Have stayed in this hotel 5!! times- and would have stayed more- if it wasn’t fully booked so often. This hotel has everything honestly and genuinely GOOD in all aspects under one roof. The location, the ease of getting everywhere on foot or by bus or metro. The taxi drivers come into the lounge to personally pick you up- such a nice touch, the atmosphere is safe and positive. Rooms are big, ceiling high, window levin the golden rays of sun- gets you in the mood for the day. If something not working in the room- they have a super cool engineer taking care of the issue in 5 minutes. In short/ you never have to panic, search for- who will help me? The staff is always there for us- the clients. And another very important fact- they have a true Star, a real jewel working- no!!! Sparkling like a true diamond from reception- the one and only-SIHAM😇😇😍😍the best of the best That’s the person that every client comes to with every problem or just to talk- she makes every feel good and solves the issue in the most restorative way. so good. She is super duper professional, loved her and it shows. Everything will be done/ if your child wants a cow from the moon this wonderful girl will get it for you. Nothing is problem for her.Brilliant asset to the company. Wonderful girl.

A kettle in the room. It’s so so easy to install such a primitive thing. And it makes such a profound difference especially in your cold long winters months. That would be a great addition. Breakfast could be served too/ you guys got facilities/ what’s the problem??

Let's begin with the location: the hotel sits right behind Centre-Ville, a walkable distance from the old city centre; within 1 km radius there are two subway stops, while the nearest bus stop - not any bus, but the bus that connects the airport with the city - is directly in front of the entrance. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The room was great, definitely what we were expecting, and the hotel overall was good, everything worked well, and cleaned. Definitely a good point where to start exploring the city!

Location is amazing for a Summer (or any!) trip to Montreal. Easy to park the car and then walk or take public transit to Old Montreal or anywhere else in the downtown Area. Our room had everything we needed for a short comfortable stay. Fresh coffee downstairs in the morning was appreciated. Perhaps tea could be added? (Your staff were kind enough to arrange a tea for us).

Having a breakfast restaurant would be nice to have (but there are places not too far away so it's not something to complain about) and Morning coffee was appreciated!!!

Our stay at the Chrome Hotel was an enjoyable experience. The hotel's central location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Being within walking distance to Old Montreal was a huge plus, allowing us to conveniently visit numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, the friendly staff were quick to point us to an underground parking garage nearby, which worked out perfectly for our needs.

The AC unit in our room was quite loud, which was a bit of a disturbance during the night. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell in the hallway, but it did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

Excellent location, convenient to most of Montreal's attractions. Clean rooms, decent facilities, all day/night access, front desk staff and room staff accommodating, seemed safe. Rooms are aging a bit, so there are patches in the rooms, but they are clean. Pricing was reasonable for Montreal.

Confortable bed. Spacious room. Good coffee in the room. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk to le Vieux Montreal and downtown/place des Arts. 5 minutes walk to Chinatown. Tube station Place d'Armes near the hotel. Also the train station. Affordable eating places across the road in Chinatown and at the back of the hotel in Sainte Catherine Street. And a sport pub!

The room window can't be opened. Noisy bathroom fan. Prices are misleading. They don't include 2 taxes which are added to the bill. I never knew how much I would end paying.

Our stay was honestly great. The receptionist upon arrival and in afternoons (I believe her name was Siham) was just lovely. She was friendly, helpful, and so fun to speak with. She made our stay honestly memorable just by how sweet she was! As for the room it was very clean, nice washroom, and everything worked. The furniture may be a bit outdated, but we’ve got to at least appreciate non-carpeted floors.

Nothing too big and nothing that couldn’t be solved! Some reviews mention missing towels, which did happen to us as well but when we asked for more they were very sweet :). Getting into the parking is quite steep but it’s simple enough as we were shown a graph of how to get in upon arrival. It’s also convenient that it is attached to the hotel so we didn’t have to walk back outside. Just make sure when you arrive you have someone to stay in the car when you check in as the garage needs your keycard to get in and there aren’t many spots to park outside!

It's a really nice and comfortable place with a great location.

The restaurant was closed for renos, so no breakfast, the parking was expensive, although that is probably normal for downtown locations, the staff wasn't very friendly. Every time we asked for some more coffee pods we only received one. When we showed them pictures of a bunch of hair that had been clogging up the drain of the bathtub and which wee had to remove to keep the tub from running over, we were scolded for not having informed reception at once. The fact that this is a little hard while you are taking a shower did not seem to make much of an impression

What breakfast? The dining room/coffee bar? was 'closed for renovation'. Sad, though. We were looking forward to having breakfast and a good cup of coffee in the morning.

Not much could be better aside from the out of service dining room. It is a very nice older hotel and with a little love and care, it can be brought back to it's former glory

Clean room and bathroom. Location is excellent. Cafes, restaurants, tourist sites and Chinatown is just few minutes walk. Its not a upscale hotel but its value for money. I would stay there again in future.

I wish Netflix and prime video was included in the entertainment box. More English Channels should have been available since tourist from all over are staying in the hotel and not just French speaking people.
