Good hotel. Rooms big and comfortable. Staff kind and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, but good enough.

Location. The hotel is not so close to the main attractions. Room service was not good at all. One night my husband was not feeling well. Next morning he asked for the bedsheets to be changed for clean ones. They didn't do it. They didn't make the bed at all during the time we stayed, and they never came to clean the room or bathroom either. Internet was not working.

Downtown location, room was brand-new, apparently renovated very recently. Nice buffet breakfast was included.

I had to park couple of blocks away, for extra money. I was told that the parking on site is very limited. Communication with hotel - next to impossible; the line which is listed for this hotel on all sources I was able to find is not working, and staff was not even aware about that (they dialed their own number in front of me and got the same answer - line is not in service). Calling to Marriott general customer service to announce the late arrival - waiting on hold for long, explaining why you are calling, hearing suggestions to call to hotel directly, line disconnected, etc., and it happened 2-3 times - that was very frustrating experience.

We had a great stay. The place is very clean, and the staff are all accommodating and friendly. When we asked the receptionist if complimentary water was included, he kindly mentioned it wasn’t but still gave us two bottled waters for free, which we really appreciated. There’s also a water dispenser inside the gym, just a few steps from the lobby. Breakfast was great too, plenty of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Located within a walking distance (15 minutes) from old downtown Montreal, and from Saint Denis St. (5min), with many restaurants and bars. The room was ok. Nice breakfast

The window in the room cannot be opened, so it creates a problem with ventilation in a closed space. The room is only cleaned every other day, but in our case it wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay (3 nights), even though we asked specifically to clean it. The parking is around 500 meters away (15 $per day).

Shame they didn’t have a bar or light evening food but appreciate for a 3* hotel it wasn’t expected. Other than that, can’t fault it. Well it was very expensive but appreciate it was F1 weekend so wasn’t surprised.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially with the language challenges. Comfortable beds with sufficient pillows. Very nice Best breakfast buffet, with lots of vegetarian and NON PORK options. Great location super close to metro. Only complaint was constant construction across street, but there seemed to be constant construction everywhere in Montreal, which is not the fault of this hotel.

Breakfast was good. Location is ok and the beds were comfortable. I saw some beer caps on the floor when I enter the room.

The front desk staff Anaas is so disrespectful as I have booked 3 rooms altogether but he couldn’t put us on the same floor even after requesting number of times and trying to blame booking.com and took more than half an hour for check in. But the dining room staffs are so helpful and great.

They upgraded our room because they made us wait a little! It was very appreciated. The breakfast was just amazing. Couldn’t taste everything there was so much food everything was so good. Healthy options. Loved the staff. Very clean hotel good location. Definitely will go back

Front desk staff were friendly. Also staff at the restaurant during breakfast. My King room was comfortable. It’s close to the venue where I was going. It’s within walking distance to the metro if needed. I Ubered to/from my destination that weren’t walkable.

The people next door were in and out and their door was slamming until 3 am.

Everything was very good! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was also very good and I love the fact that they serve hot breakfast and not just cold ones! The location is also close enough either by walking, train/bus or Uber to all the places I wanted to visit! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable!

There was a very loud, disturbing, drilling construction noise all night long from around midnight all the way till the mornings around 7am; that honestly made my stay quite uncomfortable. Although everything else was good and I liked the hotel, I may not choose this hotel the next time around because of that annoying construction noise at weird hours. I feel like the hotel could’ve at least given guests a headsup about that! I’m a very light sleeper who can pretty much only sleep at nighttime so my night sleep is very crucial in me being able to function properly during the day; that annoying drilling construction noise was very disturbing to me!
