The kitchenette in the room was handy. The room was very clean.

The mattresses were too soft in my and my partner's opinion! There were also 4 flat sheets on the bed, which didn't include a fitted sheet, kind of odd. No duvet cover. Had to keep going down to ask for more coffee pods. We only had 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay. Most mornings we went to the coffee shop around the corner, Cafe Leo...but the pods are nice to have on hand upon waking etc. One or two vegan options for the continental breakfast would've been nice! A plant-based milk for the cereal, and a vegan cream cheese etc. The Vegans would appreciate it!

Room had everything you needed for a one week stay, minus a full length mirror. Good location: The hotel is close the metro station and the airport bus. We took the airport bus at 4am on a Sunday and arrived back at the hotel at 2am on Tuesday and had no issues getting to the bus stop/hotel in the night. There were still people out and about at both times as well.

We only tried it on one day but the breakfast is okay but not the best. Bagels were not fresh, eggs were cold and in general there was not many options available. For the price of the hotel I think it’s okay though because the room and location makes up for this flaw.

You have a fully equipped appartment in Montreal. The room is really spacious and did exactly look like in the photos. Eyery time you needed housekeeping or just a refillment of coffee capsules, you just have to tell the reception. They are very helpful and friendly. I used the laundry room (coin laundry) on the first floor two times. You just need two 1-dollar coins, which is cheap, I think. I didn't use the gym. The breakfast was really ok, not a lot of options but enought to create either a sweet or salty breakfast. Luggage storage was not a problem either. Big supermarket nearby. The area seems a bit strange but I felt save all the time, even as a woman and in the night.

This is really not important: One day the kitchen did not refill the eggs for breakfast despite it was still not 10 am and several guests were asking for it.

Very large studio with kitchenette, plenty of storage space (drawers and wardrobe), kitchen table and chair, desk and office chair, large bed, bathroom. Everything was very clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had good options - croissants, chocolatines, cereals, bagels/bread, fruit, juice, coffee/tea. I was very pleased with everything.

Mattress was a little saggy in the middle but this wasn't a dealbreaker. The quality of foods at the breakfast could be slightly better, perhaps the hotel could produce fewer quantities (there were about 100 croissants out, surely even if the hotel is full, they won't all be eaten!) but higher quality. Small things, though.

We asked for non-smoking. It was super clean throughout all spaces. We loved the breakfast offered in the hotel dining. I was thankful that good protein-eggs, meat, and cheeses were offered daily in addition to traditional French fresh baked rolls and muffins. Plus all the numerous breakfast fare. Good Coffee, cream, and a variety of juices. We were able to walk to all of the sites we hoped to see.

A first for us traveling a long life-was asking for a $250. Deposit. Then not receiving a bill/receipt at check out showing its return and our total charges. We were able to check our bank statement over the next few weeks and see we were only charged as expected.

Location worked out well for us. Walking distance to Old Montreal/waterfront, <10m walk to the bus station. Staff was pleasant. Amenities were good, kitchenette, fridge, etc-- it was hot when we stayed but the AC worked well. The room was quiet. Breakfast was "continental plus" -- bread products, yogurt, ham & cheese, boiled eggs. Basic but well-stocked and my partner thought their croissants were quality.

With 2 receptionists working, the queue to check in was more than 20 minutes (even longer for people behind us). We may have just hit a surge of people checking in at the same time. While the room was quiet, the curtain/blinds didn't seal to block the sun very well, which woke us early.

The flat was really nice and spacious. It would be good if it had a sofa table in front of the sofa. The bathroom is very nice. Lots of towels in the bathroom.

The staircase to the flat is extremely steep and narrow. Hence as we had large suitcases of 23 kilos it was difficult to carry up and down we had to slide them down using our legs to stop at each step. Bathroom amenities could be better ie no hair conditioner but it would have been a plus. The location is convenient, however there are a lot of homeless people in the area and it makes I You a bit more cautious at night, however having said that they did not bother us and seemed completely harmless.

The room was super clean and modern. Having a kitchenette was very convenient and helped us save money by eating out less. The location is incredible - right next to the Village and walking distance to St Denis, the Latin Quarter, Desjardins Complex and many other sights and activities.

We had an issue with our TV - the maximum volume was so low that we couldn't hear it at all. Normally we don't watch TV on vacation but my companion got sick during the trip and was bored in the room unable to go out. I had to ask the front desk 4 times over 2 days before they finally sent someone to help us fix the problem. Given the price of our room, this feels a bit unacceptable.

The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and well -equipped, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice.Although a busy hotel, we slept well as it was quiet. The location is great as it's really close to a metro station and to bus stops. (We didn't research beforehand but if using public transport you need to buy a travel card which works for both buses and the metro. Otherwise you need the exact notes and coins for a bus journey). We thought the price of our stay was reasonable for the location and facilities. Highly recommended

The location is great and the hotel is quite good for it's money.

On the arrival date, but before the arrival, I started receiving emails from the hotel through booking.com. It was stated that I should confirm my booking and follow a certain link. My smartphone blocked this link as dangerous. After intense online communication, the hotel employee wrote to me not to follow the link and the hotel is not responsible for it. In this context, it is not clear to me who and how got an access to the reservation and was able to write messages to me on behalf of the hotel, using the booking.com communication channel. This is the only disappointing point.
