A beautifully decorated, large, and comfortable room in a spectacular location. The common kitchen was very nice, tidy, and convenient for keeping a few things in the fridge and preparing our own light breakfast with the kettle, dishes, sink, etc. The ability to do a load of laundry was amazing, such a great perk if you're on the road for a longer time. The in-room infotainment tablet, TV, coffee maker, desk, and lounge/seating space were all nice touches! Loved the textiles, like rugs and throw blankets to make the space feel cozy and welcoming. The bed and pullout couch were both comfortable with lots of pillows and extra bedding for our family of 4. The bathroom was large and nicely appointed, with great smelling "tea and bergamot" products, though the corner shower was a bit tight. Nice towels and robes provided for use in the suite. While this is self check in, and we never saw any staff, communication was excellent. We got very clear and helpful instructions pre-arrival, e.g. where to park and how to open the locked doors. We also received several text messages from the concierge offering support throughout our stay. For example, "Good morning! How is your stay so far? Is there anything we can do to improve your experience? Bon matin! Comment se passe votre séjour jusqu'� présent? Pouvons-nous faire quelque chose pour améliorer votre expérience?" In addition to the perks of the accommodation, the location could not be better. Many delicious restaurants and wonderful shops are right outside the door, moments from the old port of Montreal. You can get everything in this neighborhood, really a lovely place to enjoy. Overall we had a wonderful stay, loved the whole experience, would come back, and highly recommend!

We knew in advance there was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the few flights of stairs, but it was well worth it because we really enjoyed staying here. Room 304 is facing the courtyard, therefore not a pleasing view but no complaints as we didn't hear noise either. The window coverings were great for providing privacy and darkness.

It was an excellent property with some nice extra touches that were very helpful, eg the in room ipad concierge. This proved helpful when the bedding wasn't what we needed (as much my fault as theirs) and the phone number on the bookings.com form for this property required an 'authorisation number' . We had no such number and when you try and advice the bot of this, they just hang up. The number on the concierge device worked and they very promptly resolved the problem for us.

Not their issue but the garbage run early on Monday morning appeared to use the street out the front as the transfer station for all the recyclable bottles and cans - not conducive to a sleep in!

Maison Saint-Vincent was a great place to stay. It's located close to many restaurants, many shops and a short walk away from the Vieux Port. Checkin was easy. All done with codes so very independent which we loved. The room was clean (room 302), spacious, the toiletries smelled amazing (local brand), the shower was comfortable, the bed was comfy. We had just flown in from overseas so we took a short walk around the neighborhood and went to bed early. Outside noise was not an issue from our room (though they had kindly provided earplugs which we didn't end up using). We had a couple of funny grannies in the room next door but once they quietened down, it was all good! Just sounded like they were happy to be there which didn't disturb our jet lag bedtime. Would come back.

Location was great. Room decor was phenomenal. Lovely touch with the free croissants downstairs. The kitchenette was super convenient especially if you have kids joining you.

The noise. I thought I knew what to expect after reading the reviews but didn't expect it to be on going for at least an hour every morning from 7 to 9. It scared the baby so please take note on that. My family who lived in the room facing the courtyard and away from the busy street didn't have any problem with the noise at all.

This place is perfect. It’s in the best location less than 2 blocks from Rue St. Paul in Old Montreal which has so many restaurants and shops. It’s just slightly set away from the noise and business of that street, which helps for a good sleep. The communication with hosts was extremely good. The place was very clean and comfortable. The room was well laid-out and funky in a good way. It was spacious. I loved the dark, moody tiles in the entry way. The croissants in the entry in the morning were delicious. I liked the slippers and the bath products.

Nothing. Just note that there isn’t an elevator but the hosts provide options to help with your bags in their communication with you before you arrive.

The location was Primo. It is in the middle of the old Montreal section close to the square, close to restaurants and Rue St. Paul. The ability to walk to various places is perfection. The room was very roomy and a very large bathroom. It was quiet if you were not on the street side.

The only con I have is that I was a solo traveler. And I like to have the front reception and concierge available. This place does not provide that. It was my choice to pick this place so it is not a negative on their part. They were very responsive to phone calls and texting.

I highly recommend Maison St Vincent. The accommodation was excellent with very good attention to detail. The location is right in the heart of Old Montreal so is an ideal place to stay. Whilst there is no reception, the host checked in with us via WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed and responded to questions quickly. Finally they went above and beyond when we left something behind to make sure it was returned to us.

The property is in a great central location is a historic building with Cafe Olimpica a few doors down which serves great coffee. The rooms are very well kitted out with kitchen, coffee maker and microwave with a nice seating area and sofa and breakfast bar. Everything was clean and the decor is really nice. I was particularly impressed by the communal areas which are really great and helpful if you have time before your flight etc to relax in

The AC in my room wasn’t working on a very hot day but the concierge let me know and put a fan in which was much appreciated

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Really comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment. Very nice shower room with good quality toiletries and super bath robes. There was lots of info on the area in the room and free wifi. Emails were all responded to very quickly, check in process was easy. We'd definitely stay there again if we went back to Montreal, and would happily recommend it to friends.

The street outside was a little noisy, but nothing terrible, only what you might expect given its central location. Ear plugs were even provided for light sleepers!

Conveniently located. 5 minutes walking distance to nearest bus stop, 10 minutes walking distance to metro, cool bars and restaurants. Room was perfectly clean, warm and spacious and made for a comfortable stay.

No staff on site, although communication was perfect and timely at all times. You may get woken up due to outside street noise and loud bin pick ups at around 6-7am. You do get given ear plugs in your room. Was locked out of building at midnight in freezing temperatures due to code access malfunction. There are at least 20 steps in a narrow staircase, so bear in mind if you're carrying heavy luggage with you.
