Clean and reasonably comfortable, looked the same as in pictures. Functional little kitchenette, good shower. Short walk to subway. The Village is getting better every time I go, in a few years it may actually be a nice area. Now still a bit rough around the edges.

The room was as advertised, but quite small, not a lot of room for luggage. Bedside table and power outlet only on one side of the bed, which was quite inconvenient. No furniture on the balcony, so it was a bit useless. No reception or staff to be seen on site. No elevator, had to carry luggage up two narrow flights of stairs. Electronic lock to room was a bit fickle.

The position is perfect, right back Berri-UQAM and the central bus station. The apartment is small but completely new and well equipped. The communication with the host is fast and efficient.

Some details could make my stay really suoerb: the bathroom door squeaks very loudly and can be annoying for both the people staying and the occupants of the other units. The shower light works intermittently. The air conditioner turns on automatically at 6 a.m. and can be annoying for people like me who do not use it regularly. There is no convenient nearby outlet for the bed. When I arrived, there was a practically finished roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no new one nearby. I found 6 small bottles of shower gel and only one of shampoo, it would be better to have them in more balanced way. These are small details but they make a difference with respect to customer care.

It's very clean. The location near one of the intercity bus termini, a metro station and the main street of The Village is particularly convenient. Fantastic shower and it is is nice to be able to control the room temperature.

The absolute absence of people: the only interaction with staff I had was by email (which is not my preferred mode of communication on holiday). I would prefer a phone number (e.g., for WhatsApp) or better still someone to be available at the property maybe an hour each day. There doesn't seem to be luggage storage onsite if you arrive early or depart late (but I discovered that the nearby bus terminal has paid luggage lockers). I couldn't figure out how to switch off the bright blue light of the microwave clock which was a bit bothersome overnight.

The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff when I approched them for something greeted me with a smile. I liked that there is a washer/dryer available for guests. My room was clean when i arrived.

Availability of a staff person onsite.While I was there I has a few of your guests approach me asking if I knew where to find some staff because they were looking for extra towel, and products like that. It was late in the evening maybe like 7-9 and the person appeared to be a Little frustrasted there being no staff person there to help. I told him i didnt see anyone but told him to walk around and see if he can find someone.

The bed was very comfortable. The room is very clean and renovated with all essentials.The location is only mins walk from the major transit Metro station. We could get around Montreal Very easily from there. Very convenient for tourists. Self check-in was easy and seamless. The price was reasonable. Very enjoyable stay. There would be stairs but we also saw main floor options. We didn't mind stairs. Quiet room.

Nice to have a working bathroom fan but it's not an issue since the bathroom was not huge and the A/C worked well to keep the room dry. Top shower head could be unclogged more but it was acceptable for short stay. There's an option to hang up the adjustable hand shower. The shower head of the hand shower worked great.

Security - codes can be shared or stolen and no dead bolt on door. Room could be accessed while the guest is out. Cannot leave any belongings. Blind does not cover entire window (privacy and light are an issue) Room is dlrectly in the main entrance - noisy (keeping the fire door closed would help). Heating : could not heat the room above 19 degrees as the baseboard is too small for the size of the room and that 2 ceiling air vents were fully opened creating a cold draft.

The only problem was the noise when opening and closing doors.

The hotel was lovely, clean, and with all the necessary. It’s ideally located near an all-lines subway, good restaurants, and coffee shops (Tims and Second Cup). The staff was also nice and polite. I personally found the hotel price convenient for what they were offering when compared to other places.

The hotel is perfectly clean, but the area has some mice and beggars wondering around. I would still recommend it, because it’s usually what you would expect from a city, Despite that, the hotel is more of an Airbnb, which my boyfriend and I didn’t mind, the staff replies back by email very fast.
