Great location and clear instructions to get into property. However there were renovations going on and we were woken up in the morning with drilling- thank goodness it was not too long but long enough to suprise us. They did write a message to us about renovations and noise but only after the drilling. There was a coffee machine and they left 5 capsules - as we were a couple and stayed 3 nights, it would have been great if there were 6 capsules, so we didn’t need to fight over the last one ! Haha - small details matter. The front room was quite shabby for quite an expensive property.

Maison Rasco is conveniently located in the heart of Old Montreal which is great for seeing the city. It is a couple minutes away from Chinatown, downtown Montreal, and McGill. The property is clean and as pictured. The property felt safe during our stay, we had no problems coming home later at night. Luxury in Transit also kept in touch the entire time and was very responsive.

The bed was a little uncomfortable after staying for a few nights. Otherwise, the overall stay was comfortable. On our last day, housekeeping tried entering our room without knocking an hour before check out, luckily we were right by the door and was able to let them know we were still using the room. I let Luxury in Transit know right away and they apologized.

Look forward to staying here on my next trip to Montreal. The location in Old Montreal right around the corner from Rue Jacques-Cartier can’t be beat. This particular block is quieter. We went to Cave a Manger for coffee, pastries every morning and afternoon wine on the terrace. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom could use additional towel hooks. The queen bed in one room was pushed in the corner and partially blocked by an awkward corner armoire, which was completely fine for our visit with one guest in that room but would have been an issue for two people. If you want a residence with staff available, this is not a place for you. No front desk. I don’t think there’s even a way to reach a human immediately. We had no issues so there was no need.

Location was great and made it easy to enjoy Old Montreal.

Having a kitchen, it did not have the basic utensils and kitchenware. We did not have any knives to cut with, coffee cups were too small for the Nespresso coffee maker causing coffee to spill each use, only one large pot, and no cutting board. We had to ask for an additional wine glass, since there was only one and no way to make tea until provided with an electric tea kettle. They never provided us with the knives we ask for. Also if you stay long term they are going to charge a cleaning fee, which are not disclosed on booking.com.

The room is super cute and comfortable. Great location in Old town Montreal nice shops and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Check-In was a little complicated and confusing. I didn't get any informations and had to make 4 phone calls with my foreign number to get entrance to the hotel and my room. Once we got all the codes it was very easy to handle and actually a great system. For a next stay i would appreciate to get all the codes in advance, that i dont have to make all these phone calls and wait in the cold, if this is possible and secure.

Everything! Awesome location in the heart of Old Town so no need for a car the entire vacation. Super spacious apartment and nice to come back to for a rest during the heat of the day. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine was a nice surprise, decor was simple and had a European feel, easy access with the codes (they were sent to us via text a few hours prior to our arrival). Quiet and clean and a view of the cobblestone street. Had to figure out parking: we suggest going to the front desk of the Hyatt Centric (three blocks away) and they will give you directions to their parking ramp which we used for three days.

Everything was great

Good location. It was in the heart of Old Montreal. It was easy to walk to the metro, or just walk to the location we were getting too. The price was good for the time at which we went. The apartment was spacious and the owners/employees at Maison Rasco were very very very communicative. We extended our stay by one night and they were very helpful in assisting us through that process.

You have to find your own parking, there is no garage or street parking in the area. If there is it is difficult to find. I would have liked some more towels in the apartment, but there's a washer and dryer so you could wash them on your own. Would have also appreciated some paper towels in the apartment.

Excellent location, in Old Montreal with many cafes & restaurants outside the front door and close to the cruise terminal. The apartment was very modern, light and airy. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Security was excellent.

No clear, visible street signage to identify the property. Curtains in living area are difficult to open/close. Some place mats for the dining table would have been good. A few coffee pods are supplied, but no tea bags, sugar, milk. It would be helpful to have a map/directions to find convenience store/shop for milk, bread, wine. No electric jug only a kettle to use on the stove top.

The apartment was clean, sunny and airy- tall windows looked out to the street and the Old Port. We walked or took public transport everywhere so great location. There were lots of places to eat and drink just steps away. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The apartment was adequately supplied with kitchen equipment. Laundry and dishwasher soap was supplied.

The coffee maker did not work properly but the staff were quickly responsive to offer solutions. Paper towels would have been a helpful and welcome addition.
