The apartment was great for a family. It has 3 levels with living room bedroom on the bottom level, another bedroom on the second level and the third bedroom on the highest level. The whole place was clean and spacious. The location was amazing and in the middle of all the action. The crepe place downstairs is great but plenty of other restaurants available just steps away.

The ac worked great except it didn’t really reach the top level but there was a fan available in that room. My daughter didn’t mind but it may be uncomfortable for someone that likes a cooler room to sleep in. The instructions said to text for any questions and when I did nobody responded. I late saw the responses in the booking.com messages. So maybe just make sure to communicate there.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment both before and after its renovation, and I was truly impressed by the transformation. The space is beautifully decorated, with light-colored floors, walls, and bathroom tiles that create a fresh and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious, offering plenty of countertop space and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are pots, pans, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and other necessary utensils, as well the washer and drier in the bathroom. Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. The apartment’s location is excellent—just a short walk from many attractions in Old Montreal. A great bonus is the free parking provided in the garage at the Science Centre, which is just a short walk from the property. The staff was outstanding, maintaining constant communication via email and responding to all my questions immediately. Their friendliness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this apartment is a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it!

One downside was the cleaning. At first glance, the apartment looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there was dust and debris in the corners, under the kitchen cabinets, and behind the bathroom door. It was clear that these areas had been neglected for some time. This was disappointing because the apartment itself is beautiful, but whoever is responsible for cleaning does not do it thoroughly.

Location exceptional in Old Montreal and the Port. Close to Notre Dame, good restaurants & easy access into downtown & beyond. The apartment is bright & pleasant with a spacious feel for a small unit. Everything one could possibly need provided, clean and in good working order. Free parking at a nearby outdoor lot a huge bonus. Unit is exactly as represented in photos in the listing.

Heating quite noisy & dry. To be expected in Montreal in January. Bedding all synthetic. Arrived on a Sunday & narrow hallways were crammed with cleaning equipment.

Great location, right on Rue St Paul. The space was amazing with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture, and nice decor. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was a perfect size. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. Loved the free parking at the Science Center.

Dishwasher had a bit of a mildew smell. Bathroom sink drain wasn't working well. Door should auto-lock for safety.

We arrived to a smooth and easy check in thanks to the directions conveyed before our arrival. Amazing location! Perfect to just walk out and be in the heart of it. A short walk away from most stuff. Wonderful hosts and extremely responsive! Would definitely come and stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Easy in, easy out, parking and entrance to rental space. Step outside the door and everything is at your fingertips. Two level apartment was bright and airy and had every necessary amenity. Host was quick with communication.

Bed was a bit soft, but that may be because we preference for a firmer mattress. Dryer didn't work, but host answered my text right away and we found a solution. Really no big deal on either issue.

The apartment was 5* in decor and comfort - very spacious. The AC worked beautifully and was much needed in the early September heat. Storage was ample, electronics worked. Easy to find for taxis, pleasant neighborhood, and close to river walk by the Port. Close to very good restaurant, Pincette, and rue St. Paul shops.

I never received the code for the luggage storage area (and didn't realize I needed a code, assumed with no real basis that a person would be there). Fortunately, two other guests had the code and shared it with us. I got all other info in a very timely fashion, so just being sure to mention the need for a code if one needs luggage storage before check-in would avoid arrival mini-panic.

We enjoyed staying in a private apartment with full kitchen an even though we did not need it, we thought it was great to have washer & dryer The parking pass was great but could be tricky to pick up or drop off if you are alone. The neighborhood was a perfect location to old port Montreal

The shower was a bit tricky with the movable glass door There was an odd odor in the lobby and the elevator

The location was excellent. I loved the large windows. There wer so many great restaurants close by. And a lot to take in. We didn’t see another soul in our building and the building itself was lovely.

I would have given this a perfect rating except for the noise at night. We were right across from a bar, and people were hooting and hollering on the walkway till 3:30 am. Be sure you bring ear plugs. It’s louder than you think. These are small things….but a shelf in the shower would have been nice. And a couple of kitchen towels for wiping hands.

Great communications from staff. VERY prompt and helpful! Apartment was as pictured; super nice. Fantastic location! We appreciated the parking being included even though it was a 3-block walk.

Definitely need room darkening curtains in bedroom. It was like daylight in there! And, advertise such as another accommodation we had did.
