/couch in my room was full of hand prints and oil. It would be nice to have one soft and one firmer pillow. Options...

The staff were very friendly and the air conditioning was incredible, cooled us down as soon as we walked into the lobby. The room was on a very high floor and so the view with the half circle windows was incredible and we could see a lot of the city. The hotel is linked directly to the metro with a separate lift from the lobby which makes it ideal for getting around.

ROOM FINE LIMITED SPACE TO HANG CLOTHING

VERY STRANGE HEATING SYSTEM,TEMP SET AT 70 IT WOULD RISE TO 77/78 FINALLY ON THE LAST DAY ONE OF THE THREE THAT TRIED TO HELP DID ABLE TO TURN THE SYSTEM OFF. EASY ACCESS TO ELEVATOR ANYONE OFF THE STREET CAN PUNCH IN A FLOOR NUMBER A GO UP,GRANTED THEY CANNOT GO INTO A ROOM WITHOUT A CARD PUT THEY CAN ROAM AROUND. MONTREAL IS NOT NYC BUT I BELIEVE THIS COULD BE A PROBLEM.

The hotel location, cleanliness, the staff, the xmas decorations.

1. The pillows were very soft, uncomfortable. 2. The elevator logic is terrible, you find yourself wanting for a long time to get a ride. You need a better algorithm. 3. The elevator to the Metro did not work well. We ended up to have to walk outside when we were coming back from the Bell Center ( and my kid had a washroom emergency). 4. The option to join the new year's party dowstairs should have been provided to the guests. I would have paid to have a glass of wine with my husband that night. Instead we had to go to our room and drink water :(

The staff working were wonderful despite most of the staff striking. It was a lovely hotel and I had a fabulous view from floor 24. I liked the shower too. Very nice breakfast.

Room wasn’t serviced for the five nights I was there because of strike action. No offer of any compensation from hotel which was disappointing.

The location was good. The hotel was well decorated, and the staff was friendly. The view of the room was eye-catching, and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel had two main problems: 1. It did not have accessibility. So, it will be a disaster for people with difficulties in walking. Also, you have to grab your baggage with no help! 2. The ventilation system is too annoying. For those who are noise sensitive, this will be unbearably loud, keeping them away from sleep satisfaction.

Great view and we were able to walk to most tourist sites. Most of the staff were on strike and the young managers did a great job of compensating. We were granted free breakfast during our stay due to restaurant's limited hours.

It was unfortunate the outdoor terrace was closed due to the strike.

Newly renovated clean room. Great view from the room. Comfortable bed. Clean and well appointed bathroom with multi jet shower. Fast elevators. Helpful reception. Efficient cleaning staff. Great location!

Parking…. You have to drive down to the 5th level that has no elevator. Up the stairs you go hauling your luggage to the 4th level to get into an elevator to the main floor. From there you still need to navigate around the building to get to the reception. I noticed few older folks rolling their suitcases up the car ramp to the fourth level. The worst part is that this info is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website or the email they send prior to arrival.

Quick and easy for getting around

The housekeeping came in the morning while I was at a conference. That was great. Unfortunatley, I went back to my room for a nap and they knocked on my door twice. There was no reason for them to return to my room and when I confronted they sheeplishly said sorry....This was on the Wednesday. The conference was paying for my suite up until this reservation.
