The location is perfect along the waterfront of the old port of Montreal. Access to restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance. Parking for 15 min out front was helpful to unload the luggage before moving the car across the street to the Port Parking which cost us about $30 / day. The elevator was working in the building and helpful for the big luggage since the unit is on the 2nd floor up 2 large stair ways. The roomy apt was spacious, with such tall ceilings and exposed brick walls. Brand New feel. The lighting was great with dimmers on all lights and great reading lights in the bedroom. The clothes washer and dryer worked well, and soap was provided for both the clothes machines, and dishwasher. The kitchen was basically equipped with a Nespresso machine and a few coffee pods. The toaster worked well, and the stove did too. Large fridge. Lovely views out all the beautiful large windows which had sheer curtains. Inside the building, it appeared to be soundproof as we did not hear any noise inside the building from other units. Outside, we could hear music playing at times, through the walls. In the summer it would be loud when business is open everywhere. The TV was great. The staff was responsive when we requested more hangers, towels, and a kettle. we decided to stay a 3rd night and adding that on to our original reservation was easily handled. Great spot. To make it perfect, the sofa should be replaced with a higher back supportive couch and the bed must be larger.
Being winter, the strip along the water was closed to businesses for the season. Just a short walk up a street or two leads to open restaurants. The lights from the building and street do shine in the windows so good idea to bring eye masks if summer, if you need darkness. The bed is VERY small. Very comfortable mattress but so tight for 2 people. Maybe a double - seemed smaller than a Queen size. The sofa was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The LOW profile sofa gives zero support on the back, head & neck. After lots of old Montreal walking, a comfy couch or chair would have been more appreciated. The pillows had so many feathers coming out and should be changed to plain pillows.

PERFECT location! This is right on the river front opposite the Grand Quai, & just around the corner from Basilique-de-Notre-Dame (both worth a visit). The place is spacious, the team online are friendly and respond promptly. It was so nice to have a vacation rental where everything in the kitchen works, & they’ve thought to provide a set of sharp knives, scissors and everything. There were plenty of towels, spare loo roll… even a hairdryer which was decent for a travel-size one (my hair is thick & long - usually a good test for any hair-appliance!) the bed was comfortable & the climate control works well so it was a good temperature. The smart TV was nice to have as well so I could catch up with familiar shows. It really leaves you nothing to worry about and puts you right in the heart of town to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a great view (that’s sunrise over the St Lawrence in my photo - which I took from the living room window). It’s just down the hill from Place d’Armes metro station - ideal if you’re heading to a hockey game!

Amazing 2bedroom apartment, with a nice living room and well equipped kitchen in a 19th century building at the heart of Montreal Old Town, 1 minute walk from Notre Dame Basilica and Place des Armes, in the waterfront. This is the best area for a tourist visiting Montreal, which is a very beautiful city Very comfortable beds as well We had an unpleasant experience when we got stuck in the elevator (this is a very old building !!!), thankfully we got out on our own and the property management reacted very fast, so in the evening when we returned the elevator was back in service
We booked 2 suites, the 2nd one, 304, wasn`t so well loaded, for example, only one toilet paper was available for 3 people/3 nights, but this wasn`t a big issue

The place was clean and had great amenities. It was well situated in old Montreal with variety of restaurants and sites to see in the area. Parking was not available, but was easy enough to find across the street at the port.
Couch was very comfortable, but was filled with down - as such, there were feathers all over the couch when we arrived, and upon using, feathers continued to come out. During our stay, WiFi, the node had to be reset daily which was frustrating. However, the host did offer to connect us to another apartment's node, which we declined. View was of the back alley, despite advertising city-view.

This is a well-presented, spacious apartment in the centre of the old city. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is excellent for people wanting to explore the old city and the waterfront. The Museum of Archaeology and History across the square (Place Royal) is excellent and worth a visit. Also there's a good cafe (Tommy's) for morning coffee just around the corner. We found access to the metro and bus systems easily accessible, which opened up the whole of Montreal.
Not much it was all very good. The restaurants in the adjoining building were a bit noisy until about 10:00pm, but didn't disturb us.

The location could not be any better, I will be returning soon. First night the power was out, no emergency lighting in the unit or candles. Used my phone to navigate about . No access to the Internet to receive WI-Fi information. Had no choice but to go to bed and not enjoy what I paid for. No welcome information or stationary to write on.Other than lofty pillows and long black hairs throughout unit on the floors......I really like the place. I feel a bit ripped off for the first night, however I feel no need to look elsewhere for accommodations in old Montreal. Not sure about the breakfast you had mentioned in the intro of this section. Was I to receive more than had ?
No welcome information....no perk's

I almost hesitate to write a review because I'd love it to remain one of those undiscovered gems! The location could not be better. Right in the middle of old town looking out at the old port. It is right above 2 restaurants - I never heard a thing, so bravo on the soundproofing. Garbage truck noise has been mentiioned in other reviews. I SO recommend packing ear plugs because obnoxious noise can happen anywhere. It is spacious, clean, modern and well kept. And the views out the front and side were spectacular. Didn't use the kitchen but it's well stocked with pots, plates, utensils. The managers were quickly responsive to questions. Pro tip: If the elevator isn't responding it is probably just because someone on another floor left the gate ajar.
Really the one and only thing that would be a concern is if you can't do a few short flights of stairs and the elevator issue is happening (see above). It might be good to put a bit more info in the description or the after-booking instructions about the dimensions for someone who might need to get a mobility device into it.

Cool loft with a New York City/Paris vibe in the heart of Old Montreal. Didn’t expect a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room so that was a nice surprise. Couldn’t ask for a better location and view (try to get the water view). Close to many major sites. If you want to see the rest of the city on your own and on a budget, I suggest going via their Metro. Closest Metro is Place D’Armes. We purchased a 3 day pass and hopped on/off to many other sites. It felt like having a home away from home. LOVED IT!
Maybe explain how to use the old fashioned elevator when sending door codes. It was also hard to open. It didn’t work one day because someone didn’t close it fully on the third floor (even though we were on fourth floor) but we figured it out and got it working again.

The location was phenomenal, as was the communication from the property. I moved to this space after experiencing issues with another rental and had my dog with me and was accommodated as a last minute request right before the holidays. Top notch professionally run rental property. We enjoyed being so close to many sights, having an area to walk the dog right across the street, and the quaintness of the apartment. Very picturesque with the snow!
Nothing, it was great.

The location was superb, with lots to do in the area and a view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River from all windows. We were amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment and the amenities - even and washer and dryer! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. And that shower! And most importantly, it was easy to communicate with Luxury in Transit. Any time I had a question, they answered immediately.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Maybe only that I can’t live there permanently!
