Room had everything you needed for a one week stay, minus a full length mirror. Good location: The hotel is close the metro station and the airport bus. We took the airport bus at 4am on a Sunday and arrived back at the hotel at 2am on Tuesday and had no issues getting to the bus stop/hotel in the night. There were still people out and about at both times as well.

We only tried it on one day but the breakfast is okay but not the best. Bagels were not fresh, eggs were cold and in general there was not many options available. For the price of the hotel I think it’s okay though because the room and location makes up for this flaw.

Very large studio with kitchenette, plenty of storage space (drawers and wardrobe), kitchen table and chair, desk and office chair, large bed, bathroom. Everything was very clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had good options - croissants, chocolatines, cereals, bagels/bread, fruit, juice, coffee/tea. I was very pleased with everything.

Mattress was a little saggy in the middle but this wasn't a dealbreaker. The quality of foods at the breakfast could be slightly better, perhaps the hotel could produce fewer quantities (there were about 100 croissants out, surely even if the hotel is full, they won't all be eaten!) but higher quality. Small things, though.

We asked for non-smoking. It was super clean throughout all spaces. We loved the breakfast offered in the hotel dining. I was thankful that good protein-eggs, meat, and cheeses were offered daily in addition to traditional French fresh baked rolls and muffins. Plus all the numerous breakfast fare. Good Coffee, cream, and a variety of juices. We were able to walk to all of the sites we hoped to see.

A first for us traveling a long life-was asking for a $250. Deposit. Then not receiving a bill/receipt at check out showing its return and our total charges. We were able to check our bank statement over the next few weeks and see we were only charged as expected.

The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and well -equipped, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice.Although a busy hotel, we slept well as it was quiet. The location is great as it's really close to a metro station and to bus stops. (We didn't research beforehand but if using public transport you need to buy a travel card which works for both buses and the metro. Otherwise you need the exact notes and coins for a bus journey). We thought the price of our stay was reasonable for the location and facilities. Highly recommended

The location is great and the hotel is quite good for it's money.

On the arrival date, but before the arrival, I started receiving emails from the hotel through booking.com. It was stated that I should confirm my booking and follow a certain link. My smartphone blocked this link as dangerous. After intense online communication, the hotel employee wrote to me not to follow the link and the hotel is not responsible for it. In this context, it is not clear to me who and how got an access to the reservation and was able to write messages to me on behalf of the hotel, using the booking.com communication channel. This is the only disappointing point.

My stay was comfortable in a clean room with two beds, perfect for my daughter and me. The beds were cozy, and having a kitchenette added extra convenience. Breakfast was simple but a great way to start the day. The location was ideal—just a two-minute walk to the Metro and easy access to the airport bus.

The hotel entrance needs to be more attractive, it’s really dull especially with the dated chairs, adding some fresh plants and changing the chairs will elevate the space. My room was at fourth floor and the carpet at the hallway needs to be cleaned.

This hotel is in an excellent location, steps from métro Berri-UQAM. It's also a short taxi ride to and from Gare Centrale. It has good shops nearby for food & pharmacy. I found the room amenities more than adequate - toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop, dishes, cooking equipment, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and climate control worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good, and is included. We will definitely stay here again.

The dishes weren't very clean & so I washed them all before using. The tea towel for drying the dishes was not very absorbent, but these are minor inconveniences.

The hotel was close to Barri-QUAM Metro station. And close to Sainte Catherine's shopping district. And walking distance to Vieux Montreal which is a very interesting experience. And the hotel has good French breakfast and I love the Christmas tree with red lights in Room #1. I will stay at the hotel when I visit Montreal again.

The toilet in room 810 has flapper issue. Twice during my stay I had to lift the toilet lid and press down the flapper. And the washing machine closest to the window on first floor did not spin. And the unhoused people on Sainte Catherine made me feel uncomfortable.

the front desk staff were very nice, the hotel's in downtown but the street the hotel's on is very quiet so it's great for parking and checking in. They do have underground parking which looks like it's heated and secured but I parked just 5 minutes away at UQAM's indoor lot which is also heated, secured, and costed only $15 overnight. The room is clean and comfortable. I was in town just for a night for an event and this place was prefect! the location is great! There are lots of restos and pharmacies just around the corner. There's a desjerdin on the same street. And the metro station is only 5 minute walk. And the breakfast is great too! it's continental style and just feels like home.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we initially booked was a bit smelly and they promptly accommodated us in another room. Then, a member of the management team came to check if all was in order and we really appreciated it. Also, the location is great! Super close to the metro station, walking distance from all the main sights and close by the ride sharing meeting point (Kangaridi), as well as from good restaurant options in the Spanish quarter. I definitely recommend :)

My only feedback is that, unfortunately the hotel didn’t offer breakfast options for vegans. There was some fruits available (apple, orange and peach halves in syrup) but nothing else I’m afraid. We decided to have tea and coffee there but grabbed a bite elsewhere.
