I loved the location . I was able to walk safely to and from my destinations ! The room was very clean and cozy ,as well as quiet . The wifi was a must and appreciated . I also felt very safe . The security was tight and that is good . I would have loved to stay longer . The kitchen is very well set up for this …as well clothes washer/dryer ! Hopefully I will return for a longer visit at a later date . Thank You

I would have liked to meet one staff member in person as I travel alone and am elderly . I like my privacy but did feel rather isolated . It felt like I was in a remote location lol . I could have used a bit of direction other than on line searches ie… I kept trying to book an earlier check in time and/ or later check out time but it was not possible using the App or emails … so that was frustrating .

Close to the metro station, clean and convenient, quick response to my requests, spacious room, and good security. All things considered, I would definitely stay at the hotel again the next time I visit Montreal.

The walls were pretty thin. I was lucky that the next room was empty for a couple of days, but when someone entered, I could hear everything. The hotel provides earplugs, which is a great idea, especially given that there is construction going on around the neighborhood.

Great location! It’s close to the grocery store and to two metro stations. All about 5-7 minutes from the property. This was great as a solo traveler. The kitchenette had everything I needed. The room was big and spacious and I was a big fan of the chromecast function. When there was an issue, staff was quick to reply and resolve the problem. I had an overal great stay here.

There was nothing not to like. Except for the noisy neighbours but that’s not something the property has control over.

Fantastic modern apartment. High ceilings, bright and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access via code, so you don't have to wait about losing keys. The external part of the building was very attractive (people taking photographs when passing). Really comfy bed and good quality bedding. Great location, easy access to the metro, downtown Montreal and the port. A real gem.

The nearest supermarket is near quite a rough/lively district. The main bedroom overlooked the hospital on the main road, which was entertaining but noisy with sirens at night.

I stayed in one of the studio apartments and the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, it was also much bigger then I was expecting. The apartment had all the facilities I needed for the time that I was staying in Montreal, including a washer and dryer which was great! Location was very convenient for what I needed and was close to the metro and only 10 minutes walk from the Old Port.

During a few days of my stay the halls and lobby area smelled strongly of cigarettes, however, my room never smelled which I was grateful for. Also it appears the rooms are all on central air, even though there is an air conditioner within the room, it would have been nice to adjust the temperature independently.

The location is great, in a student area, three blocks to the Latin Quarter, four easy blocks to Old Montreal. IGA supermarket is five blocks away and the main downtown shopping street is a few blocks away. The hotel is very clean and our room had everything you could want. We stayed ten days. Quiet and nice.

I lost a backpack and the staff (online) had days of trouble about it even though a guy who found it outside called Sonder to report it. They did not have practical kniwledge of how to connect us. I did get it back by my husband going next door.

The property is close to the Metro so it’s perfect for a weekend trip. Also very close to Old Montreal and getting to and from bars.

I wish there was on-site storage of baggage between the check-out time and our flight out of Montreal.

We stayed in a 4th floor studio and it was spacious with lots of natural light, and surprisingly quiet during our stay in late June. The apartment is a short walk to Metro orange line (and only a little further to Berri UQAM which will give you access to 3 lines). Chinatown and Old Port area are also walkable for tons of food and drink options. No staff on site, but the app makes check in and making requests easy- we requested more coffee and fresh towels one morning and staff delivered them to our door within 5 minutes!

Lack of luggage storage was inconvenient since our flight landed at 10am. We had to pay to store our bags at Hotel St. Denis down the street. The mattress was terrible! Too mushy and super creaky- the whole thing would shake every time my bf moved on his side. The washer was convenient but we discovered (too late) that the dryer didn’t work so well. The windows look out onto a littered alley.

Well laid out apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable. Excellent location for Old Town in one Direction and bars and restaurants in the other. Close to Metro. Bought 3 day travel pass, really simple and good value for travelling around

We were at the back of the building and looked out on a scruffy roof top and dirty car park. Just kept blinds closed😉

This place was amazing. New and very clean it was a larger room with a kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need. Great bathroom. Open space. Well done for a working area and longer stay. Safe building.

I did hear some of the other guest down the hall, a little noisy. Shampoo and soap bottles in the shower were a little awkward to use.
