The location was spectacular as you are right off the pedestrianized Main Street with a great selection of shops and restaurants .Right in the old town and even though our apartment was above a restaurant, we didn’t hear a sound. The streets were pretty quiet too. The apartment was a couple flight of stairs but we knew that when we booked the apartment. The staff carried our luggage to the apartment, which was nice. The kitchen was stocked well with stove top, oven, fridge, microwave and dish washer. Not like other places where you find left over stuff in the cabinets but I wasn’t planning on doing any major cooking. The place was clean and very comfortable.

This was absolutly amazing. A groupnof ladies went for our 50th birthdays for the wknd. First, we arrived late morning and checkin wasn't until 4. But they offered (and did) call us when it was ready so we could get started on sightseeing before getting into our place. The concierge Thomas was soooo helpful with dinner places and bars to go too. If youre looking for an experience, you have to go to the speakeasy The Coldroom..but get there early. It was amazing. Also Tittle Tattle was great...the owner and staff was fantastic. For dinner, Jacupo and Modavie was so great..all suggestions by Thomas. THANK YOU!!! Our valet Yves was so amazing as well. He lugged our luggage up to the 6th floor ( there are no elevators), so his help was greatly appreciated. AND, we received a surprise in our room from them..it was YUMMY!! Everyone we dealt with there was so accommodating and all too happy to help anyway they could. The apartment was very clean, beds were so comfortable and right in the heart of Old Montreal. Even though there was a lot of nightlife right there outside below from our window, we did not hear anything from all the partygoers when we were in the apartment. I highly recommend this place...promise you will not be disappointed. To the hotel staff, thank you so much for making our 50th such an amazing experience!! Tracy

Just that there wasn't an elevator, but again the valet helped woth baggage and it atmosphere of the building made up for it.

- Location in Old Port - Size of room, very spacious - Windows looking out were fun to watch pedestrians - Price was quite good for the space - Shower and tub both with good water pressure and heat

- No full length mirrors and very dimly lit in the room - In retrospect, probably would have preferred to be in the main hotel with housekeeping as after 5 days in snow the place seemed quite dirty despite being careful about getting our boots off at the door

Beautifully comfortable bed. An old building with all mod cons. Great location. Amazing atmosphere on streets outside. Air-con. Loved it. Responsive hosts. Would absolutely stay again. Loved it.

Power cut - although I doubt anything could have been done regarding this as there was quiet works happening outside. No elevator, however staff were super helpful and friendly.

Excellent location! walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The flat is very nice, with everything you need. A bit dark but there are two large windows that look into the court filled with restaurants and shoppes. There are two bedrooms next to one another - large rooms with good size wardrobes. The single bathroom is near the front door. There is no lift so it may be a bit difficult for those with mobility challenges. Due to being at the heart of old town Montreal, with multiple restaurants below, it may be noisy for some. We had earplugs that work wonders so it was not an issue for us.

Very minor but I think the place could use a few throw blankets in the living room for those cold winter days of looking out the window with a cuppa tea.

Beautiful spacious loft. Ideal for sharing with friends or a family. Walking distance to everything. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I have stayed in the main hotel many times but this was first time in loft. Beautiful space!

The kitchen had one fry pan and it was old and scratched which is not good health wise for non stick pans. It made preparing breakfast a little difficult. Well stocked in pots but 1 fry pan that should be replaced. Also, there a no oven mitts.

VERY SPACIOUS AND NICELY LAID OUT. GOOD CLOSET SPACE FOR HANGING CLOTHES. GOOD KITCHEN AND FULL SIZE FRIDGE. BRIGHT LIGHT FROM LARGE WINDOWS. EXCELLENT LINENS AND TOWELS. OUR UNIT HAD DOUBLE SINKS. GOOD LOCATION FOR OUR VISIT AND CONVENIENT VALET PARKING. EVERYONE IS SUPER NICE !

Building address to pick up key was different from where room was located , so I had to walk across the street with luggage. Hotel staff was very helpful carrying bags.

There is no elevator. Carrying luggage for the family up & down four flights of stairs was not fun (great work-out though). Also, I didn't like getting surprised with additional cleaning fee charged to my account. Cleaning should be baked into base price of hotel accommodation. I'm a first-time user of booking.ca and this may be my last time using this platform, because of the sleazy pricing practices. Keep pricing transparent!!!!

The loft we rented was a great location. Close to restaurants and within walking distant to attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The loft itself is very cute , clean and modern.

It was a bit noisy due to some construction nearby. But that was during daytime hours so it didn’t bother us. The only way to access the loft is to climb steps. The staff gladly brings luggage up for you and the steps were not too bad as long as your healthy and able. Also note that check in is at the main hotel and you need to walk a block or two to the loft. There was a parking fee and valet service is the only way to park and get your car. Honestly, we didn’t even use our car during the three days. So many things are within walking distance and we used a taxi for those that weren’t

We lived in one of the lofts for half a month and we were completely satisfied by it. The loft was overlooking St. Paul's Street where many tourists passed, so sometimes it can be a little noisy. The loft had a full kitchen, with cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer on the floor, so you don't have to pay money to someone for laundry. A huge "+" for the location: right in the center of the old port, and only 10 minutes by walk to the metro station "Place-d'Armes". Also, there is a free room-cleaning once a week. The loft is great for a long-term stay, we didn't want to leave!
