Walkable to Old Montreal but on a quiet side street. Clean and stylish, with a washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen, and a record player- fun surprise! Comfy firm bed (which I like). Convenient entry with the key code, and luggage storage in the lobby accessible by code if you want to continue exploring the city after check out.

I booked the cheapest studio room- the only window was on the small side and looked out onto the fire escape. There was no hairdryer (though one was advertised) and staff said there were no extras in storage. A small thing, but I can’t walk around in the freezing cold with wet hair!

We loved put stay at Sonder Le Victoria. The room was just like in the pictures. Very modern and with all he amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee machine, water boiler, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and drier. The sofa bed is really comfortable too! We had everything we needed and it was very easy to use the app to request extras and room service. The cherry on top is the location,right in Vieux Montreal. What a treat!

one thing I would like would be for the bathrooms to have hooks. after showers we didn’t have a place to put our towels to dry. It would also be great to have recycling.

Clean, compact but comfortable with all you need for a self catering facility. Felt secure and safe. No staff on site so unable to comment on that. Great location, very close to the harbour, Notre Dame and the old town which is beautiful. I would definitely us this property again and consider other Sonder properties for future travel.

Room was clean, but wasn't quite ready for 4pm which was a little frustrating having arrived 3hrs early, checked on the off chance if it was ready but was being cleaned so came back just before 4pm and wasn't ready until just after. No view and right up against another building so quite dark. Great little studio, comfortable however I did unfortunately suffer with noisy upstairs neighbours that created a lot of banging moving around.

Location was perfect to visit the city. Apartment was clean, spacious enough, very functional and practical. We liked the washing machine/dryer and the provided washing powder: very useful when travelling.

More hooks in the apartment would be very useful: in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes, in the entrance hall to hang the jackets when coming in, in the bedroom (behind the door for example)... A mobile shower head would be more practical and comfortable to use.

Overall, I had a good experience at Sonder. It's in a great neighborhood in Vieux Montréal close to cafés and restaurants. The apartment was well stocked with glasses, plates, dishwashers, washing machines, etc. Stayed in a room with a bed and a pull out sofa, perfect for two friends traveling.

The instructions to reach the luggage storage before check-in were a little unclear. I wasn't sure where their closet was and what password to use to get in. The closet also stored other people's luggage, which may present a bit of security concern if you don't want to leave your luggage in a location accessible to others. I spent some time speaking with another guest in the elevator about the pre-checkin process. You have to complete a verification process with facial verification. The verification took me almost 30 minutes. The bed was a bit hard. I didn't mind, but if you're sensitive to this, keep that in mind. The neighborhood was a bit noisy Saturday night, but that is a given in a city. There are other neighborhoods in Montréal even noiser.

Location was amazing - in the heart of old Montreal. Walking distance to the waterfront as well as exceptional restaurants and cafes. The property was well maintained and had all the essentials - as well as some welcome extras (ie. laundry and dishwasher pods). This was our first (but definitely not last) time booking a Sonder property. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for accommodations in the area.

The location was amazing! The property was modern and quiet. The staff at Sonder were super responsive and helpful when I requested a pack n’ play and high chair.

Maintenance is needed, specifically in the bathroom. The towel rack was broken and towels would fall on the floor, the toilet slid around the floor when you sat on it, door handles were loose, and the lower part of the walls were covered in scuff marks and scrapes which made it look dirty. The suite is a lot smaller than expected. It was a tight fit for a family of 3 and we ended up putting the pack n’ play in the closet. There’s not a lot of room for this, but a small table and chairs would have been nice to have for eating/prepping meals.

Our two-bedroom suite was spotless and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed The location enabled us to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. After an unexpected event that was not the fault of Sonder, the manager, Erin, sprang into action and was able to upgrade us to a two-bedroom suite. Wonderful service.

The pillows were too soft and thin. I was surprised that the bathtub had no grab bars or slip-proof mat. One of the bedrooms had no bureau. Neither the bedrooms nor the living room had sufficient lighting.

Lovely, bright, high ceilings. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Right in the heart of Old Montreal so it was easy to get around.

Nothing we didn't like.... well maybe a bit ackward to turn on shower. At first I was upset to find out it was a basement apartment, however it had high ceilings, large windows, was very bright and so comfortable. Not at all like a basement!
