Had a very nice loft corner room (note: loft rooms are close to elevators so you'll hear the occasional humming). Spacious and comfortable. Ideal for extended stays. Great modern lamps proving dimmed lighting and a calm mood. Will go back.

No stir sticks in the room! There is a coffee machine, coffee pods, sugar, coffee mate, and real glass cups, but nothing to mix (no spoon, no stir sticks, nothing!) I read that from other posters, but thought it was a single glitch. Well it seems it's a policy. Weird... should provide at least a reusable spoon! Had to use my toothbrush which is gross. Also, while the breakfast is good, it is not worth 20$ in our opinion. For that price you'll get something far better at a real restaurant around (do come here but bring a spoon and eat somewhere else!)

Loved the view , panoramic room is more expensive but always worth it - enjoy sitting and watching the city wake-up in the morning

The apartment like kitchen has nothing - except glasses. Would be handy to have a small dish soap and sponge to clean , as well as a plate and knife (we wanted to put orange slice in our aperol - and couldn’t )… Also needed a scissor at one point to cut some tags off of new clothes … again a knife would have done the trick… just felt bare compared to any other “appartement style “ place we have ever stayed (including the same hotel years ago )

the location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Love the homemade croissants! And the beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. Nice hotel for center of city.

we booked the loft room and the picture we saw was what we hoped to get. We did not know that there are several loft rooms and that we should have asked for a corner loft room for all the windows and unique space. Also we doin't think the parking should cost so much per day. Just adding some colorful pillows and a throw would make the room better than all grey and white.

The location was great, right downtown with an easy access to the public transport if needed. You can walk pretty much anywhere from this hotel. The room was large, lots of space for a suitcase. I felt really comfortable there.

Even though they performed daily cleaning, somehow the table and the night stand were always dusty. I cleaned the table once I checked in as I needed it. But it was weird to see uncleaned furniture at a decent hotel. I would not mention this should they have cleaned it the following day, but, surprisingly the night stand remained dusty throughout my stay. Otherwise they did clean the room itself.

It is central to great locations. There are restaurants and stores near by. It was beautiful and convenient. I recommend getting the loft room, I was put on the 12th floor and had an amazing view. I am a solo traveler, but this room is great for couples because it has a romantic vibe to it. Housekeeping asked personally asked if I needed my room cleaned during my stay and did an amazing job.

Location is very convenient, just a few blocks away from the historic center. Rooms are clean, comfortable, equiped with a mini fridge, a sink and a microwave, and with plenty of space.

Breakfast is very poor - and it is definitely not worth the price. Also, the staff could be better trained, as when I arrived I asked about breakfast hours, and was told that it started everyday at 7:30 am. Then, I learned that on weekdays it actually starts at 7, and on a Saturday morning I discovered that on the weekends it is only after 8... I learned this in the worst possible way, because I had a professional meeting early in the morning, and so I had to go on an empty stomach. Also, the check-in process took longer than necessary.

It is centrally located, walking distance to China town, Cathedral, convention center. Convenience store was very close by. The hotel provides a fairly priced, comfortable stay with all what you need as a visitor, without extra luxury. Breakfast available in the hotel. Staff was professional and helpful.

Breakfast could have had fresh fruits that were cut up. Fruits available were not fresh.

Front desk was helpful and upbeat. Room was attractive and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked that they put us in a corner suite, which was small but felt private and the space was well set up. The location was remarkably good. we had easy access to Old Montreal, Chinatown, Place des Arts, St. Laurent shopping area and many other venues.

Room was kind of poorly lit. More lamps? Maybe add one overhead? Housekeeping was not particularly reliable. Didn't always clean room and wouldn't come back when we asked them to come back in a half hour. Said they had to clean then or not clean at all ...?

Hotel is great, everything was comfortable and location was great too. Ricardo at reception went above and beyond!

The cleaning staff did not clean our room the last day even though we specifically requested that it be cleaned. That was the only thing. Other than that it was really great. The rooms are on the smaller side but enough for two people and who needs a big room when you’re out and about to see Montreal?!

The location is great. Very close to downtown and right opposite Chinatown. Lots of food options closeby and above all the hotel is pet friendly. If you are able to get a good deal this is a great hotel. I have seen the prices go way up in season.

The room was recently renovated and you can tell it wasnt someones best work. The bathroom felt okay but would really love a bidet installed. It doesnt cost much and makes a big difference.
