Exceptional service from the hospitality staff who worked diligently and professionally with us to make this stay absolutely memorable for my mom who was celebrating her 90th birthday at this establishment. We loved the kindness of all staff, the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds and high quality bed sheets. Our gathering at the Sarah B bar was lovely and our kind and cheerful waiter even brought mom a small birthday cake with candles. Our stay ended with a breakfast feast at the hotel's restaurant. I can't recommend this hotel high enough!

My daughter and I were in town for Montreal Comic Con. The staff were super friendly and check-in was quick. What really impressed us was how kind and supportive everyone was when my daughter had a really bad panic attack during our first night. We called the hotel’s emergency line, and Yasmine (the night auditor) came to help. She was amazing, so calm, kind, and stayed with us for nearly an hour to make sure my daughter was okay. We ended up having to cancel our second night, and even though refunds aren’t usually allowed, the manager made an exception given the situation. Chantal at the concierge was also lovely and even gave my daughter a little stuffed moose with the hotel’s name on it. Big thanks to the whole team. We’re really grateful. We’ll definitely book here again for next year’s Comic Con!

Nothing, everything was good.

Everything was great. The Staff ( Chantal ) greeted us professionally and was perfect in every aspect of her job.

The room was perfect aside from the bed. The bed was old… A king size bed that really needed to be changed Your body fell in huge holes… my girlfriend and I were actually laughing about it when laying there !!! I’m never one to complain but this one really needed to be changed

Room and hotel were very nice.

I had requested at least twice (online and over the phone) that I wanted a room on a high floor with a good view of the city and water. When I arrived, I was given a low floor with a lousy view. I had to go through two front desk clerks before I got a very pleasant supervisor who found a great room. However, having to argue with front desk staff at the start of the stay left a bad taste in my mouth. Staff need to really listen to special requests and do their utmost to accommodate them wherever possible.

The location was perfect for accessing Old Town and Downtown. Josiee, our Concierge was amazing! Extremely kind and helpful, gave great suggestions and provided us the local knowledge. we first-time visitors needed. Same comments for the Valet Team. Great customer service! The room was clean, great sized, perfectly appointed and provided a view of the Saint Lawrence that was breathtaking.

Perfect Location, and that it is a part of the World Trade Center Atrium, and that it is close to everything. the Concierge was wonderful, and the Bar tenders were great. The Chicken club Sandwich in the bar is delicious, so we had it two nights in a row, and the fries in the bar are so tasty!! The pool area is very nice and the rooftop sunning area is cool.

toilets are way too low, more for a 5 year old and not for an aging adult. Parking was a bit concerting. We drove a Chevy Silverado and it barely cleared the underground parking and parking for the hotel is 9 floors down!

The view from Room 2010 was FABULOUS! We could see the geodesic dome from Expo 67 and Habitat 67 from our panoramic window. The valet car service was great. The bath products were gorgeous Bal D’Afrique. Perfect location to sightsee and enjoy Old Montreal.

The room was a little dark … one of the reading lights was broken. No complimentary breakfast. Most hotels in this price range off a complimentary breakfast.

Old Montreal location, easy subway access , nice gym and pool area. We had a generous sized room.

I have stayed here many times, a great location, attractive facilities , but on this occassion we were not given two double beds as we had asked for, even though I had made this booking several months in advance.My friend slept on the sofa bed.

Our room was large and comfortable. We encountered very friendly staff at check in and in the bar in the evening. The bar had good pizza and a good wine selection by the glass. Nicer wines than usually seen by the glass.

The breakfast buffet was limited and the eggs were not fresh. They were tasteless and reconstituted. Also service at breakfast was disappointing. Hard to get coffee and staff standing around talking to each other rather than moving to tables and refreshing the buffet.

Hotel was in a great location in Old Montreal. Easy to walk to major sights & public transport. There are many cafes & restaurants nearby. Very convenient.

We had the view of the windows down the hall due to the strange location of our room, so the room seemed dark at times.
