I got the king room and it was very spacious, and clean..

There was a lot of miscommunication about the parking situation. I called before booking my stay at the hotel and inquired about the parking. I was told the price of the parking and that I could have In-N-Out privileges at the parking lot. Even after arriving at the hotel, I was told the same thing. Once I parked, the people at the parking garage told me that this was not the case. They did, however, tell me that hotels give some sort of pass and that I should ask my hotel regarding that. I went back to the hotel and asked the staff that was there in the morning on my second day. One of the ladies was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me that this was not the case. This was 100% a miscommunication on the hotel’s part. Instead of being apologetic I was given attitude for no reason.

What I liked: The room was very comfortable and a good size. Netflix available, comfortable bed and bedding, useful sofa, convenient to Rue Ste. Catherine, restaurants and shopping. There's was plenty of space to put stuff and a good closet and drawers. You can open windows. Dyson hair dryer - I now want one. The street is not too busy, but in the center. Parking spot in front of hotel for loading and unloading luggage. Breakfast Included, I especially liked the spinach croissant and coffee maker. Staff were excellent! All so nice and made recommendations. Noon checkout is quite helpful and appreciated. I didn't use them, but I did see a gym and luggage storage. What I disliked: I prefer carpeting in room or at least a couple throw rugs. There was just linoleum. No parking. There is a car park at the convention center next door. It was reasonably priced on a Friday and Saturday March weekend and I had no trouble finding a spot. No in and out privileges, however. Breakfast was too carb heavy. Shower bath gel has an unpleasant smell. View of a parking lot was not horrible, but not nice. I'll be back in August and have no hesitation staying here again.

The location was perfect for me. Close to all the main sites and the metro was also walkable distance. There’s a convenience store just across where you can stock up on snacks, water etc. The bed was super comfy and the shower is also great. The breakfast is decent but I would recommend going out

The fridge makes a sound that you can’t stop. It comes and goes but can be annoying if you’re a light sleeper. The only way to stop it is to unplug the fridge but you can’t really reach the wiring. There was also a hair on the bed when I walked in. Not dirty but gave me the ick. There’s also no storage space so if you come with a lot you only have 3-4 hangers to hang up clothes. None of these were a deal breaker for me though. Would still stay here again. Just not in the holiday season as the price is steep.

The stay was excellent, new facilities, very clean and equipment working perfectly. Staff very attentive and polite.

My only complaint is that the Hotel states on Booking.com that there is parking on site, when in reality there is not and you have to park in public spaces nearby. I particularly considered this point in my decision to book, but I had to park 2 blocks away which is not a very pleasant activity in winter and with the usual snow levels in Montreal at this time of year. I suggest the hotel review and update this information on Booking.com

We arrived on a Friday evening, and there was a spot right out front to park the car and unload! Check-in was smooth and friendly, and we were able to whisk our luggage to our room before moving our car to the conference center garage, where it stayed for most of the next 4 days of our stay. (The garage is not affiliated with the hotel, but the front desk was more than helpful in directing us there and providing key information.) The room was roomy and convenient, with a comfy bed and seating space where we could relax after dinner. The bathroom was HUGE, and the shower was perfect. There is a continental breakfast (included) in the morning off of the lobby, and it was nice to have something in our tummies before heading out for a full day of exploring. And you can't beat the location! It's just a short walk to the Old Town, the Old Port, and La Ronde, and we were pleasantly surprised about how much there was to do in the evenings, even though the area is very convention-center focused. We'll stay there again during our next trip to Montreal!

There was a lot of street construction when we left, but it did not bother us at all. No noise, but first-timers might find it a little confusing to get around.

The elevators were not working when I arrived so I could not go up to my room. When I came back a few hours later, one elevator was working and one elevator was not in operation the rest of my 4 night stay, which made wait times on occasion up to 10 minutes. There was a lot of work being done on the water pipes on the street where the hotel is located, which caused a lot of noise except on Sunday. It made walking with a rolling bag and in general more challenging because some sidewalks were completely closed.

The breakfast was great! They had eggs for breakfast even though they are so expensive right now! The beverage machine always worked and there was a good variety of breakfast choices. The room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable! I liked the TV in the fitness room, and everyone we talked to was so polite and helpful! The bathroom was big and modern with a Dyson hairdryer!

The breakfast room was a little chilly when the doors opened and all the cold air came in! The conditioner was hard to get out of the bottle in the shower.

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed very cosy. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is next to the conference center (Palais des Congrés de Montréal), which was excellent for me as a conference participant. It is in the commercial part of the city, but a walking distance from the old city and from the main attractions. It is a walking distance from the main train station and very close to Metro and bus stations. There are many close-by restaurants and very good ones at a walking distance. The hotel has a nicely equipped fitness room. Using the elevator required the room entry card, enhancing the sense of security. The hotel provides laundry and drier machines for self use. Detergent can be purchased at the reception (though I brought my own).

Breakfast was very basic. As someone who avoids gluten and dairy foods, the only option for me was cooked eggs. This was very disappointing, as it meant I had to go out for breakfast and miss out on the convenience of the included breakfast. Having some gluten-free bread, dairy-free yogurt or fried eggs would have been greatly appreciated. I missed a cattle to prepare tea in the room (though it was possible to prepare tea at the breakfast room at any time).

The room was done in “urban industrial”style, which I love. It was spotless clean. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. It was quiet - I could not hear my neighbours, or street, or air conditioning, or anything. A special touch - Dyson Supersonic hair dryer! I loved it! The room also had a Mac computer but I did not need to use it (still, a nice touch!). The staff at the reception was stellar - friendly and helpful and all smiles. The included breakfast was nice. The hotel is within a walking distance to Old Port, Vieux Montreal, St. Catherine street and train station.

The location was right in downtown Montreal, close to many landmarks, restaurants, malls, and metro. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was typical for a Canadian hotel with bagels, croissants, muffins, cereals, and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room had very little soundproofing. Even a casual phone conversation by my wife prompted a complaint from the next room. Plus, they don't provide you with some toiletries such as bar soap, toothbrushes, etc.
