great rooom and excellent staff

breakfast was a bit disappointing; shame the hotel bar is now part of a separate restaurant

missing a bar and a restauranrt. no room service which is a disappointment for this standard

Great location. Located just outside of the tourist action of Old Montreal, the hotel is located close to many great cafes, restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities and rooms were better in-person than in the photos. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and it was great for the two of us. Bathroom and main room were a good size. The hotel was relatively quiet. We only encountered other guests in the elevator.

Hotel was very nice and in a great area. Loved the high ceilings and windows in the rooms, made it feel spacious. Staff were so kind and helpful. Easily walkable to many excellent restaurants and the pedestrian area of Montreal. Metro also close by. Oh, and we were grateful for the valet parking! We will stay here again on future trips, without reservation!

The location was great. Many restaurants are nearby. Close to old port. St-Paul street had many shops and restaurants.

The restaurant beside is very pricey. The rooms are old and just ok and are nothing special. Cleaning every day was not done well. AC was not very strong. Breakfast not included and cost $35 plus tx and have very little options.

We like the style of the hotel, especially the lobby and the bar, very chic and cool. The hotel is in good location - close to some great restaurants.

The front desk young lady could be a lot friendlier and smiley. It's a shame that We were welcomed with a cold, abrupt and unwelcoming speech. She also was not helpful and wasn't informative about the hotel's facilities e.g. (wifi, breakfast, gym, and map). If not mistaken the name of the front desk lady was Atillia. However, the evening guy was a complete opposite manner.

Air conditioning was set to 21 and outside was 35. It blowes directly over your head. I had to call maintenece to adjust as it is fixed.

Staff are unfailingly helpful- especially the cleaning staff who do an amazing job. Bar is good -and wine selection excellent. Bathroom products were great too.

Wifi was a bit patchy and went down altogether at one point. Tiny issue with the bathplug in my room- it was broken.

Location for Old Montreal was perfect.

Maid service was average. One day we'd get water and the next not. Coffee cups were left dirty and coffee bar was not refilled daily.

The hotel is esthetically pleasing inside and out. it gives off a really nice "old city" vibe. The location is terrific for folks who want to walk around and explore. Being in "Old Montreal" the area this hotel is located feels very European and there are lots of nice cafes/restaurants/bars. The service from the staff was very good and all of them were very freindly. They also were able to accommodate a late check-out time as our flight was delayed to later in the day on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again and plan to do so. Shoutout to Aymen at the front desk for his outstanding service.
