The location is unbeatable! In the heart of Old Montreal and walking distance to main attractions. The design of the apartment is so cute and cozy. It felt safe and secure. It was clean and nice to have access to extra towels and toilet paper as needed. Host was responsive and checked in to see how we were doing. The free coffee, tea, and popcorn were a nice touch. Water filter was great. Kitchen was basic but had enough to get by as we mostly took advantage of the delicious cuisine of Montreal. Well worth the money.

Although it is disclosed, since the apartments do not have their own parking, finding parking is a little tough in this area in general. I would recommend the public parking garage on 330 Champ de Mars St. Cheapest option, secure and covered, 5 minute walk. Also, it’s never a good sign when there are earplugs on the night stands :( We thought it was for the general city noise as our apartment was on ground level, but there is not much sound insulation between apartments and it turns out the upstairs neighbor plays music into the late hours of the night. It didn’t bother us too much as we stayed up late anyway, but if one wanted to have an early night, this may be a problem.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, quiet old town apartment. It is unique with exposed stone and brick walls. Our room faced a hotel across the street and because there are close buildings the apartment tends to be dark, but it is well appointed and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable for a few days. We appreciated the thoughtful supply of espresso capsules and the popcorn. Thanks for a lovely stay in a wonderful location in Vieux Montreal.

The fitted sheet didn’t quite fit the think mattress and kept popping off and we couldn’t get a replacement.

Location spectacular, roof terrace wonderful in good weather for breakfast of sundowns. Room very clean and full of character. Staff very friendly, and attentive.

Busy outside on ground floor, meaning that one had to be careful to close the curtains completely, otherwise one would be visible to any passers by. Bar next door in same building, which could be (barely) heard. View of the back of the high court (could also be a pro, I guess?) Room had very little storage space (drawers, shelves), so we were forced to live out of our suitcases.

Great location and room. Croissants were left in the hallway for guests which is a nice touch.

We communicated with the cleaning person that we needed a few more minutes to organize our family as our plans had changed due to the rain. She said it was not a problem, take our time. We were contacted via text shortly after as I was walking to pick up the car (no parking on site), to vacate the room immediately. It was a little off-putting in the way it was said, could have been more polite. Maybe there was a language barrier. Even with this, the stay was great overall.

Check-in was seamless with a passcode for the door to the building and again to the room. We were able to leave our luggage in the laundry room (separate access code) when we arrived early, which was very convenient, and the cleaning staff was very helpful when looking for the laundry room. Our room was spacious and furnished with a fully stocked kitchenette, including a full size fridge, a smart TV, a big bed plus sofa bed, and dining table. This boutique hotel felt safe and clean and was close to everything Old Montreal has to offer. We plan on staying here again.

There was no front desk staff. While there were croissants in the lobby when we arrived, there were none the next two mornings, so don't expect breakfast (we hadn't, but when we saw the croissants, we thought they would be replenished in the morning).

Really central. Walking distance to most attractions and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. Quiet and well soundproofed despite nearby nightlife. Safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, felt like my home! Several charging sockets available and very good wifi. Everything was provided from Bluetooth speaker, ear plugs, bath robes, slippers, towels and toiletries to coffee pods and popcorn for microwaving. An added bonus if you have a sweet tooth and want the Montreal experience of buttered popcorn. Getting in and out of the building was trouble free, using the code provided. Lift was always available. Walk-in shower was spacious and hot water was abundant. Everything was modern, bed was super comfortable. Could have stayed there indefinitely, it was perfect for my needs.

No gluten free croissants ☹️ but other croissants were available downstairs if you got there in time. No other breakfast options. Never saw any receptionist but staff responsive to WhatsApp messages.

The location is excellent with coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, the Notre Dame Basilica, art galleries, and other places of interest close by. The space was spotlessly clean. The manager was immediately responsive to our questions and needs. She was also quick to respond with excellent recommendations for groceries, restaurants and bakeries when we asked. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking breakfast and a few dinners. Robes, slippers, and coffee are available in the room and delicious fresh croissants are in a bowl at the at the front door every morning.

It was darker in the room than we would have liked, another bright lamp would have been helpful but this in no way detracted from our enjoyment. The room wasn't exactly as pictured on the website, there is not really a sitting area other than at the table or one chair off to the side.

Our stay at Maison Sainte-Thérèse By Maisons & co was wonderful! Room 206, with its separate bedroom and cozy living room, felt like the dream apartment we'd love to live in while in Montreal. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from restaurants and major attractions. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like a music box, coffee capsules, tea, and Netflix made it feel like home.

The only minor drawbacks were the TV being a bit too small for the spacious living room and the croissants being gone if you wake up late. But everything else was perfect—we genuinely wish this could be our apartment in Montreal!

Location was excellent. One block off the main restaurant street so it was quiet and convenient. The message we received for check in was very clear and allayed our fears of entering a property without a front desk. The concierge was available to us 24/7 and very helpful. They even booked us a taxi to the airport. Since we were there for only one night we didn't need the kitchen but it was nice to have it. The bag of popcorn was a bonus! Nice personal touches. Convenient place to store bags while touring on our last day.

I always find that mode of AC/heat noisy but we were able to turn it off to sleep. Bed was a bit soft but we understand not everyone likes the same bedding.

Super easy check-in/check-out due to excellent communications from hotel owner who seemed very responsive to my questions/comments. The room was like a batchelor apartment with everything move-in ready. Every detail was taken care of, even with some milk in the fridge for our coffee. The fresh croissants in the morning! The location of the hotel is excellent, only a short walk to everything that Old Montreal has to offer. Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. We loved the stone and brick walls and the bed was so comfortable.

Nothing, everything was perfect. But we didn't have a car, so I'm not sure what parking would be like.
