Paying $32 a night for parking is ridiculous. We didn’t like the fact there are crackheads in the alley doing drugs right beside the property.

As everyone mentions, its location was perfect. Though it needs 8 min. walk to either Green or Orange line, it was easy to go anywhere. There are a supermarket and various shops and restaurants nearby. A 747 airport bus stop is in 1 min. away, which I think is a great feature.

The disposer in the sink was not fully cleaned and water didn't drain well. So there was odor. We found disposer switch and ran water several times. The odor got better but it didn't help drainage much. Our stay was far better if there was no disposer odor. I hope the Hotel will fix it for the next guest. But a maintenance person came to our room right away to help us turn on the TV. We were told the TV switch is connected to a lighting switch. So I advise you to turn on all lighting switches if you can't turn on the TV.

It was above my expectations. After reading all the reviews I was expecting something old, dark and dusty, but it was neither of those. The room on 11th floor was bright, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location is 13 minutes walk from Notre-Dame and central streets. In overall you get what you pay for.

There is a lot of weird people on the streets at night (but it’s like everywhere in Montreal). We saw a car with a broken window on the street parking near hotel, so it’s probably better to park in the hotel parking lot. The towels were too thin and old, and are begging for the replacement. Bathroom cleaning might be done better, there was some hair on the floor which didn’t belong to us.

This accommodation is great value for money. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. It's possible to do free laundry. The location of the hotel is not in the very best area, but we have always felt safe. There is an airport bus stop just over the street and 2 metro stations for green and orange lines are very close by. Also the old harbor is only a short walk away.

Depending on the length of stay there is limited room service. You will be asked to schedule it at checkin. If they don't come, it's good to check with reception - in my case the scheduling had been forgotten, but the staff fixed it quickly after I reached out.

While the property is dated, it’s very clean. Our toilet was a little wobbly but no leaks or stains or anything. There were no corner cobwebs or dust bunnies, everything was really well cared for. Having the kitchenette was nice, like staying in an Airbnb without any cleaning fees etc.

Our window didn’t latch closed initially. We eventually got it to suction so it wasn’t a problem after that. Just one night of noise. I’m saying that, we didn’t talk to management or anything so perhaps they could have fixed it during our stay. The toilet was a bit wobbly but not really a big concern.

Very large, almost apartment like room. With separate bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was big and had everything you would need. Refrigerator was bigger than what I have at home! Two tv’s for those who love watching television from the couch or in bed. Big AC unit in the bedroom. The airport bus service 747 stops right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I will definitely reconsider this place if I ever return to Montreal.

No major downsides. But to be honest the room showed its age, with some minor things that would easily make it more modern like a new lampshade (this one was cracked) and some new cabinet doors (paint was peeling off due to shower humidity). Small investment that would help it a lot. Only thing that I didn’t like was the amount of daylight in the room, but that’s something that is obviously not their fault since a huge new apartment building was built on the other side of the street in 2022. Furthermore the neighborhood had some dodgy people hanging around, but I didn’t feel unsafe.

The view (12th floor) and location were excellent. The comfort was top notch (the bed & bedding, the couch, the location of the furniture, and the 2 TVs). It was quiet so I did get much needed relaxation. The staff were very attentive and our housekeeper was fantastic (even I can't make up a bed like that) :)

The inside of the tub is quite narrow, which made me concerned about slipping. There was someone cooking around midnight and there was a strong burning smell in our unit (through the range hood). The Teflon pan was scratched enough to avoid using it (difficult to make burgers in a sauce pan, but we managed)

Great mix of professional and talkative staff who make the overall experience of staying better. Suites are well equipped and overall very clean and well maintained. Great location if you're willing to walk a mile or two in any given direction as you can access most of the touristy areas.

The dishwashers in some of the studio apartments/suites have a strange smell to them so id recommend hand washing any cutlery or dishes that you use. Despite the non-smoking policy there was a smell of cigarettes on one occasion that I stayed here.

We chose this hotel for its location near Montreal old city and Chinatown plus the room suites - and were generally pleased with what we found. The hotel was very well equipped with garage parking, gym area, business area, sundries shop, small appliance rentals, and guest laundry. We found the room to be in good repair and included all kitchen utensils we required to cook our meals. The suite with a living room was spacious and ventilation was good even though A/C was restricted to the living room. The staff were pleasant and helpful and were bi-lingual. The nearest Metro is about 3 blocks and the closest entrance to Underground Montreal is about 4 blocks. Direct access walking to the old city is available on Avenue de l’Hotel-de-Ville in about 4 blocks. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and I recommend it as a place that is virtually a furnished apartment.

The main elevator from the garage was broken during the three days we were there but we were able to make do using the one for the cohabiting hotel. Although it is not well marked in the garage hotel guests should park on level P2. The smoke detector was very sensitive and required that we run the range exhaust fan when cooking.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything, shops, public transport, sights. Many things can be seen just within walking distance. The hotel is clean. The staff is delicate and very kind. Safe and quiet place. Extremely comfortable bed. The view from the 13th floor is impressive, even in bad weather the large windows and the light in the studio are very cozy and pleasant.

The air conditioning is a little noisy for me, but it's not annoying.
