Room was super comfy, spacious and very clean. They were very accommodating when we needed an extra duvet since there were 3 of us. View of city was nice, no issues with noise. Check in and checkout was easy and quick. The staff at reception was kind enough to add my bonvoy member account to my booking even though I booked via booking.com so I could get my points and I really appreciated that. Also super convenient location - it was really easy to get to old port, plateau/mile end from Bonaventure station. We also found out later it's directly connected to the metro underground so you don't even have to go outside if it's raining or cold!

Elevators were a little slow waiting to go down - although it probably was busier than usual because it's a big hotel and there was a music festival (and maybe a wedding?) going on. We had to wait at least 10 mins to get downstairs one time in the morning because we think everyone was going to breakfast.

Spent my time in Montreal at the Marriott, perfectly placed in the heart of the city. From the moment I checked in, everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was bright, comfortable, and a quiet retreat after long days of exploring. The location made it so simple to walk to most places, and I loved how it kept me close to the city’s buzz yet felt peaceful inside. Special mention to Daniel at the front desk — he gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special.

Can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like — the Marriott in Montreal truly delivered a flawless stay.

The best hotel of my whole life with the most courteous staff of my life exceeding Asian/ Latin hospitality known all over the world. Best part of my trip to Montral - This hotel as the weather was cold. BEST part of this hotel - The Staff : - Julianne checked me in . She was vert friendly. Assigned a good room with a view. Nathaniel- JUST AWSOME-- Always smiling and super courteous. Went way out of his way to help. Could not give me exact change for $50 and $10 bill for bus ticket which costs $11. He added a $1 from HIS POCKET. NEVER HAD SUCH HOSPITALITY from a receptionist before. He gave me a very nice going away gift. He touched my heart. Peter and Aaron were super humble and friendly. Mark in the restaurant gave me good service. Every one including Michelle was very nice. Breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. No negative. One of the best hotels of my life. Great memories. No negative. ZERO. Excellent breakfast buffet. If someone forced me to add ..... it would be to change hot dishes... same old typical American dishes gets old after a couple of days. I know you have to please the locals and Americans. Oliver working at the concierge desk was super kind and friendly like the rest of the staff.

We were going to order breakfast in the room but it was too expensive My husband loved the bed and the shower I loved the beautiful wallpaper above the bed and the light fixture in the bathroom as well as the two different light fixtures beside the bed. One little light that points down. The beautiful rounded window was stunning. Lots of towels was nice The chaise/sofa thing beside the king bed... LOVE!!! NICE BIG TV!! THE COFFEE WAS GOOD HOTEL EXTREMELY CLEAN and updated PETER the valet attendant & the CONCIERGE ON April 4th Ave the other concierge the am of the 5th....Amazing staff!!!! Super easy check out, great recommendation for breakfast on the 5th!!! Ty concierge!!! Your shower gel and hand lotion smell wonderful

Toilet seat was loose You had no milk for our coffee. Every other hotel has always brought me up a bit of milk. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the loud fan in our room. Scanning to learn everything about the room etc is a pain for older people. You should still have a sheet or pamphlet that explains everything without having to scan. The pedestal black table near the lil chaise/couch in my room was full of hand prints and oil. It would be nice to have one soft and one firmer pillow. Options...

Bonaventure is a couple of minutes away. Downtown Montreal is steps away as well. Old Port and Old Montreal are 15 minutes commute. Cool rounded windows. Pretty spacious room. Good breakfast.

Tea kettle, but no cups. A glass of tea is fine, but anyway. Shower which will give you a couple of seconds of cold water. Maybe it's good for your health, but anyway. No pool as far as I know.

Beautiful Location. Easy access to major arteries but still outdoor green spaces nearby. Building and rooms immaculate. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Free breakfast was good with some decent breakfast food options. Very close to old Montreal

Parking underground has a parking level dedicated to hotel guests but $30 per day and no discount or comp for hotel guests.

Beautiful views, rooms, and location. The doormen were great. Easy access to Taxis.

The elevators were a fancy system but long wait times. The parking was expensive and 5 levels down with a narrow entrance. The hotel would not reimburse us for two days after my friend broke her ankle and we had to leave early. Still getting a run around where they won’t respond to the Booking request for a refund.

The staff were very friendly and the air conditioning was incredible, cooled us down as soon as we walked into the lobby. The room was on a very high floor and so the view with the half circle windows was incredible and we could see a lot of the city. The hotel is linked directly to the metro with a separate lift from the lobby which makes it ideal for getting around.

VERY STRANGE HEATING SYSTEM,TEMP SET AT 70 IT WOULD RISE TO 77/78 FINALLY ON THE LAST DAY ONE OF THE THREE THAT TRIED TO HELP DID ABLE TO TURN THE SYSTEM OFF. EASY ACCESS TO ELEVATOR ANYONE OFF THE STREET CAN PUNCH IN A FLOOR NUMBER A GO UP,GRANTED THEY CANNOT GO INTO A ROOM WITHOUT A CARD PUT THEY CAN ROAM AROUND. MONTREAL IS NOT NYC BUT I BELIEVE THIS COULD BE A PROBLEM.
